We loved this house and location! It was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 3 young kids (ages 4, 18 mos, 14 mos) and fit us all comfortably. The play loft was a huge hit with the kids. The house is in a quiet, private location and neighborhood but very close to downtown North Conway. We would definitely stay again! Check in and Check out was very easy and we had everything we needed!

First, I never slept so good! The bedrooms are so well decorated and spacious. I wasn’t expecting the beds to be so comfortable. But I could have stayed in the king bed all day! The linens too! So crisp and clean. The kitchen was very well stocked and pretty meticulous. Very easy to find everything we needed. The house was perfect. Extremely spacious. Plenty of room for 8 of us to hang in the living room, dining room or deck. We are a tough group and every one of us loved our stay! Cannot wait to do it again!

Plenty of room for our family of 9, 6 adults and 3 children under the age of 6. Close to attractions! Play loft was fun for 2 older children but difficult to navigate for the 2 year old. Big backyard with swingset was perfect for everyone.

Our family had a wonderful stay in North Conway, New Hampshire. The property was exactly as described, our questions were always answered quickly, and everyone had more than enough space. Our two granddaughters, especially enjoyed the loft play area, and we all enjoyed dining around the spacious dining room table, I would certainly return to stay at this property, and would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the area

We enjoyed our stay. Only issue we had was with the grill as there are 2 grease trays and only 1 was being cleaned. This was a minor inconvenience that we were able to resolve.

spent the weekend with family... 8 adults and 3 toddlers under two and we will definitely be back! the house was extremely clean, super kid friendly (a stocked toy room, high chair, baby gates, kid friendly dishes in the kitchen, etc.). we loved that we could put the kids to bed downstairs and still able to hang upstairs without waking them. we had a couple questions for the host and was able to speak with him directly over text and with very prompt responses!

The house is located a short distance from North Conway. You are close enough to everything, yet off in a subdivision with plenty of trees and distance from people.
The house certainly was large enough to hold our family over the Christmas Holidays! Needless to say, the weather was much better than I expected too. New Hampshire is gorgeous, and there is so much to do.
The homeowner was very communicative with us and pleasant to deal with. I know we will be back in New Hampshire, and I would love to stay here again if the owner would have us!

The house was perfect for our group of 10 (6 adults and 4 children) with plenty of room to spread out, but cozy enough to enjoy a meal together at the large dining table. The kids enjoyed the play loft and we all enjoyed sitting in the living room and watching a movie together. The location was easily accessed and close to North Conway attractions! We had a wonderful time.

The property is located in a very nice neighborhood. We were pleased that we had so much room on three levels. During the day we explored the area and shopped. At night we gathered around the dining table and laughed. It was a nice experience and we would rent again.

The house was less than 10 minutes to N. Conway, all needed stores and shops. The kitchen was great, well stocked as we had everything we needed. We enjoyed the yard as it was big enough for kan jam and cornhole! The fire pit was great too, perfect for the 10 of us.

We were (6) adults who recently rented this Birch Hill property for an annual Girls Weekend. It sits in a quiet(er) neighborhood, about 4 miles from town center. The property had a large dining table so that we could all sit together for meals and games, as well as, a large family room for us all to gather. The large back deck was very enjoyable when the sun was shining, with plenty of comfortable seating for all of us. The beds were super comfortable! A couple of (small) issues came up during our weekend stay but the property owner responded quickly to our questions. 1) the garage code was not working 2) the up-flush pump for the basement toilet did not seem to have much suction. A code was provided for the garage so that we could put the trash out. We were told that the toilet handle needs to be held down for a while to flush. Easy fixes but worth noting. One note to add for future renters: The door in the "twin" bedroom is the door that leads to the basement bedroom (with 2 queen beds) and laundry room. This door could be left opened or marked as "entryway to basement bedroom/laundry". We initially thought it was a closet door. Overall, this property is a great spot to vacation in the No Conway area and the property owner is very responsive.

We had an action packed long weekend which unfortunately didn’t allow for enough time to stay at this awesome propert for long enough . Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy! Super clean and accommodating. Just a couple things to note that we were not aware of was that the kids playroom is in A cute loft off the living room but it is high and a bit nerve racking with young kids, my 2.5 year old was a bit too brave but we made it work. Also the basement had plenty of room but to get to it you need to go through one of the other bedrooms. Other than that super comfortable and would definitely stay again!

It was a perfect house for my family and I to stay at while we visited Santa's Village, Story Land and North Conway center! The fenced in backyard with swing set was great for the kids. The adults could hangout on the deck and not have to worry about the kids going into the street. We will definitely rent this house again next year.

We had 6 adults and 3 toddlers during our stay. The large fenced in backyard, swing set and loft loaded with kids toys was so awesome for our group. All the bedrooms had tvs with Rokus, kitchen was full stocked with cooking supplies, plenty of seating for the outdoor patio and fire pit, super comfortable rooms sizes and beds. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about our stay or this property ! We loved every minute of our time spent here.

This property was perfect for our family. Location was perfect right near North Conway center, the Saco but far enough away from the bustle.
Our kids loved the ping pong table and the toy loft so much.

My family spent the week here and everyone was extremely happy. The beds were super comfortable, house well equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of kitchen items for home cooking! The area is close to multiple activities and the neighborhood is quiet. Nice fenced flat large yard with fire pit and plenty of seating. The host communicates with ease. Thank you Ben! Wonderful property
This was our second time staying here. As always Ben has excellent communication. The house is very well stocked with kitchen and bathroom items. Very child friendly as well. The older kids enjoyed the downstairs with the ping pong table and the little kids enjoyed the loft area with all the fun toys! We cooked a few meals in the beautiful kitchen and also grilled on the deck. We will be booking again for our next New Hampshire get away!

Great place to stay for families - perfectly located
This property was great for my family and parents. We had a total of 7 people and still had an entire room in the basement with a full bath that we didn’t even use. The place is huge, clean, located in a quiet neighborhood, but close to downtown North Conway and Story Land.
We really enjoyed our stay, the kids loved the loft full of toys, and the ping pong table, and the owner was super easy to work with. We will be staying here again next time we come to the area!
