Just a short walk to the gondola each morning and super convenient to the River Run Village. It was equipped with everything we needed and the bed was super comfy. We will be back!

Great location. About a five minute walk to the gondola. Property was clean and as advertised. We would happily stay at this location again. Kitchen furnishings would benefit from an update. There were three very small coffee cups (about 4 oz). Simple coffee mugs 8-12 oz would have been greatly appreciated. I would also recommend a quick trip to Costco (or Sams Club) to buy some simple silverware. The utensils were very limited and numbered; 6 table spoons, 7 tea spoons.... Just buy some inexpensive silverware and don't worry about counting them.... With that said, as I mentioned, I would stay here again. We greatly appreciated that there were ample coffee filters for the week. A few bags of coffee grounds to get us started. A roll of paper towel and a few rolls of toilet paper. Thank you. Thank you for letting us rent your property.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked a condo in an area we knew. We were going to be mountain biking and we wanted to make sure we had access to a hot tub. We spent a LONG time looking for our property. Soon after we get notified the hot tub will not be working (nor the back up hot tub for the facility) and other things like porch access, etc. as a new roof was being installed (not noted at rental time).They did say we could stay and get 25% off of our room.That did not work as we wanted a hot tub.The management company then does not recommend alternate rentals but tells us to find a new one. We found this property (which again the condo itself was our surprise, the hot tub was not working on Saturday evening when we went to use it. I called the management company, requesting the 25% off as that is what we were offered for the other porperty we originally booked. Sadly, they told me we were liars. They said we never were offered any discount at the other property, they said they have pictures of the hot tub and it was in working order the entire time, etc, etc. It was the most ridiculous thing EVER to be called a liar. Infact after about 10 unpleasant exchanges, they then say "well that was a misunderstanding, we did offer discounts" and "yes, there was an issue with the hot tub". So after all those exchanges and them telling us we are liars, they offer a credit for $6 (yes, $6)and if you take the $6, you have to sign a waiver that says you can't post anything negative about them. Are you kidding me? For many guests, the hot tub would not matter, but for us, it actually did. Now with all that said, the issue here is that they accused us (both executives who are EPIC pass holders and frequent the area) of being liars and kept at it until we surfaced proof. So, think about the company, their morals/values and treatment of guets before you book. All they had to do was say "we are so sorry, we will credit you $20". Nope, they just kept telling us we were liars. BEWARE!

It has everything you need for a lovely vacation: a very comfortable king size bed, a well-stocked kitchen, a comfortable couch, a lovely balcony, and a ceiling fan in the living room. The complex has it's own pool and hot tub and common area with a pool table. It's a one minute walk to the Keystone village area. The only downside was the pullout bed in the couch; the mattress needs to be replaced, as it slopes down and your head is lower than your body.

It was a great time, hit the snow just right, walking distance to everything, warm & cozy Condo. Only issue Hair dryer wouldn't work, everything else was great. Enjoyed the Hot tub too.

We had an awesome time on our stay in Keystone...the condo was perfect for the two of us, everything was perfect!!

Being kind of off season was a plus in that the area wasn’t teeming with people. Very nice amenities (hot tub, pool, weight room and sauna) AND they were open for use!! Small but efficient space that worked great for us!

This was a great condo for a summer stay in Keystone. It doesn't have sweeping views but is shaded and stayed cool during the hot days. Very comfortable lounging and bedding.

The fan in the room vibrated across the floor because something is wrong with it. I had to secure it to a door handle to be able to use it on the lowest setting. Could use another one in the living room for the guests out there. The packet was fine to get but locating the parking garage area in the dark was rather difficult. I have been there before so I was vaguely familiar but someone new in the dark would really struggle. It was raining and pitch black as Colorado doesn't believe in street lamps as something important. I have been out here for 9 years and it's all across the state. The kitchen worked. The bathroom was nice. I always enjoy the VRBOs at Key Stone.
