About this house rental
Situated in South Haven, this charming house for $750 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Living Spaces Your group of up to 14 guests will find plenty of room to spread out here (and plenty of nooks for tucking away in solitude). Watch the waves from your marvelous lakefront living area on the main floor, with its nap-worthy sectional sofa and double-sided fireplace. On the second floor (with most of the bedrooms), sneak away with a good book in the sitting area, which features a TV, a sofa, and an armchair. Head up one more floor to the lofted family room, which also features a wall of lake-view windows, plus a kitchenette with a mini-fridge for keeping cold drinks within close reach. This space accesses the third-floor deck, where you'll find a seagull's view of the beach and lake. Two more decks await on each of the other floors. The second-floor deck is home to the hot tub —an unforgettable spot on a winter day! Peak & Non-Peak Season During the peak season, this home would have a 7-night minimum and would rent Saturday - Saturday. If you are interested in staying a full week in the non-peak season, September through April, please send in an inquiry with your travel dates and we are happy to supply weekly pricing for your trip. Cooking & Dining The roomy, open kitchen (completely remodeled in 2024) will quickly become the central hub for snacking, chatting, and planning your day in South Haven. A sprawling island seats 6 at barstools for morning coffees or wine and hors d'oeuvres before dinner. When it's time to prep a group feast, the stainless steel oven and hooded gas range are ready and waiting. Cozy up to dinner at the dining table for 6 beside the double-sided fireplace. Or head out to the second-floor deck for an alfresco meal as you watch the sun sink into Lake Michigan! The grillmasters in your group can work their magic at the gas grill on the third-floor deck. Bed & Bath On the main level, you'll find one queen-size bedroom and a (separate) full bath, ideal for those with difficulty on the stairs. The second floor is home to three bedrooms, including an indulgent lakefront Master suite with a king bed, access to the second-floor hot tub deck, and a spa-like en-suite bath with a lake-view soaking tub and glass-enclosed shower. The other two bedrooms (one with a lighthouse view!) have queen beds and share a Jack-and-Jill bath with a tub/shower combo. On the third level, you'll find a half-bath—convenient when you're hanging on the deck. On the main level, a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer ensures your bathing suits and beach towels stay fresh. Additional Information ~ If a pet will be vacationing with you, a non-refundable pet fee will be added upon approval of your booking request.

This house is BEAUTIFUL! the pictures don’t do it justice. Though we stayed there during the off season - thanksgiving - the location was perfect. Across the street from the beach, sitting by the windows during the evening, we had the most spectacular views or the sunset over the lake. Plus we are not far from the main downtown area. The rooms were spacious and clean. The kitchen was stocked with every single appliance possible. The sofa beds were not super comfortable - but that’s not unusual for sofa beds. The kids had a great time hanging in the third floor space.
All in all, perfect place for a family reunion. In the summer it must be just amazing!

The views of Lake Michigan are breathtaking! Being able to walk out your front door and onto the sandy beach is such a treat! What an amazing property! This home is well appointed with high end furniture in and outside and was exceptionally clean! Kitchen items were organized and easy to find! There is plenty of room for many.
We had a bit of a hiccup checking in as had to go to the office for payment verification (although we did make our reservation at the last minute), and then a bit of trouble with the key box which required staff to come and reboot but everyone with the property management company was very helpful, professional and super friendly! While we felt so spoiled with the luxurious accommodations on the second floor, we were a bit disappointed that the bedroom on the main floor didn’t have a closet, tv or ensuite bathroom and unfortunately, not enough lamps. Having said that, it certainly did not change our overall fantastic feeling about this property. We felt very fortunate to have stayed at this gem on The Lake and hope to come back again and again!

We had a wonderful stay! We had one maintenance issue during our stay, and the property management was on site quickly to resolve the issue. They were available and responsive, and the property was beautiful!

The house was as spacious and beautiful as the photos indicate and the property management team was great to deal with. Very responsive and helpful. The kitchen is very well equipped.

Incredible wow factor!
The home is beautiful and spacious. Everything was in immaculate condition inside and there was more than enough space for the eight of us who stayed here. We chose to bring our own food and the kitchen and related space were excellent for dining in. There is an incredible amount of storage space throughout the house so whatever you bring with you will have a place in which to keep it. The sunset views from each of the three decks were breathtaking. The property management company was incredibly responsive and any questions we had both before and during our stay were promptly answered.
The house is literally a 30-foot walk to the beach. The only downside is that the main road to the beach goes right in front of the property so if you're looking for seclusion then this is not the place for you. However, if you go into this with that knowledge then you will be hard-pressed to find a better place to stay. We would definitely return!

Gorgeous house and view
The house was so beautiful and comfortable and the views were amazing. Came with friends for a winter get away and loved it. This would be a wonderful house for families especially with older kids who could use the top floor. Loved the hot tub especially that it was right outside the door so we could jump in quickly without getting too cold. The out door fireplaces were also gorgeous. Wish we could have been outside more but it was freezing!

We booked this beautiful home for Thanksgiving and it was perfect!! Such a wonderful layout and fabulous fireplaces inside and out and the Hot tub was the cherry on top. Close to town, hiking and wineries. Highly recommend!
