We always do our best for our guests, the home is spotless, well‑maintained, and in a very safe community. We take great care to protect our home, our guests, and our neighbors, and we are proud of our consistent 5‑star reviews.
The entire home is yours to enjoy, featuring 3 bedrooms, an one office, 2 full bathrooms, approximately 2,459 sq. ft., and a two‑car garage. The community offers a wonderful pool, tennis and basketball courts, two dog parks, and a children’s playground. Sun City Center is also just minutes away.
You’ll love the lake view, especially at sunset, and the cozy fire pit area. The location is ideal, halfway between Orlando theme parks, Busch Gardens Tampa, and some of Florida’s most beautiful beaches, including Siesta Key, Lido Beach, Madeira Beach, Anna Maria Island, and Clearwater Beach. Tampa Airport and Downtown Tampa are also nearby.
For your convenience, the garage includes beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels, a beach cart, and two bicycles. Publix, Walmart, and Aldi are right next door.

My husband and I enjoyed staying at this house while visiting family in the area. House was very nice and clean. The neighborhood is great for walking and the pool was very clean and relaxing. Host was so friendly and easy to communicate with. We will definitely plan our next stay at this house. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

The place was immaculate and there was bikes available. We visited Fort De Soto. We really enjoyed the Sand Hill Cranes they came right up to the patio and looked in the sliding glass door. It was a quiet and relaxing neighborhood.

We had an excellent experince with this property. The listing was a clear reflection the house. Chris was an informative host; providing clear instructions for arrival and offering usefull local knowledge. We used the pool and clubhouse several times. One of our best VRBO experiences and would definitely stay again.
