They rejected us on arrival due to being foreign guests

Nothing.

Having accepted our booking, we arrived and they told us we could not stay as foreign guests (even though my account says I’m from the UK so that was clear when we booked). They then suggested maybe we could if we paid double. We had to search for somewhere else to stay.

Refused to provide breakfast and also charged 5400 for the room without any reason. Refused to provide the bill.

Very poor experience with Oyo. Hotel owner deny to give room after even pre payment. They charged me 1000 RS extra to give the Room.

They charged 1000 extra for giving me room . Otherwise they had denied to give room . Very worst experience. Will never book through oyo

It was Averge hospitality by staff & over all facilities.

Nothing.

I got surprised when I asked to receptionist for breakfast. As it was included in my booking. But he shows that from his phone breakfast was not mentioned & notified to him.

POOR & NOT WORTH

Location of property is good but No Linens, No Soap, No Blankets. Bedsheet and Pillows are in worst and dirty conditions. NO BREAKFAST PROVIDED WHICH WAS INCLUDED IN MY RATES. Straight way denied to provide. In between Vacant the room and again different room provides in late evening. Very Poor Behaviour and always demand high charges for any reason. No Parking Available on place. Restaurant Rates are very high compare to quality. Service persons are also poor in behaviour and rash talking. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

Room Size, Services, Cleanliness, Bedsheets, Linens, Food Quality and many more. OVERALL WILL NOT STAY AGAIN AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE.

The rooms were not at all clean. The bed sheets had stains. There were cobwebs in the corners and floor was also not clean. Though the booking had free breakfast the property avoided it by saying " Holi ka chutti hain 930 tak kausish karenge". TV didnt work.
