closet door fell off and on me upon opening and my husband had to fix it. Several lamps didn't work in bedrooms or could not be plugged in or were broken.No knobs on the dressers to pull drawers open. I THINK IT HAS BEEN A WHILE SINCE FLOORS HAVE BEEN MOPPED! swept but not mopped. all employees were very nice! We loved the location and the beach! Maybe add a stainer for pasta to the kitchen, everything else in kitchen was great. The beds were great.thanks for a great week!

Unit was nice. Like the balconies front and back. Kitchen was small.

There were a few things that were a little dirty or in need of repair and some bugs here and there that I could have done without but the location was amazing and we are pretty easy going so we just dealt with the few problems we had.

Overall we were happy with the property. The pool was closed almost the whole week, but that was the condominium building owners, not the rental agency. Would have been good to have some additional information about the public transit, as we found it confusing and frustrating. Again, not renting agent issue.

Overall, I would highly recommend this condo unit and would book here again. Receiving excellent customer service rates extremely high on my list and our host did fully meet and delivered outstanding customer service in managing this unit for us. The check-in instructions and process was very easy. The assigned parking spot was very convenient for daily loading/unloading, however if you've got a lot of stuff, use the loading area instead of pulling into the parking garage to unload. To assist they have very convenient luggage dollies and shopping carts for use. We thought the unit itself was great! We were very comfortable with the condo space, however I might add that the kitchen area was tight, but manageable. The kitchen was stocked very nicely with all I needed except my must-have items like iron skillet and large METAL utensils like spatula and spoon. Yes we did have to bring our own towel sets and bed linens unless you decide to rent them. I loved the large shower and double sink area in the master bathroom. The wall decor was excellent. The balcony views were AWESOME! The air conditioning was AWESOME! The location fit our needs perfectly as nearby shopping (Kroger and Walmart), restaurants and fishing were our priorities. The fishing charters are virtually right across the street! We are certainly looking forward to a return stay here.

Beds were comfortable and the rooms spacious. A few issues. In the kitchen: some ants on floor and counters; no oven mitts; and knives were dull to the point of useless, with no way to sharpen. No linens or towels were provided with this rental. Also, two of the three sliding glass doors can’t be locked. Pool was closed for repairs. Not the owner’s fault but they didn’t tell us before we arrived that it was closed, and having a pool for our 15 month old was one of the reasons we picked this unit. Unfortunately, Wi-Fi was also very weak, which made watching TV or using devices a challenge. And, one afternoon we returned from an outing to find 4 unmasked workers in the unit. The owner didn’t make us aware that work was happening in the building during our stay or that we should expect strangers inside the condo, and that isn’t ok. Although we contacted the property manager immediately, they didn’t get back to us to discuss until three days later. Finally, some info for anyone with kids. One of the neighbors near this unit smoked weed frequently, so the smell of pot was strong nearly every time we were on the balcony or had the sliding door open. Again, this isn’t the owners fault but worth considering in you are a family considering staying here.

Enjoyed watching the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony each morning. Quick access to the boardwalk and Grommet Island Park! The condo had plenty of room for our family of 7. The staff at the front desk and everyone we met who worked there were very friendly!

The property owner was great and was prompt to return text messages. The check in process would be easier with codes on the doors, versus having to go elsewhere to pick up physical keys, etc. But we had a great stay and it wasn’t a huge deal.

The views and location were very nice. However, beds need upgrading, uncomfortable and noisy. Kitchen very small, living area furniture very uncomfortable. Lock on door did not operate easily, always a struggle getting it locked when leaving the unit. The unit quality did not match the high rental cost.
