This condo at Bonnie's Arch condominiums is on the first floor and has direct access to the pool and ocean. The crystal clear turquoise water, lush tropical vegetation and dramatic sunsets are all part of the backdrop for this tropical paradise. There is something for everyone whether you enjoy relaxing under a thatched hut in a chaise lounge reading your favorite book or snorkeling directly in front of the condo amongst the beautiful coral reefs. The condo overlooks the Bonnie's Arch dive site, on the island's Northwest point. There are dive operations approximately 1/2 mile from condo. There is access to Bonnie's Arch dive site and Wall Dives directly from property. There are also many places from which to snorkel directly from the various beaches as the reef is very close all around the island. Just pick a spot and it’s a short swim to some of the best reefs in the world The condo is custom-decorated with new furnishings and fully equipped kitchen. Quiet and secluded with only 12 units in the Complex. It’s only 12 minutes from Owen Roberts International airport, less than 5 minutes to popular Cemetery Beach and reef at the north end of exquisite 7 Mile Beach, 2 minutes to Hell, instant snorkeling, and a very short 5 minute swim to world-class reef diving that is immediately offshore from the townhouse, only a 10 minute swim to the WALL! You can also book a dive/snorkel package to Sting Ray City, a unique day trip where you can view the reef and swim with 100’s of Stingrays. The condo is located within a mile of the World Famous Seven Mile Beach. The Boatswain’s Beach adventure park and Turtle Farm is less then a mile away. Here you can swim with the dolphins and experience the 23 acre marine park. There are numerous restaurants within 5 minutes including the fabulous Pappagallo’s as well as Alfresco, Calypso Grill, Cracked Conch, Dock bar and grill at Morgan’s Harbor, Fisherman’s Reef and Schooner’s, there’s even a Domino’s Pizza and Subway right down the road. Of course there are many more world class restaurants to be found in George Town and on seven mile Beach which is only 10 minutes away. Here in Grand Cayman you can do as much or as little as you want. ..whether it is horseback riding on the beach, snorkeling, scuba diving, para sailing, swimming with dolphins, exploring Pedro St. James, visiting world renowned stingray city or the world’s only turtle farm, or just sitting by the pool enjoying the warmth of the Caribbean sun. The perfect spot for our stay! We came down for a week of diving. This condo is the perfect location for nearby dive adventures. It is very clean, well stocked, and comfy beds. We enjoyed afternoons poolside after a daily dives, the refreshing pool, and evening sunsets along the shoreline. This is a very well maintained quiet smaller complex that would be great for friends, couples or families. The owners were very helpful in planning our stay and providing recommendations and answering questions during our stay. They helped us find a great dive service for the week . Highly recommend

This was our first time back on island since Covid and selling our condo. We have driven past these condos for years and never paid attention to them. It was such a great spot and perfect for our family. We love the iron shore and my husband and daughters went snorkeling & saw a nurse shark. The grounds are simple, nice, and very well kept! Our codo was great and had plenty of room and conveniences!!! We loved our stay and are hosts were wonderful and very accommodating! will be back!

I would 100% recommend this property to anyone on VRBO. It was the perfect sized place, had great amenities, and was close to some of the attractions of Grand Cayman. If you rent it make to sure to check out Heritage Café down the street!

Pretty location great for diving. the owners are great and keep spice-stocked kitchen. the building is showing its age a bit and construction on the lot next door is really at foundation levels. otherwise it was excellent. we would go back in a heartbeat

This condo is in need of repair. The drawer face in the bathroom came off in our hand the kitchen cupboards doors are falling off. The real issue is the entire place kitchen and bathroom are full of owners contents. The bedding was worn and old, we found other sheets to make the bed. The kitchen garbage cupboard was filthy. We kept everything in our suitcases as we would not find our belongings in the clutter. We had the opportunity to see the next unit to ours when the owners were there and it was clear of personal contents and would have been an ideal place to stay. The renters earlier in the next unit also indicated that the presentation was not clear there was no beach. If you hadn’t been to Cayman you would not know this unless it was indicated in the advertisement. The grounds and pool were fantastic and the other owners friendly.

My husband and I just returned from a six night stay at this lovely condo in Bonnie's Arch. Mike and Donna are a pleasure to work with in booking your trip and giving you all the info you need to have a wonderful stay in the Islands. This is our third trip to Grand Cayman but our second trip where we stayed in this condo in Bonnies Arch. When we go back next year we plan to stay here again as it is just lovely. Very well furnished and outfitted with everything you can think of. It is so well decorated and well stocked with all things that you will need. The pool is literally right out of the sliding glass door and because this unit is on the first floor, the pool is easily accessed. The location of the condo is perfect as it is not in the hectic hub area of Seven Mile Beach, - which is great, because it is so quiet and peaceful here. Perfect for relaxing, decompressing, and just chilling out. Then when you want to be in the thick of it all, just jump in your rented car and drive a couple of miles and you are there. Renting a car is a must really as you can get around so easily. But if you do not rent a car, I would suggest taking the Public Bus vans rather than a taxi as it is much more cost effective. A perfect spot on a perfect island making for a perfect vacation!

We spent 10 wonderful days on the island, staying at the Bonnie Arch condo of Mike & Donna's. The photos don't lie....was spectacular and all the comforts & more of home without the stress. Being over 55, my wife and I enjoyed the easy access, poolside patio, parking within spitting distance...etc. We highly recommend this property and in particular the gracious owners who made our stay so accommodating. The weather was perfect - a couple of stray showers but no big storms, and the snorkeling was awesome. We snorkeled at 4 locations around the island, and I have to say that we enjoyed the location right in our backyard the best. The water was so crystal clear and the fish and coral were amazing. We did see one lion fish, but we hope they can be eradicated. Having access to wifi was a huge benefit. We really appreciated being able to use the internet without paying for data. The decorations in the condo kept us entertained the whole time - everywhere we looked we saw something new. It really was fun.

We were fortunate to stay on Grand Cayman for 8 days. The island gets busy, especially by George Town and 7 Mile beach. This was the perfect spot/location to be a little "away" from the island traffic. The condo was wonderful, Mike and Donna were great to work with and were very responsive! There is not beach in front of the condo, but it makes you get out and explore the island! There is a beach about 1 mile down the road that was perfect and not crowded at all. There are some great restaurants up the road as well which were fabulous. You would need to rent a car, in my opinion, if you stay here. But it is 100% worth it if you want to do a little exploring of the island. We toured the whole island and although there were some great locations on the island, I would hands down stay at this condo again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

First time to Grand Cayman Island and discovering Bonnie's Arch and the owners of this unit all made for a picture perfect vacation. It is everything and more as outlined by the owners. The condo is in pristine condition - and the owners have thought of everything a guest could want. Comfortable, clean, bright and cheery are just a few words to describe this delightful rental. The beach décor adds so much to its charm. Your suitcase and a trip to the supermarket is all that is needed once settled in for a stay that is sure to please. Whether enjoying the sparkling pool just steps from the porch to watching the boating activity from the porch, to diving from the dive ladder steps away, it is peaceful, tucked away (yet easily accessible to everything). Guests will find that whatever activity level they want can be achieved - from a week of exploring the island, diving daily (so many options) or simply chilling out and taking in the sights and sounds under the sun and stars, it meets many needs.
