This was honestly one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. The location is beautiful and I personally had no trouble finding it, which made arrival super smooth. Mike was an amazing host, very responsive, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay.Beyond just being beautiful, the space was incredibly functional. It was well-stocked with appliances for cooking and eating, condiments, plenty of towels and sheets, and essentials like toilet paper (all the little details that make a stay comfortable and stress-free)Overall the combination of a great location, amenities, and wonderful host made this an exceptional experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Location is perfect as you are close to everything, 5th Avenue15 minute walk to Walmart for all your essentials, very close to the pier and the ferry to Cozumel.. The view is fabulous, its like you are on top of the ocean. The accommodations were comfortable but could use a freshening up both inside and outside. The concierge answered all questions promptly.

The property is located right on the beach with a great view and great location as far as getting hi fifth avenue and all of playa Del Carmen. The unit does not have a pool as is stated in the listing.
