About this cottage rental
Bring your Surf or Paddle Boards!!!! And walk down your semi-private path (shared with only four homes) to one of the most pristine white sandy beaches in Montauk. Imagine not having to deal with Ditch Plains parking! But Beach passes are included to explore other Town beaches, both ocean, and bay, as permitted (a $600 value) The two-bedroom cottage with an open living room with 180-degree views of the ocean (1) King and (1) Queen. It's a short distance to town (you can walk) and is near some of the best restaurants. It's tastefully decorated with TV and WiFi. Ideal for couples or small families. There is outdoor furniture, a table for 6, and a gas grill. This is directly across the street from the ocean. This cottage is on a hill, so you have great 180 degree ocean views and can hear the water from the deck.
7 night rental week begins Friday at 4 pm and ends Friday at 11:00 am. 3-6 night rental must end on a Friday or Monday. There are no early check-in or late check-out times unless the manager can accommodate them.
Pet fee $250 per dog per week. Only small to medium size dogs. No cats or other animals.

Perfect location - walk 5 minutes to beach and 15 into village. Great patio with ocean views. Cottage has all late model appliances, fully equipped and very clean. Jeanne is the ideal host with prompt replies; the included beach sticker is a generous add on. We will book again!

we were very happy with our stay and will certainly stay again. there were a few minor issues, but Jeanne was very responsive.
