Located in Bethany Beach, this charming condo for $300 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. 307 Blue Surf... the most desirable oceanfront condo in all of Bethany Beach! On the beach, on the boardwalk, right in the center of Bethany Beach. It doesn't get any closer than this. New construction in 2009, this one level condo unit has 3 big bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms (2 are true masters) with every amenity possible, including one of Bethany Beach's only pools strictly for this small, 13 unit condo complex. Also included in an elevator, 2 parking spots off street, high-speed wireless internet and smart TV's in every room. The spectacular kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, upgraded cabinets and all brand new equipment fit for any gourmet chef. There are 4 brand new for 2023 bar stools to sit around the kitchen island as well as a brand new for 2023 dining room table. There is also a separate wet bar, again with granite counter tops, a bar sink and plenty of room for your bottles of wine or to make those frozen drinks in the middle of the summer. The condo has upgraded hardwood floors in the bedrooms and living room and nice tile in the bathrooms and entrance way. For those cool spring and fall evenings there is a gas fireplace to cozy up to as well. A lovely deck off of both the living room and master bedroom is the perfect place to have your coffee in the morning, a cocktail in the evening or just to people watch, with a view to the ocean. Each bathroom is upgraded as well with granite counter tops and tile showers as well as a soaking tub in the master bath. Condo includes use of owners beach equipment including beach chairs, sand toys, umbrellas, beach strollers and bicycles. Just come, unpack and never use your car until you leave. This is truly the best and most spectacular option in all of downtown Bethany Beach. The owners have made the condo truly spectacular. New for the 2022 season are brand new mattresses for all beds, Samsung smart TV's in every room and new showerheads. New for the 2023 season are new bar stools, a new kitchen table and chairs and freshly painted throughout. If you have any questions before booking (ask owner question) located under request to book. We only book 1 year in advance of booking dates. Full weeks only during the summer.

Blue Surf 307 was perfect in every way. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location was great, right on the boardwalk giving us easy access to shopping, dinner and of course the beach!

This property is in an amazing location, right on the boardwalk, which makes it very easy to explore the restaurants and shops, and it’s a very short walk to the beach. The condo is almost soundproof, and we only ever heard the noise from the boardwalk when there was a concert right outside the property.
What we loved most about this property was all of the details that made it easy to just show up! The storage unit is filled with all the beach essentials - umbrellas, chairs, an inflatable baby pool, shovels, sand toys, etc. Our son loved playing with the dump truck! Inside the unit there are plates, utensils, cups, etc for young kids. The bedroom with bunk beds has cute bean bag chairs as well.
Overall, this unit was clean, modern, and in a prime location.

The code was wrong from the Property Manager that was frustrating wasted an hour on that. Also they had ants bad, had to go out and buy ant Spray. Took about 3 days to see any progress. Texted the homeowner to let him know no response. Decorated nicely, kind of a pain to have to bring your own sheets. Not everyone has King sheets had to buy them. Only one patio seems like in picture two. This is on the side of the building so over the restaurants. Nice to be able to walk to all the places to eat. Only made two grocery trips and one of them was to get the supplies for the ant spray. So good location but feel should have been responded to about the Ants situation. And the gate had issues the day we left. Overall nice vacation.

We rented 307 Blue Surf two years ago. The property is still in great condition with new amenities such as Smart TVs in the living room and all of the bedrooms. The location right on the boardwalk in the heart of Bethany still can’t be beat. Looking forward to our next stay.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Blue Surf! The place was clean and well-equipped. The location was fabulous! We enjoyed the pool in the afternoons. We parked and never moved our car--we could walk to all activities and restaurants! It was our first time in Bethany and we loved the small town.

As noted in the description, sheets, towels, tea towels, paper products, dish soap, shampoo and soap are not provided (other than what was left by the previous renter), so be sure to bring your own. That's all you'll need to enjoy a perfect beach vacation.

This condo was absolutely perfect! Love the views from the balcony. The size of all rooms was amazing. The kitchen has everything one could need. No expense was spared in the design and decor of this condo. The restaurants we visited were all excellent. Love the boardwalk and the local stores. Hope to return soon.

Fantastic Condo at the Beach
Josh's condo is one of the nicest we've ever rented. The appliances are top-notch, the kitchen well-stocked, the beds comfortable, and the decor soothing and elegant. The owners also provide sand chairs, umbrellas, and beach cruisers for use. The location is great, too, located right on the boardwalk next to the bandstand. We stayed in October, so Bethany Beach wasn't super busy; being on the third (top) floor of the building, we could see the activity below, but it wasn't overly noisy. The small balcony does provide a small, angled view of the ocean. We even spotted dolphins from the balcony!
Be aware that you do need to provide your own bed linens, bath, hand, and kitchen towels, and paper products. Also, you do need to stop at the property managers (Crowley), about a mile from the condo to pick up and drop off the keys. We will definitely be staying again!

Perfect
This property was everything the owner stated. My elderly mother, who was not on the beach in years, was able to access the beach with us with minimal assistance. It was everything and more . I will definitely stay here again.

Amazing Boardwalk/Oceanside Property
Everything you needed in the huge open kitchen was supplied for you including coffee maker AND a Keuring), place was VERY large and spacious with a bathroom for each large bedroom. You could see the ocean from the side of balcony but the balcony overlooked the end of Garfield Pkwy Loop at the boardwalk which was also entertaining but the balcony did not directly face Oceanfront. The decorations, furniture and bedding was beachy and fun (but don't forget your own sheets, towels, TP & paper towels & laundry detergent) and the parking was easy and lots of interesting yummy restaurants (MUST GO TO dinner at Patsy's) and tons of shops seconds away. Nice to have a good washer and driver and a very large storage space around the corner from unit with good chairs and umbrellas, toys, etc. and all TV channels you could imagine with remotes that worked for all 4 flat screen TVs. It was a great place if you can afford it once but just very pricey. We loved it and have never rented a condo that nice before but you get what you pay for so this place was top notch! Thank you owners for the great decorating and it was super duper clean and lovely cheerful painted bedrooms & baths!

Wonderful stay!
We had the BEST stay for the week of July 4th! The size of the condo exceeded my expectations and the location couldn’t have been better. We were able to walk to everything and never had to get in our car! The amenities in the condo were top notch and I ended up not using half of the things I brought because the condo already had it!! I stayed with my husband and two very small children - and our vacation was perfect!
