This amazing Beaver Creek West condo, part of the Seasons complex, is centrally located in Avon and is steps away from Nottingham Park and Lake. Guests at this condo have access to the three hot tubs. In warmer weather, enjoy the shared outdoor pool and tennis courts. Getting to the slopes of Beaver Creek Resort is easy with the complimentary shuttle taking you to the gondola. Meanwhile, City Market grocery store is within a mile of the home so you can conveniently stock up on necessities like bread, milk, and ice cream. Located on the third floor (guests have a few stairs to climb) the condo is a single level on the inside. A furnished deck complete with a gas grill and mountain views will inspire a family BBQ when you're visiting in summer. Kids will feel welcome here with the sled, movies, and toys available for them to use. A booster seat will help the little one sit closer to the six-seat dining table when everyone's ready to dig into grilled corn on the cob. The well-stocked kitchen with breakfast bar and dishwasher lends all the home-away-from-home perks you need to comfort. Little extras like a coffee bean grinder and slow cooker may urge you to make a few favorites. We had a great stay at Beaver Creek West! It is only a short bus ride to the Gondola, and very close to the stop for the skier shuttle servicing Beaver Creek. The house was very spacious and had all the kitchen supplies we needed. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Unit looked nice and clean upon entry. But pulled couch and beds away from walls to plug in electronics and found trash. No cleaning behind couches and beds. Internet didn’t work. The unit had old fans that were broken and wobbly, but Vacasa replaced them with new fans. Front desk of condos was friendly but pretty useless. Great location near Benchmark Lake and Nottingham Park. Pools were nice.

The location is within walking distance of a park and lake and also has a pool on site. The downside is it is located on the third floor so it is a bit challenging hauling suitcases and groceries. The big downside is that the bedroom windows do not open. Being on the 3rd floor in the summer with no air circulation to sleep is the biggest negative for this condo.

Good location and size BUT needs help
Booked for July & August. Windows were inoperable and rooms were hot and no air flow. Fans just blew hot air around. Handyman said owner was aware of broken mechanisms and has done nothing to fix them. Also, TV in second bedroom missing and no instruction on main TV operation/speaker operation. BBQ not same as one pictured. Minimal glassware and pot/pans need replacing.

Great Location.
The condo was just as pictured on vrbo. It is well maintained and has plenty of room. The location is wonderful especially if you have children as it is within walking distance to pool, lake and playground. Definitely would stay here again.

Bright, sunny condo. Watching the snow from the living room was lovely. Nice, updated furnishings and kitchen fully stocked. Spacious enough for 2 families with young kids. Disappointing!
The property is nice but the downstairs neighbors had an intense domestic disturbance two nights in a row that resulted in a lot of noise and the local police making several trips to the property. It was nearly impossible to sleep with screaming, yelling and throwing items in the unit below.

The condo was spacious for 6 adults although the listing showed a fabulous fireplace which apparently is not a working fireplace. Given this was a ski vacation, we would have expected this to be identified in the listing. The beds (especially in the 3rd bedroom were awful and the mattresses need replacing. The response from the management company was great as we had a broken humidifier and a new one arrived the same day. Additionally, when we complained about the mattresses, they sent over two mattress pads (which helped a bit). But, not having a usable fireplace was the most disappointing. Kitchen was extremely well stocked and the location was a 10 minute walk to the gondola and even less to the shuttle.

The place was cozy and comfortable, But was not renovated at all. The restrooms were really old and have some limitations. The rooms were ok , but there is nothing luxury . I am a Marriot member for years and this property had nothing from Marriott . Even though is a good deal for the location and easy access from Denver , don’t have an elevator really is a nightmare.

Nice place, but very poor customer service
The people that manage the properties were not helpful at all with any accommodations whatsoever. There was no flexibility on check in/check out times, no wifi, refused to let us use firewood to start a fire (in their fireplace in each house), and would not provide any extra towels than what was in the place. Overall it was a very nice place but would appreciate a little better customer service during our stay here. Will likely find somewhere else to stay next time because of this.

My husband took trash out during one of their fights, and they had literally knocked the front door off it’s hinges.... The next day 2 of my children were too exhausted to leave the condo, fighting had gone on til 5:45am; but couldn’t get rest because of the noise from them replacing the door & repairing the door frame that day Unfortunate for this unit that the neighbors are BAD. We would never stay here again. The unit was not cleaned & ready at check-in, the towels were wet (& there were not enough for a family of 5, especially if we intended to use the hot tub) ~~ kudos to Turnkey texting, they were prompt w/responses; but there were no other properties we could switch to ~~~ made reservation 10 months in advance because it was the week of Christmas.

Great spot for families
Good sized condo with plenty of space for everyone in our group. Great location near the lake and park for the little ones. Short little walk to the pool and hot tubs but manageable in the summer/fall. Overall it was a good value for our long weekend getaway in the mountains this fall.

Great location. Walk to the lake and restaurants. Clean condo. 3 flights of stairs. Beds uncomfortable in room 2-3. Turnkey was difficult to reach and took days to return my email. And Turnkey forgot to update our code and we were locked out for 2 hours before we could get a hold of them.

An awesome spot!
We rented this property with a group in March. Everything was really seamless. The condo is spacious with a big living room and kitchen, a balcony, and a grill. Everything was clean and we had plenty of towels etc. The shuttle to the mountain was really convenient and efficient. We would definitely stay here again or recommend to anyone looking for a great place near Beaver creek!

Good place with transportation to Beaver
Good place with decent amount of space. Beds were pretty comfortable. The not tub is far enough away that it’s not worth it.
