Condo felt like home! All the amenities we needed, great Lanai to whale watch and catch some rays, comfy bed with a view, fully stocked kitchen, soft towels, and good location close to all our activities to the north and south. Host was available and helpful! Thank you!

We've stayed in this property before, but this is probably the best unit! Great sunrise and perfect alignment to sunset. Almost no road noise being an inside unit. Well renovated. Only tiny complaints would be we found the unit a bit dark (brighter/more ceiling lights would help) and the lockbox was extremely difficult to get open. Besides that 10/10 for value and location! Recommended.

The condo was gorgeous and clean and well stocked with everything you need for a great vacation. We had a problem the first day we arrived and Terry got it resolved within a few hours. They were a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend staying here on your next visit to Kihei, Hawaii!

We spent several wonderful days at this condo. It was immaculate, updated, and in a great location. We loved sitting on the balcony and having a great view of the ocean. It was nice being able to walk directly to the ocean without crossing any streets. The beach is quite rocky (as stated in the description) so it is not the best for swimming, but we enjoyed taking long walks and watching all the sea turtles swimming by. The complex is very clean and well-maintained - and there's plenty of free parking! We would definitely consider staying here again.

We have stayed many times in this condo complex in different units. We love the location of this complex and the Kihei area is our favorite. The unit is in a great location in the complex to see the ocean and the mountains. I also love the layout of the units to see the ocean from the living area and bedroom- it also has a/c which is a must. I would have preferred a door with a code instead of a key, the towels could have been a bit thicker and the bedding linen needs to be replaced but the bed did sleep well and we appreciated having several beach towels. The tiled shower was nice and there was room on the vanity for toiletries. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai the most. It was nice and quiet and not over the walks, pool or on the ground floor which we do not like. Perfect for 2 people - we would stay again.

All was well except the fridge. Our only issue, was asking us to turn it down, when it was At recommended settings and way too warm, and had a previous guest with same issue . Lost a couple days getting repair process going, which went very smoothly. They gave us a reasonable refund for our troubles with out us asking. Nice people to work with.

This was the perfect location to access everthng we wanted to do on Maui. The condo was in a small complex, CLEAN and recently updated. Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrella, snorkeling gear and binoculars were also provided. The king bed was very comfortable. You will not regret choosing this condo to stay in!

This is our favorite VRBO to stay in Maui (Kihei)! Updated and modern, stocked with all of the comforts of home, and very well appointed. Jeannie is a fantastic and extremely responsive host. We were there for 23 days so questions did arise but answered within hours.

We were blown away! We loved everything about this place ! The location and the view! Oh and the kitchen! We cooked alot and ate on the lanai and watched the sunset every night ! Walks on the beach in the morning were great too! The whole vibe of the property is friendly and calm and so well maintained. The bed is super comfortable too! I can't say enough good things about our stay! We are already planning our next stay ! 10/10 recommend! It's perfectly situated so you feel close to the action but far enough to truly get away and relax! Thank you to our host and everyone who works hard to keep this property available and welcoming!

Steps to a very quiet and long stretch of beach. Condo was clean with great view of the ocean from lanai. Beautiful sunsets. Well stocked kitchen. Times Supermarket close by. Never had trouble finding parking. Could access the 4th floor condo by stairs or elevator. Loved the trade winds at this end of Kihei which kept you a bit cooler. If you’re looking for a quieter holiday, this is the place.

We really like this beautiful unit, view, location, owner communication, amenities and the recently updated kitchen. Lots of kitchen ware, good AC and very clean unit. This was our 2nd stay here and really like this value. However, the property has a resident rooster population that seems to have moved into the resort since our stay last year. We were awakened every morning from about 4 am with crowing until sunset. It is not much of a problem for us after 7 am so bring ear plugs until this is fixed. Sadly there appears to be no effort being made to relocate the resident population of roosters. Hopefully, management at the resort will address this issue in the future to make this return to a 5 star experience for us.

Very nice condo, great views. Kihei is the quiet, but busy part of Maui, a much more pleasant stay than the big resorts. There is a food truck park near by, many stores, and many beaches. Our favorite part of Maui, would definitely stay here again.

This location on South Kihei was great! It was close to a number of very good food options and we had no issues travelling to the various attractions on Maui (Road to Hana, Haleakala, Lahaina). Traffic can be a bit slow due to the nature of the 1 lane street but nothing crazy.
Place was fully stocked with amenities with easy access to a pool and beach. View is as advertised in the posted images and we spent a few evenings enjoying dinner watching the sunset from the balcony.
Would definitely look to stay again in the future.

Great rental, wish it had a t.v. in the bedroom but…I was aware of this when I booked the room. Only one negative comment, there was only 3 wash clothes and they were thin.
The furniture and decor were very tasteful and I loved the balcony.

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo. Location was ideal. Close to anything you wanted to do, but felt tucked away and peaceful. The decor was amazing. The unit did have AC but we never had to turn it on. We were comfortable our 8 day stay. Miss being there already.

Nicely Furnished Condo on the Beach with Many Amenities
The bed was a King size and very comfy so we all slept very well. Fully functional A/C in the bedroom kept us nice and cool when needed.
Great non-obstructed view of the ocean, pool and grilling area from the nicely furnished balcony.
Condo came equipped with everything you need for your Hawaiian vacation; beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, snorkel equipment, insulated lunch box, etc. Note that all this equipment was high quality and fully functional; no flimsy or cheap beach chairs or umbrella that would easily break.
Would highly recommend staying at this condo.

The location of the property is close to plenty of maui’s attractions, there were plenty of amenities available to make our day trips easier, parking available, and overall just a comfortable space to come back to!
The wifi didn’t work but we were still able to use our devices. Overall, a great experience!
