The Cottage was completely refurbished in 2004 and retains all the character and warmth of yesteryear while offering all the modern conveniences needed to relax and unwind in an inviting country town. There is a large outdoor entertaining deck, complete with country views and barbecue. The Cottage is your home for all seasons with ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning and two open fireplaces. Seven Mile Beach is only 7 minutes drive away and is a perfect spot for sunbathing, swimming and fishing, or simply for a walk along a stunning almost deserted beach. There are several golf courses nearby, tennis courts and beautiful walks if you are feeling energetic. The shops, restaurants and pubs of Berry are all within close walking distance and offer something for everyone. Berry is close to Kangaroo Valley, the towns of the Southern Highlands and Kiama, Gerringong, Gerroa and Jervis Bay. Nestled in a town that is yet to be truly discovered, get in first to experience the best that Berry can offer. * All linen & bath towels provided Prior to booking, please note ~ Bookings made for Thursday and Friday nights or Sunday and Monday nights are charged at the full weekend tariff From 19th December - 27th January We do not accept any back to back bookings during this time. If there is guests checking IN or OUT backing onto dates you have selected online we will ask to you move your booking back one day before confirming the details. Firewood is provided from Easter Long weekend - October long weekend

Convenient and close to shops.

Berry is a fabulous town , great restaurants, pubs and cool shops. This cottage is in the perfect locations to experience Berry.

While the location of this property was fantastic, I feel for the price we should have had a more modern kitchen , as it was last renovated almost 20 years ago, it was now well overdue. The lounge furniture was also tired and dated.
As it was raining we were inside and required more fire wood for the 2 fires however was told by the owner that we could only have kindling not logs as we had used our quota. Again given how much we were spending on the 3 days this was unexpected and dissappionting.

It had everything we needed with plenty of room for a large family or group of friends
Check in was super easy although parking in Berry on Friday afternoon can be busy but hey there is a reason Berry is so popular....highly recommend this property

Outside is a lovely gazebo area where we ate lunch every day, surrounded by stunning gardens and wildlife. The property is in town so not private but somehow it makes you feel a thousand miles and a full century away from any of today’s worries. The agent promoting the property made our; booking, welcome and exit process a warm and personal experience - thank you. It’s so important to have a good start to a holiday and you went above and beyond to ensure that! We have absolutely loved our stay.

Short stay with friends. Excellent location to shops and cafes.
Kitchen is well equipped. Bathrooms Are nice and big and beautifully updated and clean.
3 tvs in the property made it great for kids to have their own space. A selection of dvds to accompany the DVD players would have been nice. However, this is outdated tech and since the property has wifi, a chrome cast would be recommended so visitors can cast from their own devices. Outdoor area is lovely, yard is great for the kids to run around. Off street parking would be a recommended addition as there is plenty of room for it.
Overall a great property with a great location. Will return as I’m a regular visitor Berry.

A delightful and clean cottage right in the middle of lovely Berry. Beautifully made comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms, cosy sitting area in front of a fire. Pretty gardens and outdoor bbq area.My second time to The Cottage this year. Thank you for a happy stay.

Fabulous location and quaint old cottage with nice outdoor space. Internal furnishings and kitchen quite tired...could do with a makeover for the amount charged.

The perfect Berry weekender
Beautiful historic cottage with plenty of character. Very good condition and exceptionally close to everything Berry has to offer. The perfect base for attending our friends’ wedding at Willow Farm.

Lovely little cottage - excellent location.
Suggest moving mat in hallway as was very slippery. Also lounge chairs not suitable for someone who has back problems, quite low and little support, suggest maybe adding an additional lounge chair in main lounge room.
But overall a very lovely cottage and well appointed.

Walk to everything
The property was lovely and clean and a great location to walk to everything. My only negative was parking, off street parking would be nice so you can unpack the car & a lot of workers park in the street all day and we don't really like leaving our car on the street all night but apart from that all was good.

Berry - great stay
5 female friends and we all enjoyed our 2 night stay at The Cottage. Chatted around the dining table at breakfast, chatted in front of one of the open fires with a wine in the evening and a very short walk to town for cafes and restaurants!! Very comfortable, very clean and plenty of room.
