We enjoyed our stay at Waterglen. House had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. TV was great. We brought our Roku so we could access all our favorite TV. Chairs and sofa in Living room were a little uncomfortable...pretty worn down. Overall we would definitely return to Waterglen.

Really great house for our family and pooch. Hated to leave! A bit far from the supermarket and restaurants but we had a car so all was good. Recommended

Had everything we needed for three adults and four German shepherds. Convenient to everything we wanted to see ( Old Town, The Larimer County Event Center, great restaurants, supermarket..) and everything needed from laundry soap to nice towels and all kind of cookware. Nice neighborhood and a great yard for the dogs as well as a big open green space. Loved it.

Convenient to everything. Quiet. Dog very much enjoyed the yard and park/trail walking from home. No worries staying here. House well laid out with ample rooms. Note: we have stayed in several Ft Collins VRBOs with fenced back yards and they are often not much more than dirt, this yard was lush green grass. Great setting for bbq.

Overall this is a great house. The listing is very accurate. You're in a comfortable 3 bed, 2 bathroom house with a large living room, a nice kitchen and dining room, laundry room, garage and back yard. It was comfortably furnished and was overall perfect for our stay. This is a pet-friendly house, and as such, you may find some leftover pet hair around the house. A little bit isn't an issue, but during our stay we found that the last dog occupants left a lot behind. I did communicate this with the owner who was willing to comp us for the lack of cleanliness.

This house worked really well for us and for our guests. The kitchen is large enough to feed a group, and the table is big enough to seat 6. With a couple more chairs, it could seat 8. Chuck was great, and having Vanessa come to clean was a real blessing!!

We stayed at this great home for 3 months while searching for a house in Northern Colorado. Short story - it could not have worked out any better! The house is kept in great shape by the owners and the fantastic lady that comes in to clean. Having a fully furnished house was important to us since all of our items were in storage while we were searching for our new home. We contacted the owners a couple of times throughout our stay. Chuck was super responsive and answered our questions quickly and thoroughly. It is sometimes difficult to find dog friendly properties. This house has a great, fenced in, backyard that worked out well for our two dogs. Plus there are several trails right around there for walking. We really enjoyed our stay and can not believe how well it worked for us!

The home is very clean and perfect for our 4 days in Fort Collins. We had Grandparents in 2 of the rooms and they both stated that the beds were very comfortable. The home is well stocked from the kitchen to the bathrooms and such. We will be staying here again next family get together. The owners are very accommodating and friendly.

Beautiful home, clean and comfortable with everything you need and more. Great selection of books & games. Lovely yard and open space for our dog. We appreciated being able to extend our stay, at the last minute due to weather conditions. Bottle of wine and thank you card on arrival made us feel so welcome. We loved our time here and highly recommend this home!

I would definitely recommend this home to others looking for a pet friendly home in Colorado. The home was well appointed and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I would stay here again.

We loved our stay in Chuck and Jill's Colorado home. There were four of us that extended a vacation that began at our son's wedding in Dillion. The home had great space, the kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, dishes, etc. We especially enjoyed the patio at the end of each day. Spend everyday, but one in the mountains and that one was playing golf. Nothing better, than coming back to a comfortable home. We look forward to another stay, as there is family in Fort Collins. The wine was a nice touch. Thanks again to Chuck and Jill for a great place to stay. Barb and Duane

This is a very nice, clean and wonderful home. The yard was great, and there was plenty of room for everyone. Close to highway 25 so easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. Breweries and shopping nearby, close to beautiful trails and fly fishing too!! We will be back!

Very nice property. The one slight annoyance was a dog odor in the living room. Other than that it was great.

This is a very nice, clean and wonderful home. The yard was great, and there was plenty of room for everyone. Close to highway 25 so easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. Breweries and shopping nearby, close to beautiful trails and fly fishing too!! We will be back!
