The unit has a spacious bedroom with queen bed and tv, queen size sofabed, fireplace, dining table for 4, bathroom. Heated parking garage. Elevator. Outdoor pool, hot tubs, sauna. It overlooks the ice skating rink along with a great view of the mountains in Keystone, CO from the balcony. This was our first time staying at this property and it was perfect. Julie was communicative, clear and always helpful. The space was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for a perfect week of skiing.

Great location, river run village is so convenient - grocery store, shops, restaurant. This condo was perfect for our family of 3. Ski lockers and pool hot tub with great views were great after a hard day of skiing.

We are a couple, stayed for a week to snowboard at Keystone and Breck and enjoyed it all. The Dakota is well managed and this 4th floor condo had everything we needed. Hosts were friendly and easy to communicate with by text and voice. Outdoor hot tubs hot, warm pool warm. I don't think the sauna was working but it was nice to have the lobby & bathrooms adjacent to the hot tubs. The building was quiet and parking garage & ski locker were super convenient. Queen bed, deep tub with plenty of hot water and fireplace were nice. Kitchen was well stocked and clean with full size oven/stove, fridge/freezer/ice maker, dishwasher. Staying here in the heart of River Run was worth it.

Great location - easy access. Unit a little dated, but we enjoyed our stay! The best part was the proximity to the ski hill, Easy walk from apartment to lifts. Also the availability of ski lockers and the security were first rate.

Location was perfect for ski in and ski out. Parking garage was nice, even though we forgot our parking pass we were still able to make it work. Dish network tv was a little slow, we wish we could have logged into some of our online apps to watch more things. Great stay, well appointed with all necessary dishes. Highly Recommend.

Had a wonderful stay. The host was very helpful. We got delayed by a blizzard and the host gave us an alternative route to take in. The stay was great. Everything was clean. It was a very peaceful stay and the property and amenities were great. Would highly recommend for the best stay.

This place was perfect for the three of us! So close to the slopes and village restaurants. The people were so easy to get ahold of through either text or messaging responded immediately with my questions. They went above and beyond! The first morning realized the coffee maker wasn’t working by that evening we had a new one waiting for us! Not only that but with asking about it that morning she gave money back on the room to go get coffee with recommendations of where the best coffee places where! The only downfall I have was out of their hands but the lodge closed the pool/hot tub at 8pm so if you went night skiing it was closed by the time you got back and couldn’t soak away your aching cold muscles!

Great ski village experience!

My wife and I had a great experience at River Run and Keystone Village. The weather is so comfortable during July at this altitude. We did some walking on the nearby trails, a little golfing, enjoyed the beautiful stream, and watching the mountain bikes. Hopefully come back again sometime.

Do NOT stay here. I got many bed bug bites and found a bed bug in the bed on the last morning of our stay. The owners claimed they'd give me a refund after I sent them pictures, then completely lost contact and ignored my messaging. for all I know, they may have had tenants stay here the night after we left. I went through a lot of trouble and money treating all my things so that I wouldn't bring bed bugs back to my home, and the least these folks could do was give me a refund. This place and these owners are absolutely disguising, do not stay here.

Check in was seamless; clean condo with a good location. Plenty of supplies. Only two additions we would ask for: baking pans and instructions for the two TV remotes.
