Nestled in Wilson, this lovely house for $1,200 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Nestled into the peaceful Aspens neighborhood, this home is available for nightly rentals. Only a short drive from downtown Jackson, Teton Village or Grand Teton National Park, this home will have you centrally located for whatever adventures are on your vacation agenda year-round. This original log cabin provides modest comfort with its giant fireplace, second wood burning stove and pretty, private setting frequented by moose and other local wildlife due to water feature and natural scape in back yard off big deck Vaulted ceilings and a custom stone-surround wood burning fireplace create an ambiance of elegance and warmth. French doors make for easy access to the rear private decks and a beautifully landscaped yard with a summer water feature and spectacular mountain views. Keep your eyes open for a view of the neighborhood moose, too! Loft area is closed off by a chain and marked as Not suitable for Children and attached apartment is also not suitable for young children since it is detached. 1 car garage, 2 spots in driveway that is a small driveway, no trailers

Our multigenerational family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aspen Lodge

We have rented in Jackson through VRBO multiple times and never had such a fraudulent listing. We felt so unsafe with our two young families - 5 kids under 5 - that we vacated within 24 hours. List of concerns below but there are both safety and inaccurate problems:
Safety:
* A long floating staircase, not shown in the listing, that did not have railings and fails to meet building code (confirmed with local Wyoming building authority)
* Unfinished space with outdoor access that cannot be locked adjacent to the kid's bedroom (terrifying)
* carbon monoxide/ smoke detector was broken
* baseboard heating was missing the appropriate safety coverings and hot to touch (god speed with littles)
Inaccurate listing:
* Listing was for 5BR/ 4BA; The house is 4BR/ 3BA. There is a back house hundreds of feet away.
* Listing stated one car garage but random other car was in the garage
* Neither fireplace worked (both broken with do not use signs)
* Toilet in the downstairs bathroom was broken and did not flush
* Shower in the downstairs bathroom was dirty with brackish film
* Listing states new with wood floors; not new and no wood flooring in the house (pretty funny actually)
The location is good but if you can find something else, strongly encourage renters to go that way until improvements are made and safety concerns addressed.

This house was a big hit for the eight of us on our family trip to the Grand Tetons and Yellowstone. Beautiful home, great location, plenty of space, 5 bedrooms, and a huge dining room table worked perfectly for us!!! Like many before us...we were only there less than an hour before we saw a moose in the backyard! Honestly, I am hard-pressed to come up with any negatives. We enjoyed our time together at this unique cabin. There are two spacious living areas that gave our extended family room to visit. The water feature in the back was beautiful and one of the highlights was a moose coming to the water to drink while we were on the back porch. The cabin was clean and furnished with what we needed to relax. We had trouble with the internet connection to the TV; we could only watch in the morning. Our initial arrival was a little problematic because a tree service company had taken all of the parking. That was resolved by the next morning.

Good location and nice quiet dark neighborhood. Lots of beds and 2 large separate living spaces served our families needs. Beds were to firm for most guests and the place is older but well maintained. The water feature in the backyard is amazing. We cracked the windows and it provided a nice sound.

Backyard was nice. Enjoyed sitting on the back deck. Spacious sitting areas great for a larger family. Property hadn’t been cleaned properly following construction. Roofing nails and cigarette butts scattered on deck and yard. Broken glass on the kitchen floor. Not toddler friendly. Bathrooms, bedrooms and linens were clean.

We were there to celebrate my husband’s retirement. Our kids and grandchild were celebrating with us and the house was perfect. If anything; the pictures don’t do it justice. It is just beautiful. We saw mom and baby moose several times and a male made an appearance once. I can’t say enough about Apex Reality - every person in was in contact with was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this home and Apex Reality.

Retirement Trip

Peaceful Porch
We loved our stay! The back porch with the water feature was a true bonus and many happy and peaceful hours were spent out there. Fun Escape; Some Strange House Features
We had a great time at this property, and it certainly met our needs with a very spacious home and living spaces.
The 5th bedroom is not attached to the main home. The grill did not work for us.

Perfect for large groups
House is charming, with two fire places, plenty of room, and all the requisites for an extended stay. Hot water in the guest house/ensuite was spotty at best - we didn't have hot water but for one shower over 5 days in that room. In main house, everything worked well. You need some finesse calibrating heating with fireplaces - but that made for a cozy/homely feel.

Picturesque and spacious living and dining area. Adequate kitchen area. Bedrooms were ok. We would prefer more ensuite bed/bath arrangements. Owner should consider updating bath that is outside next to garage and updating master with a shower or shower/bath combo. Also, a bath for the upstairs bedroom would be great.

This is a wonderful property. We saw Moose almost daily. We also had 2 Bull Moose plus a female grazing and rutting in the back yard within 10 yards of us. Only suggestion is to add a hot tub.

Our group enjoyed the wonderful location. We saw moose. The area is quiet. A convenient store is right there. The house had interesting rooms. Great fireplace. Baseboard heating worked well. Nice backyard with flowing water to relax by.

Awesome Location. Beautiful property.
Only problem was the beds were really hard. Could use some bedding toppers for an option for those who need it. Have several pics of a Mama Moose and her twins!!!! Drinking from the water. Crazy great.

Beautiful location
For the most part this property was good. The wooden walk way had uneven boards that could have been a problem. The lighting was a little dark.
The wildlife was amazing. We had a mama moose with two babies right across the street. We also saw a fox.

Great Visit
We had a great stay, the house was clean and comfortable. There were 5 adults and 5 children, the set up was perfect for us. We enjoyed cooking out and sitting in the backyard. The location is great, easy to get to Jackson, up to Grand Teton National Park as well as Yellowstone. We would definitely visit again. Thank you for helping us make wonderful memories.

Quiet and convenient
Beautiful location and landscaping, the moose seem to love it too. The cabin was very spacious and well furnished, just like the pictures. It was all of our first time in Jackson Hole and everyone was happy with the property.

Phoenix House
House was in an excellent location in the Teton Village. There were 4 levels, each with their own bathroom/bedrooms. A study could be used as an extra bedroom. Overall for the price/cost we were extremely satisfied and would happily return. The house had plenty of room, plenty of amenities, and was tech friendly. We were fortunate enough to have a moose and her baby stop by the backyard one night. Only drawback was the hot tub was a little dirty so we didn’t use and the house is loud since it is made out of wood. It is hard not to wake up people when getting up

The house was great- all amenities there etc. there are two back doors that do not lock, and the third floor door was held with a piece of wood. Two bathroom sinks didn’t drain properly. These should all be addressed!

Enjoy the area from this home located on a quiet area off Moose-Wilson Road. This home provides plenty of room for families to stretch out and relax while in the area. Enjoy the outside deck and yard including the bear clawed tree behind the artificial waterfall! Everything you need to prepare meals and enjoy breakfast or dinner with your family is at your hand. This property is ideally located for early morning or evening excursions into GTNP or other areas. Apex Management provides excellent communications to their guest which makes the rental process a no-brainer. The next time we are in the Jackson area we will either rent Aspen's Lodge again or another property in Apex's portfolio of rental properties!

Perfect spot for our group of 10
This unique, warm, charming property works perfectly for large groups. Plenty of space for everyone while still feeling homey. LOVED the private backyard with visits from moose and foxes. Will definitely stay here again when our family returns. The property management company was outstanding in terms of communication, responsiveness and follow up.

Ski Vacation
11 of us - sets of parents and a bunch of adult kids - had a great time in the home. We loved the large room with the fire place. Our only suggestion is that there should be some stools for the counter in the kitchen. I see that has been suggested before.
