Living room is beautifully furnished with fireplace, outdoor deck, with direct access to three private terrace. Cook's kitchen has large island, wine cooler, built-in BBQ and opens to dining room and sitting area and casual TV viewing area. One wrap-around terrace has two doors that walk-out from the living room area, allowing you to take in the amazing views of LA and Hollywood Hills, including the Sunset Strip and Chateau Marmont. outdoor terrace adjacent to the Living Room is perfect for intimate cocktail conversations or small gatherings of friends and family. al fresco dining, and has stairs leading to an upper terrace with views of Los Angeles, the Chateau Marmont and West Hollywood, and the famous Stahl house. Important note: this home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, and is for a maximum of 6 adult guests. Parties and outdoor functions are not permitted.

We stayed here for the Thanksgiving week and it was everything we needed and expected. Views are fabulous. Proximity the Sunset and restaurants is great. The kitchen and dining room worked out well not only for a Thanksgiving dinner but also eating in as a family. Lots of nice places to sit inside and out and enjoy time together as a family. Walking distance to Chateau Marmont for a drink. This was ideal for our family stay!!

The property didn't disappoint. As advertised...centrally located (which we loved) and was very comfortable to call home for a few weeks. We were in town for business and it was great to be able to commute to Burbank very easily and then enjoy WEHO in the evenings/weekends. Very comfortable and quiet neighborhood. Whenever needed the host was extremely responsive and genuinely cared about how we were enjoying our stay. Would highly recommend!!!

This is such an incredible property to stay at. Whether you are coming in for work or visiting this is the perfect spot to be at. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, but just drive down the hill and you'll be right where all the good times are. We came in for work and the location here was convienent for us.
Incredible space in this place, the bedrooms are all nice with their own bathroom. A TV in the living room and comfortable chairs that you will be able to relax. Also, the view of LA from here is incredible. Rick is a great host, communicative, and always helpful and attentive to your needs.
Definitely look forward to staying here again the next time I go to LA.

The house is just perfect for a few friends getting together. Loads of space and plenty of bathrooms. The bedrooms are so comfortable and the area is quiet and secluded. I recommend it to anyone looking in the Hollywood area

Incredible house
I can’t say enough about the quality of this house, it far exceeded my expectations. The decor was outstanding and the kitchen was straight out of my dreams. The kitchen was so well stocked, with every kind of glass or bowl or platter you could think of. The view from the kitchen was one of lemon trees and hummingbirds. I was afraid that the view from the house might not be great, but it was spectacular- the corner of the living room and of the master bedroom is all window, and overlooks LA and was epic. On top of that, you can go to the upper patio and feel even more on top of the world. Each bedroom has a full bathroom, the beds were so comfortable, you have use of the garage so parking is not a concern, the artwork is incredible and the decor is top notch. There are several tvs and plenty of books to read. The bathrooms were spotless. It was wonderful to live in a fantasy for a few days and truly relax and soak up LA.

LA Stay
This was a lovely property and very well appointed with everything a family would need. We stayed with out daughter, son in law and 7 month old granddaughter and a nanny and the space was ample and very comfortable. The kitchen is modern and user friendly for cooking and everything else. The patio was great for hanging, eating and our granddaughter crawling around on a mat. Rick the owner was so responsive and available for any questions we had and we couldn't have asked for a better experience for the week before our other daughter's wedding in Orange county. Also so close to everything in west hollywood and beverly hills. Would return to this property in a heartbeat!

Awesome views, Awesome location!
I would like to thank the owners. My family had to be in Los Angeles for a funeral and Rick was very accommodating. The house is exactly as described. The location is very central to many of the LA places to be and it made a sad event a little more bearable.

This place was absolute perfection. Between the location, the cleanliness & overall look of the place, it was nothing less than perfect. Checking in was a breeze & if I had questions, they were very quick to respond. We have ample amount of room, the balconies were beautiful & it was central to everything. Perfect Host!
We booked the house over the holidays to NYE and the fist week of January. The celeb hustle and bustle at Chateau Marmont in the neighbourhood during the Golden Globes gives an impression of what Hollywood looks like.
All sleeping rooms are provided with shades - there is a large garage for your SUV, just to add a few new aspects, not mentioned in the former reviews.
And most important: Rick cares about all your needs!

Well stocked, sapcious, clean house with a goregeous view
We spent the Thanksgiving week with my family at this lovely house and had a wonderful time. The place was comfortable for three families (6 adults and 2 toddlers) - each bedroom has its own bathroom and there is plenty of space downstairs. Since it was November and unusually cold for LA, we did not spend as much time outside, but there is also plenty of space at different levels outside the house too. The kitchen was the most well stocked house we ever rented (and we have done a fair amount of VRBO & airbnb). We are a family that loves cooking and we had everything we wanted, which not always the case when you rent a place. There was plenty of towels, sheets, and blankets. Of course, the LA view is even prettier than the photos can do justice. Finally, Rick was a great host. He quickly responded to all of our questions (even during a holiday week) and was very helpful and flexible. Greatly recommend this place.

Good location
We had a very nice stay at Ricks. 3 minute walk down to Sunset Blvd and Chateau Marmont. We had expected a bit more view from the terrace, and they didn't have sun after 1 pm. otherwise you find everything you need in the house.

Excellent location that is conveniently located to dining & shopping that also provides a respite from LA's hustle & bustle.
As a professional property manager renting high end beach front properties in Florida I was impressed with how well the house was equipped with everything you could need while on vacation. House is spacious with a great floor plan. Owner was also quite attentive and easily accessible. I recommend this property without hesitation and look forward to staying here again on my next visit.

A real winner!
Thoroughly enjoyed our time at this house in the Hollywood Hills. It is well and thoughtfully set up for guests to feel at home. There are many great places to eat and shop that you can walk to. The outside balconies and patios were not as inviting as I would have hoped though, but that was the only wrinkle.

Hollywood Wedding
Our desire was to find a comfortable home with three en-suites close to our niece’s Holllywood wedding venues, and we are so glad we chose this one.. This being our first time of renting a home, we had so many questions, and Rick patiently answered them all. We each had our own en-suite, with the added benefit of two living areas, a dining room, and a well-appointed gathering kitchen. The main floor half-bath was such a convenience, as was the laundry room. It was absolutely beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Just can’t say enough about it, and the wonderful time we had.

Fabulous house in the Hollywood Hills
Where do I begin...this house is absolutely perfect! The views from the house are incredible! We stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed every minute! The house is even better than the photos show. Everything was very clean, beds and linens very comfortable, kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The house is in the perfect location, close to Hollywood Blvd, Beverly Hills, the studios and so much more. Close to so much, but surprisingly very quiet. The outdoor spaces are a wonderful place to relax in the morning with a cup of coffee or in the evening after a day of sightseeing. The property is perfect for families and girls trips! The owner is very responsive with any questions you have before or during your stay. I highly recommend this house and hope to return again on our next visit to LA! If you book this house, you will not be disappointed!
