For the golfer, there are 40 world-class courses within 30 minutes. The home is wired for high speed wireless internet and each bedroom, loft and living area has cable TV. The main level has master bedroom w/queen bed and full bath, living/dining with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen w/granite countertops, full laundry room, 1/2 bath and covered porch and open deck. Upper level has 2 large bedrooms, 2 full baths, loft and 2 open decks. Separate AC for upstairs. We loved our week long stay at Point of Views! It is perfectly located near restaurants, and a short 5 minute walk to a quiet and clean beach.
The house has everything you need if you love to cook, and plenty of space to create elaborate meals with friends and family.
Almost every bedroom has a deck with seating. We loved having our morning coffee together outside while watching the boats go by in the waterway.
We would definitely recommend staying here, and can't wait to book again next summer!

The house is very comfortable with plenty of room for our family of 4. Very clean which made it easy to settle in and enjoy our vacation right away. Can't wait for 2024!

We enjoyed our stay for the week. Great for families as it’s a short walk to the beach and several restaurants. House was perfectly set up for our family and had lots of beach items already there for use.

Great get away staying in the most beautiful home with great views. Lynn is a great host! when I'm there I always feel at home! Everything you need and always spotless. so much fun watching the boats come in on the deck one of many! watching the sun go down and Arise again! wish this was my home! such a blessing! only home I will ever stay in!

From the time of booking through our stay this was a great experience. Lynn was responsive and very accommodating. the location of the house is perfect for local restaurants and beach access. Our family enjoyed the weekend and this will be our go to for rental on the island.

We enjoyed staying at this rental. We have stayed in this area before and again enjoyed the proximity to Sunset Slush, restaurants, and beach. Communication was easy and it was such a relaxing visit. We especially appreciated the supplies for the beach. We would stay here again!

Love the location of this house! Kitchen is great and plenty of bathrooms when have multiple guests. Love the porches on both sides of the house. Communication was great by the owner! Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Experience
This was my first time using Vrbo and I was a little apprehensive about it, but The communication with Lynn made this effortless for me. This is a beautiful home in a fabulous location. There is a restaurant right across the street from the front door. Walking distance to the beach. Not a far drive from anything else you may want to do. This was my second trip to Holden. It won’t be our last and I will use this property again in the future. Loved everything about our stay. Thank you, Lynn.

This place was perfect in so many ways! It was extremely clean was the first thing I noticed. It had the best stocked kitchen of any place that I've ever stayed in. Lots of kitchen gadgets, pans, casserole dishes and plenty of spices that you don't ordinarily see in a rental. The beds were comfortable and we really enjoyed the back porch looking at the waterway. We loved the location, very quiet and relaxing. Having a restaurant across the street was very convenient as well. We really enjoyed riding the bicycles around the quiet neighborhood. Thank you for all of the little touches and attention to detail that made it feel like a home away from home.

Absolutely loved this beach house - we felt right at home here! Everything was neat, clean, kitchen necessities and linens provided! A bonus was that the beach chairs and beach push cart were there to use for the beach and that made beach life so easy everyday. The outside shower was so nice to rinse off from the beach too! This house was a dream - we loved everything about it and hope to come back again next summer! Cherry on top is that the house faces the Holden Beach Pavilion and we got to see and hear “The Embers” perform on their Sunday night concert - with a perfect view of the concert right from the safe distance of our deck! Thank you Lynn for having such an amazing house - can’t wait to rerun next year!

This beautiful home was not only in the perfect location, but it came fully equipped with everything we wanted/needed. We could have packed so much lighter… They have bicycles that kept the kids entertained every evening, beach chairs and wagons that made getting to and from the ocean 100x easier with my two year old. We hope to come back very soon! I don’t believe we will ever look for another home to rent.

This beautiful home was not only in the perfect location, but it came fully equipped with everything we wanted/needed.
