About this condo rental

Situated in Pray, this charming condo for $80 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This cabin is attached to what once was the Old Pray Bar which my husband and I expanded to an art gallery/gift shop. It is located on a four acre parcel surrounded by open pastures, horses, a few homes, and a striking view of the mountains. The apartment is decorated nicely and has all the comforts of home! Fully stocked kitchen, large bedroom with a chair and ottoman, queen bed and 32" television with Dishnet satellite service. We have added a small sofa bed with a newer more comfortable mattress in the country kitchen, nice for reading or sleeping for a child. One enters a mudroom washer/dryer as an added convenience. THERE IS A PET FEE OF $10 PER DAY UP TO A MAXIMUM OF $40 for the week. Longer stays and multiple dogs, ask owner. Relax after Yellowstone on the huge back deck with view of the mountains. The town of Pray is really a wide spot in the road, but 30 minutes from Livingston, 60 minutes from Bozeman and 35 minutes from Yellowstone Park. A favorite destination for many folks, is Chico Hot Springs. Chico offers fine dining, soaking and swimming in fresh, clean, therapeutic waters and live music and dancing on the weekends! Soak and check out the wildlife on the hills above the pool! If you like quiet and quaint, this may be the right place for you! 2023 UPDATE: We have strong and stable internet connection through Century Link. The best cell phone service in our area is Verizon. That being said, we don't hear from our guests complaints about lack of service, though there are spots where there just is no service due to being in a mountainous area. We live nearby and visit the property daily. The nice thing is we are HANDS ON so we are able to notice things that need to be taken care of! Time out from our normal lives is so important for rejuvenation, adventure, solace and rest! We value that you chose our place for this getaway/vacation! WONDERFUL. Our stay was from 7/26-7-28 and I cannot recommend it enough if you’re wanting a quiet, home-like experience with beautiful views of the mountains. The owners are so lovely and left us a note, snacks, and guides for the area. It was so nice being able to home cook a dinner after a day of hiking and to enjoy Montana from a more authentic perspective. The house is decorated so adorably! This is truly the place you want to be if you’re looking for a home away from home on your Yellowstone trip. So many good things to say, you have to see it for yourself.

This lil cabin/apartment was in a prime location for discovering the area. Communication with the host was simple, courteous, and prompt. Lots of cute little touches around the space. And the view is simply perfection. Great to have a little campfire and look at the stars. Easy to prepare with a well stocked kitchen. Thorough instructions for the property as well as tons of helpful info about the area! Will definitely be returning next time Im in Paradise Valley!

The place gives you rustic stay vibe, if you are looking for that, this is awesome! From the backyard you can see the mountains and stables. Also the kitchen has all the things you are looking for and Vicky was very helpful for everything. Only caveat will be how far it is from the park if you are planning to visit yellowstone ( 50 minutes from mammoth hot springs, 1.5-2 hours from geysers/grand canyon area). But if you are looking for a quiet homely stay and like to cook for yourself, this place is ideal

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was as neat as a pin when we arrived, and it is really well-stocked with whatever you need, from kitchen items to extra bear spray. The place is very cozy, and comfortable with our dog, as well. We went to Yellowstone a few days in a row and also hiked outside of the park. The location is great, the view is beautiful, and there are several good restaurants nearby ranging from bar food to fancy restaurant. We’d love to come back!

Our 2nd stay @ the old Pray Saloon rental. Convenient location to Gardiner/Mammoth no. entrance to YNP, as well as Livingston if you're wanting to shop/eat/visit brewery. This stay matches pics on VRBO, clean, has all kitchen amenities if you're planning on cooking meals. Backyard has great view of mtns, scenic Forest Service accesses nearby, Chico Hot Sprgs nearby, as well as good eating in small town of Emigrant across the river, Yellowstone Hot Sprgs just down the road! Hosts are helpful & friendly, communication good, attached Shining Mtn Art Gallery worth the visit! Grateful to allow pets. Hope to stay again.

Wonderful stay in Paradise Valley. Amazing views! Clean, clean, clean cabin! So many items from kitchen to laundry, etc. all provided! Vicky was a wonderful host!! Very friendly and gracious; quick to respond to our needs. Did I mention the amazing views?!! So close to Yellowstone National Park, Livingston, and Gardner. Emigrant and Pray are very small, nice towns. You won't regret staying with Ms. Vicky! Amazing views!! Peaceful and quiet! Close to so many activities. Would love to come back again and again!

We found the cabin to be charming spot to stay for our weekend get away. It was clean and well maintained. The owners are thoughtful with little personal touches and an obvious love for Montana. It was the perfect home base in Paradise Valley for exploring YNP and local hot springs.

First time here in Pray area. The cabin was just wanted we were looking for to get away from the city. Beautiful views, quite, cozy and many things to see and do or just relax. If you come to stay you definitely have to check out this cabin and Chico hot springs. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Everything was perfect. Vicky and Gary were great hosts. The property had everything you could possibly need. We appreciated the cookies and our dogs loved the treats! Views were amazing. Such a nice place to relax without added drama, or other unwanted noises except coyotes at night. Very clean, cozy place. I thank Vicky and Gary for allowing us to stay in their cabin. I highly recommend it if your heading to Yellowstone from the North entrance.
