ABSOLUTELY NO TEEN/PROM GROUPS, COLLEGE STUDENTS, OR SENIOR WEEK****** This bright and spacious four bedroom LOWER LEVEL condominium is located just 1.5 blocks from Wildwood's beaches and boardwalk. The Wildwood Convention Center is just a short walk away. The boardwalk is 2.5 miles long with amusement piers, restaurants, and specialty shops. Families can relax on the deck, or sit back and relax in front of the fireplace. Wireless Internet is included at no additional charge. The Family Room has a 48" Smart TV (no cable). The kitchen table has 6 chairs, and the kitchen island has 4 stools. The kitchen is fully equipped with service for 12, a blender, toaster, drip coffee maker and all needed pots, pans, and utensils for cooking. The living room has a sofa and love seat. In addition, the place is so spacious a sitting area with table and three chairs allows for games and relaxing. An additional chair is available for relaxing or reading your favorite book. This smoke-free condominium has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser with full mirror, a large closet, 32" Smart TV (no cable) and a full bath. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, large closet, a dresser with full size mirror, 32" Smart TV (no cable), and a private deck to enjoy your morning coffee. The third bedroom has queen size bed, dresser with mirror, large closet, 32" Smart TV (no cable). The fourth bedroom is our "kids" room with 2 bunkbeds, dresser with mirror, large closet, and a Smart TV (no cable). In addition the sofa in the living room is a full size pull out. Convenient parking for up to 2 vehicles. An outside shower in the back yard to clean off after a long day at the beach. A charcoal grill is provided for barbecuing. A fully stock garage with plenty of beach accessories (chairs, boogey boards, stroller, and beach toys). PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN LINENS FOR ALL BEDS & ALL BATH AND BEACH TOWELS-LINEN RENTAL IS AVAILABLE FROM "BEACH HOME RENTAL". PLEASE CALL 609-383-4040. Owner was very nice and welcoming! If yoy are planning on staying in the einter months bring your own blankets. We were all freezing. Otherwise the accommodations were exactly what we needed.

The property is exactly as listed. The kitchen appears to be newly renovated, and we had everything we needed to cook meals & store dry foods in the pantry. The close location to the beach & boarwalk was ideal. Everything was clean & well-maintained. We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to book this rental again in the future.

It was such a pleasure staying at Ann’s place! The property was even better in person! The condo was extremely clean, spacious, and very accommodating for my family. Attractions are extremely close and I enjoyed the fact that there was even a park nearby that I was able to take my little one to. :) Ann is extremely responsive whether it was email or phone call. The condo exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be back in the future!

It was a very brief stay for a weekend cheer competition. The space was perfect for three cheerleaders and the moms. The house is very conveniently located near the venue and the boardwalk. It was a winter visit so we didn’t really get to experience this cute beach community.

Great location for a beach vacation! We felt very comfortable in the VRBO and it was just as the owner described. Ann was always available to answer questions and was there when we arrived to help us navigate the check in process. Very happy with our choice. Only "complaint" was that we wished we could have stayed a few more days!

Wedding planning has left me feeling defeated lately and this past weekend was just what I needed. We had such a great time at this property. Everything was so beachy, clean and updated. Beautiful appliances and decor. All of the tools we needed to cook our meals was in the kitchen which was super convenient. The owner is really easy to communicate with and very friendly. We want to make this an annual trip and will definitely be staying here if it’s available! Thank you so much.
