This is the perfect spot to enjoy a vacation with family or friends. It counts with a private beach only steps away, this house has four bedrooms, three of them oceanfront from your bed, 3 full bathrooms and when you rent the beach house you rent the entire home. You DON"T share the beach house like other beach house in the same location. It's a beach house you will love and will want to come back. Has two barbeques and a private courtyard. Bedrooms have ceiling fans and cable TV for your own privacy. Has a large living and dining room, you can actually enjoy oceanview from anywhere in the house kitchen livingroom and bedrooms. House has enclosed car garage, also has large double paine sliding doors for your comfort. It is located in a private community only five minutes away from Rosarito. This is a perfect beach house to get away and enjoy the ocean with friends and families. Wi-Fi Connections and Cable Internet. The beach house gives you your own private getaway. I will deff come back.. it was very big and a lot of room for everyone. Lily and Carmen let us check in early. They had everything we needed expect hot water and ac but the ac didn't matter, We had the beautiful breeze from the beach, the hot water for us didn't matter either since we are adults but for a family with kids they will need some. Overall Everything was great! Beautiful beach house! See you soon 😃

2rolls if toilet paper for the cost of each night for 4 nights…. really? My child could have fallen from the openings in the balcony. No shampo, hand soaps or conditioner. No dish soap. No toilet paper holders. TV’s in rooms that don’t work. House is ok, but hospitality needs to be improved.

Overall, an Amazing home!! First and foremost, I want to thank Lily and Carmen for taking the time to speak to me via telephone and in person. There was a minor set back during check in; however, Lily made sure the issue was addressed immediately. I traveled with my daughters, ages 8 through 17, and we felt safe waking around the gated community. Guards at the entrances were very professional. Beach was very peaceful and within steps of the rear soors of the house. NO AC was neees, as the ocean breeze kept the house cool.

The cleanliness was not as last time. It was a bit dirty when we got there. We had to end up sweeping and mopping. The first day and half we had cold water. Carmen did everything in her ability to get Us hot running water but nonetheless we were without it for awhile.

We had a wonderful stay. We cooked breakfast and BBQed dinner. We walked on the beach and swam in the pool. Very clean and comfy.

Cute place! Main patio is downstairs. Plenty of room to sleep and hangout. We rented this for a small family reunion and even had a small group come play live music during the day. Hosts were nice, area is secured and getting there is a piece of cake. Highly recommend staying here.

What else do you need it’s a beach house
We had a wonderful stay at Lili’s house! The house was a beach house it was very comfortable And any we only had one minor issue and it was immediately addressed. I wouldn’t even call it an issue the propane was close to low and I only looked because I was exploring. The propane would’ve lasted us our stay but the manager went ahead and filled it, Everything in the house was good to go, fast WiFi and best of all it was on the beach what else could you really ask for I hope to stay again!

Pefect Family Vacation Beach Home
This is a lovely lovely home in a perfect beach setting! Lily the owner is the sweetest and very professional person to work with. As previous reviews mentioned, the pictures do not do this amazing roomy and airy home justice. Our family and friends stayed there over the weekend for our son's wedding in Rosarito. The house is located in a very nice and secure neighborhood and having the property manager so close by for any needs is so handy. We were a group of 10 and had plenty of space to gather around and be together and enough room to have our own space. The ocean views all throughout the house are just so incredibly beautiful. The dolphins playing on the waves was a wonderful treat to see early in the morning. We really enjoyed the house, it's decks and patios. We look forward to going back soon. Thank you Lily!

Super relaxing beautiful view
The home was beautiful and the location was perfect. I loved the fact the property was located in a gated community. Lily the owner was quick to respond to any concerns we had before and during our stay. Only down fall no toiletries cleaning supplies like paper towels or detergent . We are common Homeaway renters and toiletries, soap, even shampoo and conditioner, towels and supplies such as detergent are always available. It was fine since we only stayed for 2 nights. Other than that we are definitely going back soon.

Downside
1. You need to carry toiletries including hand wash soap, dish washer soap, bath soap, toilet tissues etc. It's in the agreement but learnt it the hard way.
2. No music system
3. Bring along your own HDMI cable
4. Walking along the beach is very relaxing near the property. But away from this property there is open drainage and sewer water that flows into the sea.

Amazing property!
Pictures don't do this house justice! It's absolutely gorgeous! Great soft sand beach right out front as well. The kitchen was very well stocked with quality pots/pans and dishware. Will definitely be back!
