You will need to buy a parking pass for each car, Brett-Robinson is extremely strict during summer and holidays. Your car will be towed at your expense if a pass is not visible with-in a few hours, (2 car passes available during the summer and holidays, 3 car passes during off season days) please let me know if you have more than 2 cars and are unsure about your vacation dates falling during high occupancy dates. The passes are around $52 per car. The $52 will cover your vacation days no matter how many days you rent. The price could go up before your arrival, but never more than $5-$10. When you receive your check in instructions it will contain details about the process. There is no off site parking provided. Park at Walmart or any other store, or car pool will be at your own risk. You are able to use any amenities in Condos 1-4. This includes all pools, work out rooms, spas, racquetball courts, game room (kids love this game room) located in building 3 and any other amenities.
