This comfy, dog-friendly house has recently undergone renovations, adding hardwood flooring, quartz countertops, stainless steel kitchen appliances, an expanded back deck, and more! Neptune's Place is a darling two-story home, tastefully decorated to give guests the feeling of being home. Snuggle in front of the fireplace on chilly evenings, use the private backyard deck for BBQing, or simply relax with your loved ones - welcome to your vacation! What's nearby: This house is a private getaway just a half block from the beach and a few blocks north of Broadway. Within minutes you can be strolling along the broad, sandy shore, checking out the family-friendly restaurants around town, or shopping for souvenirs in the charming downtown area. Things to know: Free WiFi Full kitchen with a dishwasher Dogs welcome for an additional nightly pet fee If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Neptune’s Place is the BEST! This is my second stay in this home and we just loved it! Fantastic location, well appointed kitchen with a big table for meals and games! The hot tub is a wonderful amenity, as well! Highly recommend this home for your family’s stay in Seadide!

This property was fabulous from the prime location that was central to everything we needed to the hot tub to the design and decor of the home. I haven’t had such a relaxing stay in years! Very clean with all the amenities we needed. Looking forward to our next stay!

The location is a couple blocks from the main drag in Seaside and less than one block from the beach. Very comfy beds, full kitchen, laundry, and cozy but spacious home.

Only thing would say is there was a storm last night of our stay. High winds. Whole top level of house shook and howled. Otherwise great time had by all.

Loved the size and the heat of the hot tub. It was perfect for our group of four. Brought two geriatric puppies and all of their belongings, but when we got there, there was a leash we could use (we didn't need it but appreciated the gesture) and doggy poo bags present (again, we brought our own). The living space is spacious and the table was great for four to play games/play D&D on. The kitchen was extremely well-stocked with utensils and appliances. Spaces were very clean throughout except for some carpet stains on the second floor landing and on room with the full-sized beds. Parking spaces were alright - it's setup for two cards one in front of the other, and the space that's in front can be a little hard to get in/out as well as take travel bags/stuff in and out. Would recommend overall!

It was my girlfriends first time seeing the ocean, so the location and beauty of this rental enhanced that experience even more! It was just the two of us and we had plenty of room. Everything worked, everything was nice in and around the home. Little dusty in spots but to be expected.
We walked the promenade every day to get food, shop, or just walk the beach. The location was just perfect for our getaway!

Perfect location. Some pet hair balls left under couch, mildew on the bottom of a shower door and some repairs needed that the property manager plans to fix. House can get stuffy if you dont use the fans and the bathrooms are downstairs so take care during late night trips down the stairs. Otherwise great space and really great location

This was my first time using VACAS and we were here to catch th 4th July fireworks on th beach by Wyndham.
I was not disappointed at all.
My only concern was th couple boys staying on th property behind us (I assume renters also) insisted on using th back fence as a soccer ball back stop. (at least 2 fence slats were broken...I asked them to be more careful but to no avail. Th parents did not support my concern either. Boys will be...oh well)
Th yard was wonderful for our service dogs.
I Do Think anyone would enjoy this Seaside hideaway.

We love Neptune's Place, this is our second Stat here and it as always exceeds our expectations. We will come here forever! This home is perfect for our family of 6 and our little dog. So clean, so close to everything it can not be beat!

It was wonderful,nice & quite everything & more !! We got Rest & Relaxation,That we Both Needed oh so bad! Didn't hear the dog Bark at All !! I wish I could afford a house of my own ,Out of the city it's hard getting Older !! But the Experience Was Beautiful 😍 Thank you Again Next Time we will Downsize as that was Alot of Room & I need a Bathtub &bathroom on the ground floor !! Again Thank you so much!!!

Cute place. Great location - close to beach and town. Cozy and comfortable but plenty of space. Well appointed kitchen. Helpful having two bathrooms on the first floor.

The location is a quick 1/2 block walk to the beautiful beach. The kitchen and dining room is great for cooking and gathering. There's an additional outdoor entrance from the hot tub area that goes directly to the bathroom/laundry area which is very convenient.
The bedroom walls are paper thin so you hear everything. Part of the fence was broken and previous guests did not pick up after their dog so the yard wasn't as useful as it should of been.
I recommend paying for the trip insurance. What was supposed to be a 90 minute commute, ended up bring 6 hours of detours and stopped traffic because of a storm. We ended up turning around and missing our first night because of the highway being closed. After two calls, I was told there would be no credit or reimbursement.

Overall it was OK no TV no Internet no DVD player to entertainment was a major bad experience the barbecue were did not work the finally last night the hot tub heated up to overall not so great weather

The proximity to the beach is amazing. The accommodations in the house were great too, and there was a hot tub and lots of board games. We have stayed at Neptune's Place more times than I can count on two hands and we can't wait to go back again!! 10/10, would recommend.

This property was perfect for our group of 5 including our adult children in late 20s. Seaside has plenty of fun distractions for them day & night when they get bored of hiking and sightseeing with the parents. This particular house was a short walk to the center of the action or to the beach, yet far enough away that we could leave the windows open and not hear any noise from the the crowds on Broadway. Clean, spacious, well-appointed.

This updated cabin-type home was fantastic for two couples to unwind on a long weekend. Short walks to the beach in the mornings were a great start to each day and there was plenty to do around town. Fun for all ages really! While the weather kept us in more than we’d hoped, we enjoyed the hot tub during cloud breaks. The kitchen allowed us to comfortably prepare meals at home and the newer appliances were a nice touch. The rooms were quaint yet comfortable. The bunk room would be good for a small family as well. We would absolutely rent again.

This was my family's second stay at Neptune's Place. We love the location and easy walking to the beach and to all of the fun of Seaside! We love the hot tub and that you can hear the ocean from the back deck. The beds are comfy, and the house has all the blankets, towels, and kitchen items you could ever need. The house and back yard are pet-friendly, and our dog does great there. Our only negative of this trip was how incredibly noisy the fireplace fan was!

Very clean and nice house close to the beach and main strip. They had a fully fenced yard that our dog used and the hot tub was clean and working good. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay so much, the house was perfect and we enjoyed the hot tub alot. The location of the house was I'm a perfect area, close to the beach, aquarium and the center of fun in town. I am going to rent this place again, I didn't want to leave!
