This cabin is on a two-acre tract (shared with one other cabin), and it would be ideal for you and your friends to rent simultaneously for a great vacation! This cabin sleeps up to four, and you'll have your own private dock with power to plug in your boat! There are also two kayaks and a paddle boat on the property to be shared between the two cabins. Build a fire in the pit at dusk and relax after a fun day on the water - this retreat is heaven on the lake. This rental is well equipped with everything you need and looks out over the entrance to a lovely cove with your own dock! The boat ramp is a half-mile away by water if you want to bring your own boat or jet ski. Things to know: Free WiFi Full kitchen This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Dock details: Electricity is not provided at the dock Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. We wanted a getaway that didn’t take us hours to get to, but felt like we were somewhere else! The most beautiful view of the lake. We supported local and were able to experience the city we live in from a tourist’s perspective!

House was adorable, clean and as pictured. Nice deck with porch swing. Grass was nicely cut and short walk to dock. Easy access instructions . Overall a great experience!!

Small, but cute, and nice location. Once inside, the cabin was cold and the heating was very slow to produce heat. The bathroom wasn’t clean with hairs on the toilet and sink. The loft is ok for older children, but not toddlers or infants due to steep ladder and short railing. We found dust and debris on both bed sheets, debris was small wood splinters. The dishes were sticky. We hand washed everything before using them. The fan in the bedroom was stuck on, the pull chain that would be used to regulate the fan speed was missing. I messaged Vacasa that night. They asked if I would like to have the issues addressed, which I said yes, but that was the last I heard. Nothing was addressed and no follow up. On the morning we checked out, we followed the instructions provided and removed bedding. While doing so, it revealed that the mattress had extensive staining and had the look of a large amount of urine. The bedroom was musty but I never expected to see that. After we left, I contacted Vacasa 4 times. I provided pictures, detailed description of my concerns, screen shots of the text conversation, and never received an answer as to what they are going to do to correct the issues. Just excuses and blame. If Vacasa doesn’t take cleanliness seriously, then look elsewhere for someplace to stay with your family. The intention of this review is to advise people so they don’t have to experience what I did, and hopefully have the issues fixed so it’s better for the next person.

Such a lovely cabin, loved the kayaks available (was a little scared of the spider in the paddle boat- but thats just nature LOL) Comfortable, clean and quiet! Thank you for a beautiful experience! Definitely recommend!

Very neat little place. Had a few roaches but understand it’s a lake house. Could use a newer TV with some sort of channel package. Wifi was limited to inside, lose connection on the porch. Overall stay was nice and relaxing.

My girlfriend and I had the most amazing staying, we stayed for seven days and it was beautiful, I’m pretty sure we fell completely in love while we were here during our stay and the cozy little cabin and the lake and the fire pit certainly helped make that happen. The support team and the management company over seeing the project is right on top of things and did an excellent job. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to going back

Privacy was amazing, cabin was better that I was expecting. I am actually afraid to continue with everything we loved because I feel like this is a hidden gem I want to keep to myself! The only con was utensil shortage. Glad I planned for meals out. Everything you need is 3 to 4 miles away. I saw some people say 15+ not sure what map they use but you will not lack gas/groceries or restaurants and we had Monday-Thursday night stay.

The place was very cozy and perfect for a nice weekend trip. The view of the lake was amazing. The kayaks and pedal boat that were available to use were a nice upgrade. It was nice while we there so we spent a lot of our time hanging out on the dock. I would 100% recommended this place to others.

I enjoyed the cabin but as a senior citizen I had a little problem with the toilet two low high boy works better. I love the place and would use it again.

Wifi was extremely sporadic; probably had access about 2 hours during the 6 day stay; pakmetto bugs and nats present.; made several calls and finally texts to property manager. Was provided no contact with owner on Vacasa as is usually the case with VRBO
