About this house rental
Situated in Anaheim, this attractive house for $615 per night is a great choice for your next break. Visit our Beautiful Pool Home, perfectly set up for 4+ families. Our six-bedroom 4.5 bathroom home is designer decorated with and upgraded with granite kitchen counters, tiled bathrooms, and wood floors. Two Cal-King masters complete with private bathrooms. Two additional Cal King Beds share a Jack n' Jill bathroom, and the last two bedrooms are children's rooms with Full over Full Bunk beds. The children's room shares a hall bathroom with a shower/bathtub. Beautiful open concept main living area with upgraded kitchen complete with granite countertops, custom paneled cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. The dining room comfortably seats 10, with additional seating at the kitchen countertop bar and breakfast nook. The family room has a large sectional with plenty of seating. The sectional has a queen-size sleeper. Relax in our sparkling pool with Jacuzzi in the rear yard. We monitor and control the temperature for you remotely from our office to make sure it will be on and to the temperature when you arrive. Enjoy our outdoor seating and natural gas BBQ Grill. The full-size washer and dryer for guest use and the half bath are located right off the kitchen. The game room is located in the garage. It has a foosball table, air hockey, and ping pong table. In addition, there are strollers, high chairs, pack n' play, and booster seats for your infants & toddlers. Main Living Room has a 60' TV w/DVD player and Time Warner's top 250 channels. All other rooms have cable with Disney and the top 100 channels. Hi-Speed Wireless Internet is included. The home has central heating and air conditioning. Nice short walk to Disneyland and Anaheim Convention Center, and you can watch the Disneyland fireworks from the yard. This house SLEEPS 15 in Beds and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 15 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors). Maximum Vehicles 4. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles. Minimum Stay 3 Nights No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. Pricing includes a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee. The pool is heated to 82, and Jacuzzi to 102 *All Major credit cards and checks are accepted. No cancellation refunds within 60 days of arrival. We recommend you purchase travel insurance. All homes are cleaned per CDC guidelines and fogged with a hospital-grade disinfectant. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY: These houses are for overnight sleeping purposes ONLY. You CAN NOT rent these houses for ANY type of gathering or event. If you reside within 50 miles of this house, there will be an extra $500 security deposit to ensure city rules and regulations are kept. In addition, the homes are protected with Security Cameras. This home had everything we needed for a mini family reunion Disneyland trip. We had kids ranging from 3-16 and everyone felt at home. The location was great for driving to or walking to the parks. The communication with the property manager was great. Would definitely stay again!

This house was absolutely perfect. It was very close to the park. It was very clean very accommodating. The pool was perfect. The kitchen layout and house layout was phenomenal. I really can’t say enough about this house. If you were thinking about staying, I promise you you will be so happy with this rental.

We were a large family group with numerous age ranges and all loved staying here.
The city quiet rules are annoying, but unavoidable if you want to stay this close to Disney.
The pool was heated and actually a nice temp (sometimes "heated" pools are still chilly) and the hot tub warms up quickly when you want to use it.
The floors seemed a bit dirty-left your feet black when walking barefoot, and the house could use a deep clean soon, but overall I had no issues with the cleanliness.
Kitchen utensils and towels were all plentiful - 2 huge baskets of pool/beach towels, and 5 or 6 different strollers to choose from!
The number of bedrooms with ensuite baths was incredible for our group.
We would definitely stay here again - it's a quick 5 minute uber (def recommend rather than trying to park) to downtown disney and you can even see the fireworks from the backyard which was great for us- with little kids who couldn't have lasted at the parks.

Trying to pack in as much as you can in a limited time can make for over-tired, grouchy people, but the pool at the rental took care of some of that.

It was a great experience as soon as you step in you can smell and see how clean the house is, it is a very beautiful platform with an amazing pool our family enjoyed the fun room very much and the strollers that were provided were supper helpful definitely worth staying here we all loved it.

Only minor downfall is the alarm that goes off if you forgot to hit it when you open the patio door on both sides. I’d you leave the door open for a second too long, the alarm goes off again.
The mattress might need replacing as they were a bit worn especially the bunk bed ones but otherwise no issues with this place at all.
Overall, this was a great place to stay and a good location. Contact with property managers were quick and even during the storm, took care of the fallen tree that blocked the path! Sent a quick email and by the time we returned to the house, it was cleared.
Would book this place again on our next visit!

Very good property located within walking distance of Disneyland. Felt very spacious for our group of 12 (6 adults, 6 children). Condition of property was very good.
Had small hiccup with communication on when/how lock code would be provided, but was easily cleared up. Had no issues throughout the stay. Overall would recommend.

We had 3 families staying in the house and it fit our needs really well. We liked the layout of the house and absolutely loved the pool which we swam every day. Loved that there was two kitchen tables and was plenty of kitchen storage and everything we needed. Game room was also great. We also did laundry every day and the washer and dryer were high quality. Very close to Disney, within walking distance although we did Uber as well.

Signs in the house were ridulous. Remote controls have to be back in the basket or we would be charged. Turn down the air too low and we will be charged. Alarm on the door to go to the pool was so loud. The quiet rule, and not being able to use the pool or game room after 10. Absolutely too many rules. We did not enjoy our stay because of these things. Too much pressure

It was lovely! Appreciated the help of the property manager when we needed more information upon arrival. Beautiful pool, lovely house with nice, large dining table in open living/dining/kitchen space.
Comfortable beds, nice furniture, enough space for our kids and grandkids to enjoy with us for this special occasion.

Overall this was a nice house. Beds are comfortable, and plenty of space for everyone. There are things that need to fixed and given attention to. I have emailed this to the property manager. You must checkout by 9:59am otherwise the door will not lock at 10am. Was dissatisfied with the lack of response from the property management about this.

The home was very well kept and had tons of bathrooms which is always a plus! Location could not have been better, we could see the fireworks at Disney from the living room. Overall a great stay, highly recommend this one if you’re visiting the area!

We were in Anaheim for the NAAM convention. The house was great. Exactly as advertised. We were a bit intimidated by all the rules about noise, outdoor swimming, etc but it was fine. We actually didn’t spend much time outside after dark.
I thought the paperwork process was confusing and more difficult than other Vrbo rentals I’ve done. But LaDonna and her team walked me through it. They were very responsive,

Location was absolutely perfect for a Disneyland trip! House was a good size for our group of 14. Kids loved the pool and game room. Rules are very strict but we followed them to the best of our best abilities. What was the most annoying is we were so careful to be mindful of noise outside but our last night there, one of the neighbors had a large outdoor party blasting music and people screaming until 1am. We thought the noise ordinance was a city rule?

My family of 10 (9 adults/1 teen) stayed at the property and it was still amazingly spacious and inviting. Loved the very large dining table that accommodated us all eating together and playing games. Do not let all of the rules of the property freak you out…they are rules you generally live by at your own home. The home is about a 20 minute walk to Downtown Disney. Neighborhood was clean and we felt safe even walking home after park closing. The home was clean and had all the amenities you could need. The spa and pool were very nice to have for the day we took as a rest day from Disney. Beds were ok, but the mattresses are due for an upgrade/replacement. The game room is a bit outdated, but still a nice addition. A couple of the bedroom ceiling fans did not work. I tried reaching out to the property management the day we arrived and never heard back from them…this very disappointing. A Keurig would have been nice to have for coffee rather than an old fashion coffeemaker, but this would just be an added perk. We would definitely stay here again.

So many pros to this place!! The majority of our family is over 6 feet tall. So to have California kings in every bedroom (besides the bunk rooms) is a huge plus. The bedrooms are big and spacious and having ceiling fans in each room is a must for us when it’s hot.
(I wish they kept fans in the bunk rooms since they can’t put ceiling fans in there).
We also LOVED having the spa and pool every night after our long days at Disney. This was a huge plus that was awesome.
All the extra baby strollers and high chair was another plus to us. We did use one of the strollers for Disneyland and it was a lifesaver!
I want to clarify that this house “technically” is in walking distance of Disney but it’s not very close. Like a 30 minute walk. It’s not horrible and you do get to walk through downtown Disney each way so that leaves for good shopping and food options on your way to and from the house. and usually you’ll have a big family in this house with multiple cars so my biggest advice is to either pile everyone in the cars and have 1-2 people drop you off and then have them walk so you avoid paying for parking, or get an Uber/lifft because it’s very close and won’t cost almost anything. We did the walk 2x per day or if someone headed home early, they would just come pick other family members up when needed.
Another thing on the house that made me nervous is no gate around the pool and we had 2 little kids with us. There is an annoying alarm on the slider that you have to bypass everytime you open and close and the door can’t be open for more than like 15 seconds before it alarms again. So though I would still just prefer a gate with a lock. This was ok for the trip.
I would also recommend bringing some of your own toilet paper and I guess your own trash bags because we ran out of both and couldn’t find any extras in the house.
And make sure to read and follow the house rules and the rental rules. I was ready for it because I read them ahead of time but be ready to wash and fold towels, do all the dishes, clean out the fridge, and leave no mess. Make sure everything is accounted for and everything else on the house list.
EXTRA PRO TIP! I ordered Amazon fresh groceries to the house for a time window of when I knew we would arrive at the house so when we arrived we had our groceries, water, snacks, and other essentials ready to go so we didn’t have to do an extra errand when getting into town.

The house was great, very clean and had everything we need. I will say that the rules that are in place for the city are a little over the top. No noise outside, no music or anything of the sort. There was cameras outside in the backyard which was awkward since there was a pool.. our family was being polite and just having conversations outside while in the pool and within 2 hours received “noise complaints” that we were being “too loud.”
overall good stay but be aware of very specific and strict rules that are a little unreasonable.

We had the best time! Everyone had their own spacious bedroom, the pool and hot tub were perfect after waking all day. Private bathrooms for bedrooms were a plus. Super cute neighborhood. We took Uber to the park everyday for under $7
