Beautiful sun set views,beautiful resort like setting.This house has 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms and a great kitchen. Each bedroom has its own flat screen t.v .living room has 55inch flat screen t.v. Cable tv included wireless internet included.You will love the backyard as it has a beautiful heated pool with plenty of pool decking for sun bathing and a mini sand box for the kids.The yard also hosts a tiki hut with bbq grill and a 40ft dock you can fish from.Access to boat,kayak and jetski rental available only minutes from the house.Its only a 12 minute boat ride to anclote island and the sand bar.You can enjoy plenty of amenities and family fun since it’s only 25 minutes to clearwater beach,30 minutes to tampa,60 minutes to disney,15 minutes south to the greek sponge docks,35 minutes to bush gardens,35 minutes to Weeki Wachee mermaid show. With the house conveniently located there is always something to do!

Everything was great! Plenty to enjoy without leaving the home! Dolphins right at the dock, heated pool with loungers, and a great tiki hut to hide from the sun or enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning, while watching the water. Bed were comfy, lots of clean plush towels, equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. Garage parking was convenient and easy. Marc the owner was very easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

House was perfect for me and my family - my kids has fun in the pool, playing in the sand, and spent lots of time fishing on the dock and kayaks Quiet neighborhood and close to groceries and places to eatBeds were comfortable and ac worked good Thanks!!

We were three couples and loved the backyard entertainment area of this home. But many other things didn’t go well for us. House was not cleaned well if even at all so we had to do some cleaning on our own immediately. The refrigerator still had food and beverages in it from the last guests. We all even rewashed our bed sheets again since they were on inside out in the non master bedroom (we drew the shortest straw so it was our room) and it made me feel like they weren’t even cleaned. Dishwasher did not work. Toilet seats weren’t secured well in 2 bathrooms. Non master bedroom has a mattress that is not fit for anyone much less an adult. It’s dips in the middle and was just horrible to sleep on. I know the owner cannot help who lives next door but that house should be condemned. What a shame to have such a beautiful property yet trash it like that. It definitely took away from the backyard view but we just ignored it the best we could.
The large master was beautiful with a very nice comfortable bed. The bed in the smaller master wasn’t as good but manageable. The bike tires wouldn’t stay inflated so a bike ride was out.
All of my issues were discussed with the owner (except the bike tires) and he was sympathetic but besides fixing the dishwasher (after 3 days) there wasn’t much he could do. We still made the best of it and enjoyed our time there.
The only way I’d consider renting this home again would be with a new mattress in the non master bedroom which is the smallest and darkest room of all. But if you didn’t have a boat (we rented one for two days) we found we’d be bored having to spend a week here. The closest true beach would be Clearwater which was a good hour away with traffic. We tried the two closest to us but they gross and dirty bay water.
All in all we had a good time and this home is well worth the cost.
