House is located 2 tenths of a mile off of US 25/Georgetown rd. On our family farm. *NOTES* *Paper products are not supplied *Working farm (Feel free to text, email, etc questions as you have them about animals or farm. I am glad to answer them). # is provided at the house. *Do not block barn area that is near House *INTERNET is satellite type SO IS SLOW (Sorry) *No garage for car or cars, but lots of parking *House is 2/10 of a mile back gravel lane on farm

Great place in the country, but close to Lexington, grocery stores and the interstates. Large bedrooms, dining area and kitchen.

This is a wonderful home for families that enjoy farm life and horses. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Convenient to city attractions. We enjoyed the house and beds are very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked for essentials. Lexington is an awesome city to visit.

We so enjoyed the house and location of this property! Todd (owner) was quick to answer any questions we had! We cooked a lot and the kitchen had a good number of cookware and containers to use! We were all pleased with this! The horses were beautiful and made a perfect backdrop to our quiet relaxing time! We will definitely revisit!

We were close enough to the Ark Encounter and the Red River Gorge to make everyone happy. I loved the quiet country setting, watching the horses and the fireflies. The back porch was our favorite sitting spot. It is a roomy house with a large kitchen. We were able to eat in most meals, play board games and visit. I would recommend this place to anyone.

We stayed at this property for 5 days (four adults and two dogs), it was very relaxing and quiet. The owner was quick to respond to any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again.

The house was great with beautiful views from every window. Bulls , horses in green pastures. Location was perfect..we visited Keenland, Rolex, and of course the Derby. Lot's of fantastic restaurants and an abundance of things to see. We'll be back!

The house was in a great location for us and it's off the road and pretty quiet except for some road noise. The house itself was okay, but needs some TLC at this point. When we stayed there was a problem with the dishwasher which figured out, but the garbage disposal didn't work and that was pretty gross. Owner said that he would fix that. The second bathroom is a little different. Beds are reasonably comfortable and plenty of linens, but only two pillows per bed, so if you like more, you should bring them. The owner discloses in the listing that paper products aren't included, but we didn't remember that so we had to run out and get some. Our stay was fine, but probably wouldn't stay again.

My family spent several day in Kentucky to visit friends and family as well as shop at the summit. There was the perfect house for us and our dogs.

Communication was excellent and the owner was extremely accommodating with all questions answered immediately. It was freezing the weekend I stayed but it was warm inside and had really hot water which was nice also. There were plenty of towels and extra linens as well as a fully stocked kitchen.

Coming from a suburban area surrounded by neighbors, it was great to stay at a secluded, private property. The house has a large kitchen and dining area, which was perfect for eating meals, hanging out, and playing games.

The location of this property is fantastic. It is country but right off of a main road with quick access to either Georgetown or Lexington. We took our 3 dogs and the fenced in yard was fantastic. I loved waking up and seeing horses right out the windows.

This is a beautiful, cute & cozy home. It was a great location. We truly enjoyed our week,, The views from the front porch were spectacular. We were able to see people people come and ride horses right in the front yard !! This home had everything that we could possibly need. We took adventures to the Ark Encounter,,, The Creation Museum,, The Kentucky Horse Park,,, and ate some DELICIOUS BBQ AT RED STATE BBQ !!! (which is located just down the street) Thank you for sharing your lovely home 🏡

The owner was gracious and accommodating. We were in for a family reunion and it was the perfect location and home to stay in. We cooked up some goodies to take and everything we needed was in the kitchen. Highly reccomend.

The home is beauitful as well as the surroundings. We have dogs, and we're able to bring them. The front yard is fenced in, which made it wonderful for them. The house and property are exactly like it is listed. We will book again the next time we visit our daughter.

To date, the best fit for our needs. We were in town for a dog show at the horsepark. From the set up of the house to the fenced in dog yard to the proximity to the site to the attentiveness of the host we couldn't have asked for more. Kudos to Todd.

We stayed here for 4 days in July and LOVED it! The house is beautiful (it was a bit large for our small group) but it was just as described. The ad said no paper products were provided, but there were some available so that was a bonus. Will stay here again in the future!

Todd was an exceptional host! Responded quickly to a few questions I had before arrival. The property was as advertised and perfect for what we needed. My niece graduated from UK and we were able to host a cookout for her and a few of her friends that also graduated. I would stay again. The horses nearby are an added bonus!
