About this house rental
One King and Two Queen bedrooms. Two Full baths, one with tub, both with showers. Large Kitchen Dining room combo. Large front porch. Fenced backyard for pets. Situated on working farm. HOUSE HAS BEEN CONNECTED TO CITY WATER, NO LONGER ON A WELL AS OF MARCH 2017. House is located 2 tenths of a mile off of US 25/Georgetown rd. On our family farm.

Quiet place in the country just a few minutes drive from downtown Lexington. Plenty of room for the 4 of us, worked great for the long weekend stay.

We enjoyed our stay here ! It was very clean and comfortable. The barn cats were my favorite! We will stay here again the next time we are in town.

The good...location, spacious, quiet, owner quick to reply to questions
Be advised...Old (too soft) mattresses, lots of spiders ('mostly' outside walls and porch) - no surprise due to being on a horse farm; black mold/mildew outside walls (needs painting or cleaning), master BR shares BA with guest BR
