See sights from the movies Dreamer, Seabiscut, and Secretariat with in minutes of this home. Perfect place to unwind at night after a day at the races (Keeneland and Red Mile). Touring the Kentucky Horse Park, Keeneland, or Thoroughbred Center, no worries 3-20 minutes away. One bedroom with King bed, two bedrooms with queen beds. One tub shower combination, one large shower only. Central air, flat screen TVand DVD player. Kitchen and dining room. Washer and dryer. Large fenced backyard for your pet or for grilling on our gas grill. House is small in square footage, so perfect for a home base while touring the area. The property is just as described. Very clean and centrally located private backyard, and just a couple houses down from Red State barbecue, which was very good. Very close to the horse park and other attractions including Claiborne Farm. We will definitely stay at Todd’s house again when we return to Kentucky.

The house is a perfect home base for trips to the KHP. It’s farm house feel and decor fits the surrounding area. Just a short drive into Lex, G-town and Midway. Will stay again.

We were in town to compete in a horse show so each day we are extremely tired and looking forward to a comfy bed… I’m pretty picky about my mattresses and this house has comfy beds! Everything was nice and clean… House smelled great… Everything worked as it should and the host was a dream ! Would love to stay there again!

We stayed at Todd’s property with 4 adults and a dog while showing at the Kentucky Horse Park. The huge fenced in yard was perfect for our dog and the house was 5 minutes from the KHP, which was beyond convenient. It was absolutely perfect for our stay and Todd was incredibly nice and quick to respond when we had a question. Highly recommend this property, especially if you have an event at KHP and have a dog. Highly recommend Todd as a host, too! His check in and check out process was also very easy.

My daughter and I stayed in this house since it was so close to the Kentucky Horse Park where she was showing. We could go visit our horse/run to the show/ come back to rest within minutes. We enjoyed using the kitchen to cook most of our meals. When not at the show we played volleyball in the spacious back yard and even befriended a nice cat. The highway/ train noise was a little loud but it was only heard while in the bedrooms but I slept well every night.

The house and contents were nice, and clean. I would recommend fence repairs this property is advertised as pet friendly. The images imply a tall wood fenced back yard, when in fact the tall fence only surrounds about half the yard. And, areas of this fence are about to fall. The remaining fence is standard metal chain link fence. The gate doesn’t latch properly, some of the fence line is damaged, a small dog could get out. The house itself was perfect for our needs. Unfortunately, it sits on a very busy street with heavy traffic including semi trucks. The traffic and the fence made it somewhat unsafe for dogs.

Very nice clean and comfortable place to stay with convenience to most locations. Busy road as many travelers have said. It definitely is that all night long. Didn’t really bother me but light sleepers take the back room. I would stay here again as it was a nice house with big back yard.

I can’t say enough great things about this property! We had an excellent time here with our dogs while attending the Kentucky Bluegrass Dog Show at the horse park! Such a convenient location. Great yard! Perfect house! I couldn’t have asked for more! The outdoor seating was a great perk! Comfortable beds and pillows! We really hope we can come back again next year!

We were in Kentucky for our first Breyerfest experience. The house was clean and quiet. We felt very safe and at home. Location was central to almost everything. Address is well marked on the mailbox but you still may miss it, lol, so look for the Red State BBQ which is a practically next door. Would definitely rent again if we ever travel back to KY.

We rented this property because it stated that it had a fully fenced backyard. Our one dog was out in about 20 seconds! Old chain link fence was rotted out all along the bottom, although my dogs didn’t need to go out there, as there was at least five or six other spots they could exit easily Very busy, busy road! Blankets, sheets and comforters were ancient The comforter on our bed had a huge hole in it! When we first arrived, we opened the fridge to find a half bottle of water and a part container of fruit snacks! Gross!!! Only nice thing was the shower except the Towels were old!!!! Overall not very impressed and doubtful we will rent a property again! I have pics if anyone is interested in having a look I am not making this stuff up!

We had a minor inconvenience with the WiFi. Todd was on it and solved the issue Very Quickly. Well done. He also allowed for a late checkout on Mothers Day. My wife appreciated this Very nice place in Horse Country next to an AWESOME BBQ joint, Red State BBQ.

My husband says “he wishes he owned it” House was even nicer in person. Smelled lovely! Great back yard for dogs and close to the horse park for those showing. My parents were with us and they also loved it! The only thing my mother suggested was to add towel hangers in bathrooms. Will definitely be trying to snag this property anytime we are at the horse park!
