Situated in Miramar Beach, this attractive condo for $295 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. We are among the very top rated of the over 280 condos at Majestic Sun. We work incredibly hard to ensure our renters have an amazing vacation, and over 170 perfect reviews with a high rate of returning guests demonstrates that we have been successful in our goal. Your vacation time is extremely valuable so you want to make sure to make the perfect choice. Here are the top reasons why you should select Mike and Colleen's Unit 204A: 1) We have over 170 5-star reviews, which is among the highest number of reviews and best review ratings at Majestic Sun. Please read through some of them to understand why we're so popular, especially with families. If you pick a unit with few reviews (or mixed reviews), what you see may not always be what you get. 2) Our unit is a two bedroom Deluxe (also called Diamond). That means the master bedroom is on the ocean and our balcony is twice as long as a Standard two bedroom, plus the condo itself is larger. Many people who seek quotes on a number of different two bedroom don't understand the difference between Standard and Deluxe and end up disappointed. 3) Our unit is well stocked. We travel often ourselves and understand how helpful it is when everything we need to cook a meal is there, along with extra items stocked that many units don't have like an iron, a cooler, comfortable beach chairs and an umbrella, a big container of beach toys, and much more. 4) Our unit feels comfortable. As many of our reviews attest, it is well appointed and decorated with a fun, beachy look without going overboard. It's not fussy or tacky. You and your family/friends will feel right at home which is exactly what we want. Our balcony furniture is Amish built and bar height so you get a great view over (not through) the railing. Our renovated kitchen has with custom cabinets, granite and a backsplash to match the colors of the beach and ocean. Both bathrooms have been renovated as well and have tasteful beach touches. 5) Most important - we are OWNER MANAGED. Our fees are only pass-through costs for cleaning and parking, and are a fraction of the fees charged by management companies. When you are choosing between units be sure to compare the bottom line, as their fees significantly inflate their total price. Also, as an OWNER MANAGED unit we have higher standards for cleanliness and responsiveness which are clearly reflected in our reviews. The condo was clean. It’s very dated compared to others in the same building. ( We traveled with other families. The following is a list of issues: water pressure in both showers is terrible, the trim on bathroom door in master bath is coming off, master bed mattress needs replaced , all pillows are terrible, the coffee maker didn’t work well, the toaster didn’t work well, the sliding door is very hard to open and doesn’t shut all the way, both couches are sinking in and the unit smells musty. It need to be redone and just about everything replaced.

The condo was clean and fully stocked with everything that we would need. Short walk to the beach. Communicating with owner was easy and seamless. The area is a little busier than we would normally like. There is a lot of traffic on the street late into the night and it can get noisy in the bedroom. Nothing that the owner has control over. Pool was also smaller than I thought it would be and throughout our stay it wasn't very clean. Lots of sand on the bottom and the water was not clear.

Overall this place was in a great location, views weren’t spectacular because we had cars/rvs parked in front of us the entire time but we knew what we were getting when choosing a second floor unit. The unit was very clean and the owners were very easy to communicate with through the entire process. We had no issues upon arrival and the master bed was actually comfortable. The only suggestion I would make is it could use some updating. I feel some of the bedding, furnishings are older, although still in good condition could use some minor updating. Overall we were pleased and if staying at Majestic Sun in the future I would consider booking this unit again.

We booked this unit primarily for the view and location - both of those met our highest expectations AND we got so much more! Mike was great with communication and made sure we had all the info we needed before arrival. The unit is in great condition and was so comfortable and inviting. Mike and Colleen have thought of everything and we were pleasantly surprised at all the amenities available to us in the unit. We had a perfect stay and can’t wait to return!

Only good things to say about this property. The location was perfect and we loved being on the second floor (no waiting for the elevator!). Beautiful view and quiet building. The beach chairs and sand toys available were a much appreciated added bonus.
