Went well. Place was clean. Super close to town. Hot tub was amazing. 3 king size beds made a huge difference for our group.

The Grand Moose lodge was a beautiful place for me and my friends to stay! It was big, spacious and a perfect location!

This was a great cabin for our group! It was very convenient to town and easy to find. We had everything we needed in the cabin.
Our only complaint that is uncontrollable was the driveway. We had a vehicle that should have been capable of navigating up with the amount of snow, but we were forced to park in the road with the amount of ice covering the driveway.

Had an amazing girls weekend here. The cabin was clean and had lots of rooms/beds. Everything was well stocked except for the kitchen. Could have used some kitchen towels, extra sponges, etc. The home was in a beautiful mountain neighborhood with none of the neighbors being too close. Check in/out was easy and seamless. Would definitely stay here again!

This was the most perfect cabin! It slept everyone comfortably, had all the amenities of home, gorgeous views, beds were comfy, the list goes on. Just outside of town, but only by a couple of min, it’s close to everything and you can get just about anything delivered. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back!

This was the perfect property for our annual friend gathering. We had a total of 3 couples and we all found each room and bathroom totally accommodating. The three different zones allowed for each couple to enjoy privacy and the common areas were perfect for making dinner and playing games as a big group. The check in and check out process was wonderful. The kitchen was very accommodating and we made meals 3 out of the 4 nights that we were there because we had nearly everything we needed to cook. Thank you so very much for such a beautiful cabin. It was cozy and decorated so well! No complaints from our big crew!

Spectacular Home
Incredible house and location. Stayed here in this Gorgeous house for 2 weeks in May. Love the fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and expecially the breath taking views from the living room of the Tarn Pasture Lake and Mountains. Saw 2 Moose. As expected it snowed while we were here and it was truly spectacular. No Suprises! >As stated in the Skyrun Guest Contract - "Snowplowers in the county snowplow homes from Nov 1 through April 30". (After that they 'ALL take off for the season all over the entire county). So if you come to Breckenridge in the off season and snow makes you nervous, have a 4 wheel drive - just in case it snows. Afterall it is a ski resort area. Right after we left, I heard a huge blizzard hit and paralyzed the entire county for 2-3 days. Nobodys fault!

Moosey
Stayed here for the 2nd time. The property lives up to its name- saw 2 Moose this morning walking close to the house out the kitchen window. The Tarn Pasture Lake has water again, yaaay! (The town had been repairing the Dam). The house has a new beautiful Large Stainless Steel Refrigerator in the kitchen- (not pictured). Very Comfortable mattresses throughout the house. Kitchen fully stocked. Extra clean. Love the way the house is decorated. House is quite close to town about 2-3 miles.

Everything about this property was fantastic… except for the fact that the lake that is so prominently pictured in many of the pictures on the listing is gone. According to the official website from the city of Blue River the lake the home is supposed to be overlooking has been drained since April 2021 and will be drained until the dam is replaced in 2023. So, we were not made aware of this at all and it was a BIG reason for choosing this property over the many other similar ones in the region.
Besides that, our stay was fine. No issues. We won’t be back though.
I did contact the listing company and they said the draining of the dam was early by a month and they would remove the words “lake view” from the listing. A day late and a dollar short I guess.

Myself and my family had a wonderful stay at the Grand Moose Lodge in Breckenridge. In our party was 5 adults, 1 child and 1 infant. The house was the perfect size for us. I wouldn't suggest more than 1 or 2 more people in that house though. It would be pretty cramped. The house was everything I was hoping it would be. The main living space was perfect for us to cook, relax, and hang out in. We cooked large meals for the whole family during our entire stay and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. I did ask for a full list of what pots/pans/etc. were in the kitchen which the management company was unable to provide me with so we did bring a lot of kitchen supplies that we didn't end up needing because the kitchen was fully stocked with large pots, colanders, 9x13 pans, cookie sheets, blenders, hand mixers, wine bottle openers, can openers, mixing bowls, plenty of coffee cups/wine glasses, spices, cooking spray, etc. It would be nice to have a list of exactly what is in the kitchen though to keep people from bringing their own items. The house overall was pretty clean (we are weird about that). I would say a little extra attention on the backsplash of the sink in the master bathroom and making sure behind the bathroom doors are swept are the only things that I noticed. There was plenty of bedding for all of the beds plus extra blankets in every closet just in case which was super helpful. There was a lot of games and movies already in the house also. Along with a DVD player which was a nice surprise (we brought our own just in case). There were even a couple of toys for the kids. They even had 2 sleds in the garage for sledding! Such a nice surprise.A couple of items to note. The driveway is steep and icy in the winter. It was cleared off but there is only so much they can do in the winter with a driveway that is that steep. We had 4 wheel drive on all of our vehicles but even slid backing down the hill. Just be mindful and have the right vehicle. Also, there are 3 floors to this house. You walk in from the driveway/garage into the bottom level that has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and the "game room". All of the living space/kitchen/dining room/etc. is on the second floor so if you have someone that doesn't do well with stairs, be mindful about that. Overall, we will be back to stay at this house. It was our perfect Colorado getaway.

Break in Breckinridge (Blue River)
This was our second stay at the Grand Moose Lodge and it won’t be our last! It’s only about a 10 minute drive to Main Street in Breckinridge which will have everything you need for your stay. The home is exactly as advertised, it’s clean and well stocked so it’s ready for your stay. There are plenty of hikes in the area that lead you to great views and great times. The owners and management company were great to work with, fast responses during the booking process. We’ll be back for many more visits I’m sure!

We really loved the cabin! The rooms had great space and I loved that each room had a king bed! It was close to town, but far enough away to feel like you are secluded. The kitchen is great for family cooking and the views are amazing! The kitchen was pretty well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. Its pretty kid friendly, but the stairs are the only thing you have to be mindful of. The service by Sky Run made it even easier to prepare for and during our time there.

Grand House
Grand Moose Lodge is a really nice mountain home. Plenty of space for our large family. The view of the Tarn Lake from the deck is special because their are almost no other homes in the area for rent with this view. The house sits on a large lot and is a short 2-3 mile drive to Breck main street.
