Nestled in Minneapolis, this attractive condo for $150 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Beautiful light filled cozy second floor apartment just steps from shops and restaurants and a short walk to Lake Harriet, where you can enjoy 51 miles of paved trails that wrap around lakes and parks. Rated as one of the top most walkable neighborhoods in Minneapolis, yet minutes from downtown, Mall of America, US Bank Stadium, University of Minn and the Convention Center. This lovely 2BR apartment is on the 2nd floor of our duplex on a quiet residential street close to Lake Harriet. It is light and airy with central air and hardwood floors throughout. There is a great front porch that is perfect for a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine. One spacious bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has a full size bed. There is a comfy pull out sofa in the living room. The updated kitchen has a dishwasher and is stocked with all your cooking essentials. There is also a washer and dryer right in the apartment! Fast wifi. Flat screen TV featuring Sling TV and Roku (which you can use to access your own streaming services, ie. Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc) One off street parking spot plus plenty of on street parking available. There is a security camera on the exterior of the house to deter package thieves and vandalism. There are no interior recording devices. PLEASE NOTE: This is a non-smoking property, inside and out. For the comfort of other guests, please do not smoke anywhere on the property. **PETS: DOGS ALLOWED BY PRE-APPROVAL ONLY on a CASE BY CASE BASIS** *Your dog should be friendly and house trained. *Dogs that utilize pee pads are NOT allowed. *Your dog must be supervised by you at all times or crated if left alone. *If you have a shedding breed please keep your dog off the furniture and bedding. *Any dog that becomes disruptive will need to be removed immediately. *You will be charged for any damage caused by your dog. *Limit of one dog. East Lake Harriet is one of the nicest neighborhoods in Minneapolis, combining a host of outdoor activities and several vibrant business districts. There is a wide variety of restaurants, bars, upscale grocery stores and shopping (both major retailers and local independent shops) as well as bike trails, walking and running paths, sailing, canoe, kayak, paddleboarding, swimming and cross country skiing all within either walking distance of the apartment or a quick bike or car ride away. The apartment is 1 block from a bus line that provides access to the entire Twin Cities area. You could take a bus downtown and connect to the light rail to MSP airport, Mall of America or downtown St. Paul. By car you can be on I-94 or I-35W within minutes.

The apartment was well stocked, clean and updated with all conveniences while maintaining the mid-century charm of the neighborhood. Our host Liz was available and communicative when we reached out with questions. We will definitely visit here again when we return to the TC’s!

We really enjoyed our 4 nights at this cute second floor home apartment. The neighborhood offered quaint places to eat, and just a short few blocks to Lake Harriet for daily walks. Everything was clean and looked just like the photos. For us, it was about location to family and friends while visiting MPLS, and this fit the bill!

We had an awesome time celebrating my Mom’s 80th Birthday at this beautiful duplex near Lake Harriet. Although the weather wasn’t ideal for walking around the lake, the location was perfect for access to lots of great activities and amazing restaurants. Liz was the perfect host! We look forward to another visit!

My husband and I spent a week at this property at Christmas time. It was clean, comfortable, and well- furnished. Our daughter’s family lives just blocks away. It was so convenient , not only to her, but close to shopping and only 15 minutes drive to the airport. The owner, Liz, kept in touch to make sure our stay was going well. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it.

It was a short drive from the sculpture garden and Loring Park to this convenient and comfortable apartment. We parked in the driveway, literally crossed the street and enjoyed a terrific dinner. After that we walked to Lake Harriet. The neighborhood is super walkable … and we even encountered ten wild turkeys. In the morning you could walk to breakfast, but we took a short drive to a great spot that was right on the way to Minnehaha Park. After visiting a number of spots around the cities it was nice to come back and unwind in a quiet neighborhood. We got a walk around the lake in as well. Couldn’t have been more pleased!

Located within walking distance from Minneapolis’ crown jewel, Lake Harriet, this upper duplex apartment provides all the hygge needed for a cozy and serene stay. Across the street from Brasa and a few blocks from the famed Patisserie46, there are plenty of food options. The walk down 46th brings you through elegant homes that hug Lake Harriet. To our surprise, the Art Shanties festival was happening and we got to enjoy not only a winter walk on the icy lake but a destination to the colorful Minneapolis art scene. We enjoyed our hygge home so much that we even extended our stay!

We had a great time visiting kids and grandkids in Minneapolis. The apartment was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Also in a very nice area...a grocery store nearby and within walking distance to pretty Lake Harriet. The owner was very friendly. Will definitely stay there again when in the Twin Cities.

As advertised - lovely bungalow near to shops and restaurants and easy walk to Lake Harriet. Kitchen has all dishes and cooking equipment needed, plus coffee maker, tea and coffee. TV and wi-fi available. Nice touches like fluffy towels, male-up remover, etc. Only concern , which we relayed to owner, is loose bannister on steep back stairs.
