All good, could use updated appliances

Great property! Really easy check in process and you can’t beat the lake views. With a boat rental company attached to the townhouse building, it’s also very easy to rent a boat or go out for a piloted sunset cruise.

Perfect location.

We absolutely loved staying at this beach side/ private dock condo. Fabulous location, and crystal clear water. Sherri, the property manager was awesome. The microwave and washer/ dryer were dated but functional. The location and property cleanliness were top notch.

Great spot , with incredible views of the lake from every window. Close to great restaurants as well.

However, noise from restaurant that is attached to unit along the back and side of condo, was a problem. At 9am there was thumping music and it continued until 10:30pm when we had to go next door and ask them to turn it down. Not very relaxing to hear very loud music all day long. Unit was clean and nicely furnished,...except for the kitchen. There wasn't a cheese grater, measuring cups, or even a usable cutting board that was bigger than a postage stamp. Never rented a condo that had such a poorly stocked kitchen. Last caution is over the water temp in the shower. Very scary if you were to put a young child in the shower. There were very large surges in the temp of the shower, VERY hot water where you have to jump out of the way. We told the manager, but they said they couldn't repeat problem with the plumber. This unit shares a wall with the kitchen to the attached restaurant. When they use water, you get both boiling water, and cold water temp changes. All in all, if the noise problem was solved, we would rent again. It is a pretty view, and the patio is nice.

Sounded like an early flight no truck or upstairs old air conditioner. Could not sleep well with this sound.
