About this house rental
Situated in Roaring River Township, this charming house for $217 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Table Rock lake front with a Large gently sloping yard with easy walk to the water with a beautiful view of the lake. A Slip at Big M Marina is included. Watch boats going up and down the lake from large picture windows in the sun room. Two bedroom, two bath house nestled in a quiet neighborhood, just blocks from Big M Marina, boat ramp. After a day of boating, enjoy an evening on the open patio equipped with a chimenea and a free standing fire pit. Then take a short walk down the gently sloping yard to have a late afternoon swim, or get the fishing poles out for the kids. If you would like to take a break from cooking just minutes away Big M Marina has a screened in outdoor bar and grill with an ice cream store. Big M also offers overnight boat slips and boat rentals. Roaring River is just 10 miles away where you can tour the trout hatchery, fish, or hike several trails. There are blue grass bands that play in the outdoor amphitheater every Friday night at 7 pm through September. Branson Missouri is about an hours drive and Eureka Springs, Arkansas is a 30 minute drive.

We came to spend time on table rock lake and the distance to Big M marina was fantastic to get to the included slip, maybe 5 min drive at most. Beautiful view of the lake from the dining room. Easy walk to the dock for swimming. Had all the essentials you could think of. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. Me, my wife, son and grandkids all had a wonderful time. It was the perfect spot for fishing, kayaking and swimming. The house served as an excellent "home base" for our other activities in the Branson area. Great for a long weekend getaway - hassle free with everything you need!

This is such a quant property. Perfectly situated next to the lake front and marina where we rented our boat. Air conditioning is always a concern but we arrived to a cool home and stayed cool all weekend long. Older home but had everything we could possibly need. Would definitely stay again. Perfect Getaway!
This was the perfect place for a family vacation! We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and lakefront property with kayaks and fishing and jumping in the lake off the boat dock! The house has everything you need to feel at home! We loved that it was close to Eureka Springs and Roaring River State Park! There are many things to do in the area but being on the lake in this charming house with beautiful views made it hard to leave!

The location and house is perfect for time spent on the lake with or without a boat. The owner has many amenities that makes this location above and beyond a wonderful and easy stay. We will definitely be booking this place again!!

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. The view was really nice and peaceful. We had a lot of rain so we decided to stay in and watch Netflix. Everything was very nice and clean, beds were comfy!

Cozy, nice lake house
We had a lovely stay. The house was clean with a well stocked kitchen! We were able to cook our Thanksgiving dinner and enjoy the view of the beautiful lake. Thank you so much!

We loved Martha's View. My mom, sister, niece, and I spent a long weekend enjoying the dock, kayaks, and lake view. This place is a treat!

The place was clean and well equipped for a stay (towels, linens, etc). It’s a about a 75 yard walk to the water, and has an incredible view. I caught fish right off the dock! Would love to stay again.

We love this house! It was our second time staying and it’s looking like it might become a start of summer tradition as long as the house is available. We love having so much to do and the house being perfect to relax.

Great place to get away
We enjoyed this property and the peaceful environment. Beds were very comfortable and the house was super clean. Relaxing get away weekend to go off the grid and back to nature. Wonderful host; only mix up was the door code but she responded immediately thank goodness.

Great Outdoor Adventure Getaway
This was the perfect COVID getaway spring break vacation for our family of 4. A good break from city life with everything we needed. The direct access to the lake for fishing, kayaking, etc. kept us busy. The house is clean, well-kept and beds are comfortable. Only 1 bedroom is closed off by a door, but again, this worked for 2 adults and 2 kids. We did excursions every day and loved Cosmic Caverns, Roaring River State Park trout fishing, Dogwood Canyon and Promised Land drive through zoo. Thanks for a great stay at a time when we really needed to get away safely!

Loved it!
We absolutely loved this property. It feels like staying at grandma's house! It is super quiet which is exactly what we were looking for. Katrina is an amazing host. So many amenities were included. We definitely plan to go back!

The house was amazingly clean and so very cozy. We enjoyed the backyard and the kayaks on the lake. Even used the grill once, and all the necessary items in the kitchen to make a brisket. We felt right at home and hope to go back soon!

We had weather issues in the middle of our stay & needed to leave. Owners were understanding & accommodating. We returned & completed our stay after the snow & ice melted.
