Pine Ave and Northshore Drive adorable beach home. Anna Maria Island vacation beach house located at the north end of the historic village of Anna Maria, Anna Maria Island. Just steps to Pine Ave, the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Walk conveniently everywhere. We have another 2 bedroom 1 bath villa to offer as well, visit VRBO listing # 394722 for information. Every morning with both of our villas location you can enjoy a short stroll to eating wonderfully fresh baked pastries, breads, and roasted coffee at the local antique shop and bakery just off of Magnolia and Gulf Drive. Stroll down Pine Ave. and step back in time with quaint store fronts and cafe's and front porches all with rocking chairs. Experience some of the best coastal shopping around. Along Pine Ave., Spring Ave, or Magnolia you have quick access to the west side of the island displaying 7 miles of a white sandy beach or to the east, just a short walk to the bay side of the island and spend time on the historic city pier while fishing, or viewing the Sunshine Skyway bridge. While down on Pine you can also experience the quaint downtown area for ice cream, dining, theatre, and shopping. For the outdoor sport enthusiasts there is fishing, boating kayaking, parasailing, eco-tours, cycling, segway rentals, surfing, jet skis, NEV and golf cart rentals, golfing, and much more. Jeff and I have lived and worked here on Anna Maria Island for over 20 years now and would love to share our little piece of paradise with you. We loved the location. The property was cute and the outside area was nice to relax in! The beds were all really firm which made it difficult to sleep so I don’t think we would book this rental again but it was nice for a few nights! FYI this rental doesn’t provide toiletries. There was some shampoo/conditioner but no body wash so would recommend bringing your own if you stay here!

We rented both sides and had a great vacation. Michelle was so easy to communicate with. The check and check out went very smooth. The place was very clean and the location cant be beat. Both families had a fabulous time. Michelle provided Beach Towels which were great and a few beach sand chairs. There was a Beach cart on the 3 bedroom side which was great to bring all your stuff to the beach. The walk to the beach is very short only 1 block away. Like Michelle says in the description she offers a few beach chairs but they have a rental place 1 block away that you can rent chairs and umbrellas etc at. We rented a golf cart for the week but this location is within walking distance to the beach and all the shops and restaurants so you wouldn’t have to get a golf cart or rental car unless you wanted to go to the other side of the island or off island to golf etc. Overall a fantastic time here.

We arrived to a beautiful house. Clean and perfect location. Close to the beach and shops. Well stocked kitchen for cooking in. Beautiful outdoor area on both sides of property. Grill was a staple for us. Great communication. Would highly recommend!

We enjoyed this property very much. It was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. We loved the location with the great walk ability to Pine Avenue with shopping and restaurants and an easy walk to the beach. The property was very clean and tidy and we appreciated that the owner had a small Christmas tree for us to enjoy since our stay was a few days before Christmas. The fenced in back yard was so nice to enjoy in the evenings. We would love to stay again soon!

I loved the rental and it was minutes from the beach and shopping. We walked to the beautiful beach every day. A trolley pickup right around the corner. The rental was clean, the patio was amazing, fenced in and very cute!

It’s not noisy at all and you can walk to cute shops, fun restaurants and just 2 blocks to the beach. Location is perfect! Highly recommend.

The location is excellent. Close to beach, shops and restaurants. The island is very family friendly. Everything shuts down by 10. The house was clean. Some of the furniture like couch and chair could use some updating. Beds were comfortable. Spent most of our time at beach so house definitely fit our needs.

Very clean property perfectly located by the beach and a few good restaurants. We had a blast with 3 little kids going to the beach everyday, the house came with chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, etc. and best of all a wagon to haul it to the beach. We will be back.

Great family beach stay
Very clean property perfectly located by the beach and a few good restaurants. We had a blast with 3 little kids going to the beach everyday, the house came with chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, etc. and best of all a wagon to haul it to the beach. We will be back.

Very clean and spacious property and just a short walk to the beach! The outdoor shower and patio was a huge bonus! Would highly recommend!
