We are linked with "THE NAUTICAL INN OF LAKE GENEVA" which is located in downtown Lake Geneva. Most houses in Lake Geneva are not licensed to rent for weekends as a Vacation Rental so do yourself a favor and ask the owner if they are licensed as a Vacation Rental (Not a Bed & Breakfast....At a Bed & Breakfast, the owner has to live in the house with you during your stay), ask for the address and verify with the City of Lake Geneva, you'll be glad you did, call the Building Inspector. No worries at this property, we are fully licensed as a Vacation Rental so you will have privacy without the owner living in the house with you during your stay. Please email if you want to just rent the house. This listing includes 2 rentals on this property, both private, 4 Bedroom 4 Bath House and 2 queen bed separate Charming Country Cottage awaits! All within walking distance of downtown Lake Geneva and the beach. The address is 512 S. Wells St., Lake Geneva, WI. We have hosted many bachelorette and bachelor parties, family reunions, book clubs, church retreats, and golf outings. We rent on a short term basis, minimum 2 nights but sometimes 1 night is possible, please inquiry. This is a real business in the City of Lake Geneva. We have a business license under my legal name "Anthony Scalzitti", you can call the City of Lake Geneva business department to verify if needed. We are regulated by the City of Lake Geneva and the Wisconsin Dept of Public Health. This is a licensed and legal short term vacation rental! No worries about complaints from neighbors about being a little loud, you are allowed to have fun here. And we have plenty of parking. Being a resort destination, I cannot automatically accept a Sat as a check-in, check-out date without paying the weekend rate. Special arrangements can be made so please call or email first. Landscaped property with plenty of room to spread out. 4 Bedroom 4 Bath house sleeps 13 in beds and 2 on the couch. Cottage sleeps 4 in beds, one on couch 1 Bath. The cottage sits it the back of the property 150 feet from the house with good separation for privacy, the cottage has its own separate driveway also. 4 Bedroom house has a fully equipped kitchen. King bedroom on first floor with 3 bedrooms upstairs. Each bedroom has its own private full bath and the cottage has one full bath. Air-conditioning in both places. House has 1 King bed, 5 Queens and 2 twin beds. Cottage has 2 Queen beds and a newer small sectional. Enjoy the covered front porch of the house or the private outdoor patio. You can gather on large lawn to play games or enjoy the big back yard. Plenty of room to play bags, catch, or even a mini-football game! We provide all linens, blankets, pillows and towels for bathrooms. The house has WIFI. The house and cottage both have cable TV and DVD players. Can park 15 cars and still have room for a boat or trailer. Houses have lockboxes with a backup key, please call or text, codes are changed for safety. Guests can walk to the lakefront, beach, shopping, dining and all of Lake Geneva's attractions. House and cottage are great for group lodging, large family reunions, bachelor and bachelorette parties. Sorry no pets. The property is a perfect place to enjoy the outdoors in a clean and safe environment. So bring the family and friends and enjoy yourself. Sorry no prom parties or pets because so many people have allergies today and we like to advertise a pet-free home, we hope everyone understands. Use of fireplace will result in loss of security deposit. Fireplace is locked and cannot be used. REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE Please refer to the rental agreement for refunds. Refunds are possible if I can rerent the same dates, terms and price. You are reserving a house so please be sure. *Separate rental agreement with owner may be required.

The guys and I had a great time in Lake Geneva for a weekend trip! Tony was amazing to work with throughout the entire process. Very communicative and helpful. The house was in a perfect location and walking distance to anything needed over the weekend. There was so much room in the house… and the cottage was awesome! I will definitely book again with Tony in the future!

This property is the cutest older home that can sleep a TON of people. The little cottage in the back was darling. Very short walk to all things happening. The large living room and large kitchen table allowed us to all sit in one area and hang out. The owners were amazing to talk to and worked with us. Everyone had a great time.

Tony and Samantha were super accommodating and communicative. The town and house were cute and perfect for an intimate get together. Just note that there is no laundry machine in the building.

The cottage was nice to have room for one family. Plenty of parking-we had 7 cars from us all coming from different places. It's a good place for a large group. Could use some upkeep on the outside, especially the stairs to the deck and door to the outside. Otherwise, we had a great time seeing family we hadn't seen for a few years.

The location of this house is amazing. We didn't move our cars once the entire stay. Everyone had a great time and we definitely would stay again. The property manager was very responsive to everything we needed. Thank you!!

In my family, we like to have what we call "cousins get togethers" so that as adults we remain as close as we were as kids. There were six couples on this trip, and it was the perfect size. Four couples stayed in the house, and two couples stayed in the cottage. We spent most of our time in the living/dining area of the house. There was plenty of room for all of us to eat together at the dining room table. Lots of seating in the living area, so we could all hang out and play games. We also did an escape room, some shopping, and went to see the Tristan Crist magic show, all of which were within a five minute drive from the house. We didn't get to do much outdoors, as it was a cold winter weekend, but the house is just minutes from the lake, where we saw lots of people ice fishing. The location is prime. This is an old house, so it's not fancy, although the kitchen is updated. We didn't need all the bells and whistles, as we just wanted a place where we could all fit and enjoy each other's company. We did notice a lot of cobwebs, which isn't a big deal to us at all. But if that kind of thing freaks you out, you may need to ask that it's taken care of. Owner was available by phone while we were there, although I only texted when we arrived and when we left. We had a great time, and would definitely stay here again!

We knit. We alwsys need good light. This is the best lit place we have ever stayed. A few minor issues communicated with the manager. Lived the vottage out back -some of us have non traditional sleep times so being on our own there was nice. Would go back!

Stayed at this spot for my bachelorette party and it was absolutely perfect. Plenty of rooms, plenty of bathrooms and the cottage was perfect for the mom's to have a separate quiet space. Walking distance to the bars/restaurants. Highly recommend. Great place!

Most definitely recommend this property and will certainly be coming back! Would love to come in the summer! Would love to keep this place under the radar but they more than deserve a honest and great review. They definitely care about having those that are lucky to stay with them make memories to cherish and treasure 💜

Perfect for large group!
I planned for my sisters bachelorette party to stay at this location for 1 night. The host was awesome at communication and there was more then enough beds for our 17 person party. There was tons of seating in the living spaces and we enjoyed sitting and chatting outside. The bonus of the cottage was perfect to send the mothers, allowing them to have their own space and some quiet from the main party! Overall this was fabulous, if I ever have a large party again, I will use this place without a doubt.

The property was perfect for our group of friends getting together. The layout really offered the flexibility we needed. The lawn is great for games and the small cottage in back was great additional space. Communication with the owner was really good throughout the whole process, making us feel even more comfortable while renting. And don’t forget about the perfect walking distance from downtown!
