Wonderful home, with great amenities, and an awesome kitchen. Communication was excellent. Second time we have stayed…hope to go again next year! We had a great week.

The house was everything I hoped for. The elevator worked perfect, enough bedrooms for everyone, very clean, lots of toys ( sand and inside) and great kitchen! Only suggestion, have more than a couple dish towels and rags! I am not doing laundry while on vacation! Thanks for the memories at Duck!

Wonderful family home that really feels like home. Every amenity was at the house that you needed. We had very young children and this house had everything they needed which was amazing. The cleanliness of the home couldn’t have been better. The walk to beach was short and very easy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home! We especially loved how kid-friendly it was, high chairs, baby gates, crib, also wagon to take everything to the beach! And plenty of pool toys! The kitchen was well-equipped and well organized, and everything worked great. Thank you!!!

This beautiful house was a perfect getaway for our family with ages ranging from 12 to over 80. Between the short walk to the beach, the pool and hot tub, the elevator, the bedrooms with bathrooms, we had a great time!

The house was fantastic, plenty of space for our family and bedrooms for everyone. The beach is about a 5 minute walk and when the kids tired of the beach, they made full use of the private pool and hot tub. We had not been to OBX before, but after this week we will certainly be back! Thanks again Warren and Nancy!!!

We really enjoyed our week long stay at SunKissed!!! There were 8 of us staying in the house, 4 adults and 4 teenagers, ages 15-18. We were all able to spread out a bit! The house was VERY clean and organized. It felt like our home away from home. We used the pool and hot tub every day! It really was the perfect location for not being in the mix of Duck busyness. The kids could ride bikes into town to shop and get ice cream and enjoyed the bike ride back to the neighborhood Port Trinitie. The walk to the beach was not terrible at all, but the beach wagon provided by the home owners definitely came in handy. I just wish we had a few more days to enjoy the fire pit and the corn hole game in the back yard, and the tennis courts across the street (tennis rackets were also provided by the owners)! We drove into Corolla a few times, about a 15 minute drive, that did not feel like 15-20 minutes at all. The home owners were very responsive to our questions and we had no issues at all. In fact, I was finishing grad school classes while on vacation and the wifi worked perfectly. Thank you Warren & Nancy! We hope to visit your home again next summer!

Beautiful property in a wonderful area. Close walk to the beach and 3 floors of living were great for the extended family to get together for a week. Awesome time!

Great House / Conevenient location. Everything you would want or need at an OBX stay.

This property had all the features that made our extended family gathering fantastic. The living area, in particular the upper level with a large kitchen (with two dishwashers, two ovens and an upgraded gas cooktop) and large dining area, allowed for the entire family to be together, while the sheer size of the house allowed for everyone to have their space. The space included an upper level bedroom suite (with its own washer/dryer), a second level with four bedrooms each with their own bath and a lower level with an additional bedroom, a large pool room/recreation room, laundry and another bath. One of our adults needed and greatly appreciated the house elevator. A grandchild made use of the crib and high chair. There were three porches, one on the front and two on the back of the house equipped with rockers, a porch swing and other outdoor furniture. The property also had a fire pit and tether ball, which adults and grandkids had fun playing. Unfortunately, the very tall surrounding grass detracted from that experience. The pool was enjoyed by all with grandkids loving water basketball and adults taking advantage of the hot tub. The beach was an easy walk and once there, the grandkids had fun shelling and jumping through the waves. For those that love surf fishing, several successful catches of whiting were made with subsequent fish fries. In addition, we had access to the sound side with a pier for quiet water where the grandkids had fun catching fish and crabbing. The home’s location is perfect to access attractions such as the delightful town of Duck, the Corolla wild horses, the Wright Brothers flying history at Kitty Hawk, and the Lost Colony on Roanoke Island—each of which we highly recommend. All-in-all a great stay and a great value for the price. We hope to return in the future.

Our family had a wonderful stay in this lovely home. Great location between the beach and the sound. All the comforts of home, with many amenities. We fell in love with the awesome kitchen...it was fun to cook!

This was our first visit to Outer Banks and it didn't disappoint. This home is beautiful - pictures don't do it justice - and we enjoyed everything about it. It was difficult to leave! The kitchen is fabulous with everything you could possibly need. We especially lilked that each bedroom has it's own bath. We experiened no issues during our stay. Gratefully, the weather was lovely as well. It's a short walk to the water on either side for sunrise and sunset views. The only thing that could make it more enjoyable would be a heated pool - a little chilly - but we'll be back for a longer stay next time.

This property is really amazing!! It had everything we could have wanted! The kitchen is huge and we could all be in there at the same time and not feel cramped. I loved the layout and there was plenty of space for everyone. I liked that every room had its own bathroom. Would stay here again

This is the second summer in a row we have chosen to stay at this house. It was great last year but lots of improvements made it even nicer this year. Unfortunately we had a pretty rainy week but the pool table and DVD players helped keep everyone happy.

The owners were quick to respond to questions! Renting experience was amazing!

This was by far the best rental I have every stayed at. Very well equipped with anything you would need. Linens, dishes, games, beach stuff, anything. The owner responded with answers to my questions promptly before we traveled. Will definitely rent again

I was amazed at the “extras” this home had!, my family ranges from a 13 month old to multiple teens and this house kept them all entertained! with games, the pool, the pool table and safety features like baby plugs for outlets, gates for stairs and even a pack and play for a second child or to take to the beach they have thought of it all!The house was clean, well stocked with cooking pans as well as plates cups and bowls and I loved the table that allowed us all to sit together.We didn’t find the “pool dishes” (which were plastic ones for the kids) until the last day that would have been awesome for the week, but we bought paper so the kids didn’t break the glass ones, so this was just another perk they thought of at this house!As for the beach: It was a short walk down a paved street to the beach other than the stairs over the dunes, they had beach chairs, wagons and even sand toys IN GREAT SHAPE to make this fun for everyone!We will definitely be staying again.
