The TV in the living room was having so many issues it disrupted the downtime with my friends and I. The TV must have reset 200 times. We tried to access the apps connected to the smart tv and it would just glitch out and shut off. Eventually, the problem with the lasers, or whatever was struggling carried over into the regular TV (not just the apps, such as YouTube or Netflix)
We really like the condo. Everything is great except for this.( which, unfortunately had had a lot of our time attention, trying to fix instead of enjoying a show or movie peacefully)

Was looking for a place near killington to support my son who was in training camp. My challenge has always been reliable internet since I work remote. This place had all items advertised and was easy to use.

This was a fantastic pave to stay! There's plenty of room for everyone to have space and be completely comfortable! It was very nicely decorated with a cabin/ woodsy feel to it! There were even games and thngs for kids. The kitchen was very well stocked with things you need
We enjoyed staying here! It was very quiet and peaceful!!
Unfortunately, there is a very long 10 digit code to unlock the door. It needs to be only 4-5 digits for easy memory. Take your phone with you in case the wind blows the door shut, so you can look it up!!

You get access to the spa gym, pool, hot tub, steamer, locker rooms, sauna, and patio. Stayed here alone for a wedding, place was clean and had everything you’d need to feel at home. Would highly recommend. They also have an extra large jet tub in the master bathroom, another unexpected bonus from this gem.

Wonderful experience, quiet , clean and remote. We enjoyed proximity of the spa nearby- swimming pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi- we loved it- we went to spa every single day!!! House had everything we needded, for cooking, diswasher, washing machine and dryer.
The only thing we would like change is a working fireplace and certain things in the house they need some upgraded such as jacuzzi. We loved Amber who is a property manager, she actully drove to deliver laundry detergent, and gave us HER OWN NETFLIX PASSWORD!! She was amazing during our whole stay.
Highly recommended!!

We had a quiet, private stay at the property.
Close enough to the slopes, restaurants.
No complaints

The new blue carpet, blue sofa, and loveseat from what was pictured were nice. Wonderful fires at night. The Woods area is so close to Killington and restaurants plus the pool, gym, sauna, and steam room are a plus! Bathrooms dated, kitchen tight. The washer had mold and a foul smell. Tried cleaning it and ran two loads until I realized the dryer was broken. Vacasa would not respond to four attempts to call, chat, and email. After my fifth attempt, I was told the owners would buy a new dryer so I was stuck with wet and dirty laundry and had no time to waste another night to find a laundry mat in Rutland. Think they knew and should have warned us not to plan for laundry. Overall the complex was great.

This unit was not great. One wine glass, no trash bags, no serving bowl, no salad bowl, dishwasher was terrible, no tissues. Bath mats were dirty. 10 am checkout with no extension from Vacasa. Pretty disappointed with this stay.

Great stay, had everything we could need. Would not hesitate to stay again.

The place was good for the most part. The shower liners were moldy, tub and shower water didn't drain well and the toilet seat off in the bathroom by the living room was broken. It really is a nice place, just needs some TLC.

Love the layout. Two king size beds on the main floor made it easy for grandparents that have difficulty with stairs. Also, made it easy for babysitting the 15 month old toddler while others skied. Access to the Spa is a bonus, swimming pool, hot tub and saunas for apres ski.

The location was ideal to transport a golfer back and forth to the Green Mountain Country Club. We had an issue with the sliding door not locking the first night of check-in, Sunday. Something that the phone person said was a high priority was not looked at until Tuesday because Sunday & Monday were the maintenance person’s days off. She, Amber, was great, probably the best thing about the condo.

It was a great stay, I wish I knew there was firewood there already because I brought my own, also it was difficult to communicate with the property manager and there were a lot of cob webs and bugs around the house, another suggestion would be to replace the shower plastic curtain as it’s getting dirty, and if there were bigger towels that would have been nice. Other than that, the fire place and the house was in great shape and we had a great time! The furniture was really nice along with the beds, they were soooo comfortable. I also really liked all the blankets they had and the pillows. I don’t think I ever slept in a more comfortable bed away from home! Wish I could stay longer. A

We had a nice stay and this location was close to everything we needed. The place itself is a little outdated and rustic but still very relaxing and has everything hangout place needed. The kitchen is well equipped for someone who wants to just stay in their pj a sluff it out. Definitely needs a new cleaning lady or one that wears their glasses since there was dried on egg yolk on the stovetop and counter…eeeeww! But over all would likely stay again.

We were in Killington for a few days and wanted something more than a hotel room. This condo was even better than we’d hoped. Beautiful location, nicely decorated with everything you could want. Small but well set up kitchen let us do some of our own cooking instead of eating out every meal. Full sized fridge, stove, microwave, coffeemaker, and a compact dishwasher made cooking and cleaning up easy. Even a small patio area out back with seating. Beds were comfortable. Two bedrooms, two baths and a futon on the second floor and multiple TVs would give a larger group all the privacy they’d need. Would definitely rent this unit again if we come back to Killington.

Cozy place, great amenities, great location
My wife and I got the best massages at the spa, on-prem 2 minute walk. On prem heated pool, hot-tub, nice cozy apt that slept 3 adults and 2 children rather well. Ski resorts are 5-10 minutes down the road. Tons of great eating, etc, etc, etc.

The apartment is nicely laid out and is spacious except for the kitchen which is very small. Everything was clean but a bit shabby. The carpet in the main room is very stained and looks awful. The bathrooms are dated and need to be refurbed. We were sightseeing and leaf viewing and the location was great.

This is a nice condo in a good location. We used it as a base to travel all over Vermont. Our only issue was the living room furniture. It is “well used” and as a result uncomfortable. This was not a big deal for us but if you are for some reason offended by stained carpet this might not be the best place for you. The unit was very clean, top to bottom. The kitchen was great! Every utensil and appliance we needed. Bedrooms are small but the beds were very comfortable. If the living room furniture is updated I would definitely give this place 5 stars.

The house is situated in a very relax area of Killington. We would give it a full 5 stars but the carpet really needs to be cleaned. With 4 adults and 2 very small children, the allergy level in the house was high. Besides this, very quaint home and beautiful morning walks every morning.

Well, the place we enjoy so much space and comfortable, the location is great and quiet, but the cleaning need more work, was very dirty specially with the time we been thru with COVID -19 I expect will be sanitized and sparkling clean but was not , other than that was a such a great experience .

Great place for a family of 5
It was a great location to Killington and we were able to drive the kids back and forth to the mountain without any problems.
The place was very clean and plenty of pots and pans to cook with. The fireplace was a great bonus and wood is provided. We would definitely stay here again.

Dirty,Dirty,Dirty
We should up Friday around 7:30, we walked into the house, all we can smell was garage and vomit. We found vomit at the both front and rear doors. The garage can was filled to the top and stunk the whole house out, plus the outside trash cabinet was filled with trash which we couldn’t fit anymore trash in and was told to call the condo ourselves to have them come get the trash instead of the property maneger doing his job. Empty bottles everywhere around the house. The beds looked like that where just made with zero care. The back door area was covered with ash, as if someone was smoking by the door while they where vomiting out the door. The kitchen faucet would leak every time you use it. We had to wrap a towel around it and clean the area the entire stay. The house also not updated as they proclaim. The main bathroom was something out the 80s. The simple updates where done, nothing you should promote about like they have. If it wasn’t for the location, I would have given this place one star. Save your money and found other units in the area. This place is not handled as home but more of a cash grab from the owners. Maybe if they didn’t have a outside third party property maneging firm taking care of the place, most of these issues wouldnt be a problem. Highly disappointed and am fighting to get a refund if possiable for the cleaning fee at min, because the first thing we had to do is clean the place and have one of the property manegers come and help clean while we had guest coming over for dinner.

Updated kitchen - not entire condo
The location of this condo and the Woods complex is great. The pool, spa and brewery are fun. This condo advertised that is was recently updated. The kitchen, some interior doors and carpeting was recently updated - the bathrooms, linens and furniture sure don't seem to be. The cleanliness was not what we have experienced in other vacation rentals. Cobwebs, dust and allergens related to animals in the condo (it advertised no pets yet the guest book has a guest discussing how their pet enjoyed the stay) made it uncomfortable for our allergies. While the kitchen is pretty - the lack of matching plates, cups and silverware made it difficult to cook and serve a nice meal. Overall the location was ideal - in my opinion, the condo needs some work.

Wet weekend but still a nice stay.
The weather was less than ideal for skiing, but we still enjoyed our stay at the condo. A nice unit in a nice wooded setting and a very short walk to the Spa. The Spa is really nice and the brewery pub and game room added a nice compliment to the condo.
