**POOL IS NOW OPEN** This condo is at the Hawaiian Inn Resort in Dayton Beach Shores room 111. The condo is on the ground floor and there is private door that leads from the room to the outdoor pool. The Hawaiian Inn also has its own beach access right from the pool area. The resort is kid friendly and there is usually something fun going on over the weekend. The condo is also only a little over an hour away from Disney, Universal Studios, and Cape Canaveral/Kennedy Space Center but there is tons to do in the area. Property is still a mess from the hurricane. Be sure and check for current update. The walk to the beach access is a haul, due to the complex not allowing keys to all tenants for gate use.
Room is great, fluffy towels, comfy beds and perfect pool deck access. Owner is quick to respond, and is honest about the property conditions that are out of her control. Definitely will be back next year.

Pictures of room look nice, but property is across from a strip club. Saw strippers from club walking to work as well as in hotel lobby barely clothed. One night thought we heard gunshots. This was not a safe or family friendly property, we left after 2 nights of a 9 night non-refundable stay and paid to stay somewhere else. Also saw notifications in hotel that exterminator was coming through and water was to be shut off during our scheduled stay when we were not notified of this by the property owner. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

My family and I have been coming every summer to this property for the past 4 years. It is clean very easy to check in and the owners are very helpful and will make your stay feel like home! Will keep booking for many years to come.

The condo itself was cute and had plenty of room for myself and my friend. The location was perfect and the pool/beach area were great. The only thing is for some odd reason my mattress was actually flipped and so the first night I thought the bed was horrible, but we quickly remedied the situation. The only complaint (if that's what you would call it) is the blankets were extremely thin and my travel partner likes the room at 65 degrees so I froze the 1st night. So we went to a local store and purchased a blanket. The whole experience was great and we loved our stay!

My fiance and I stayed here and it was so much fun. This was our 3rd year and wish we had found this place sooner. The only downfall was the beds weren't too comfortable, but we made it work. We will definitely book here again.

My family and I picked this room for the floor level and we loved everything about it. Location in great the hotel having stuff to do was awesome so you didn't have to leave the hotel. The room was clean and had extra towels which was great. Also we broke a key in the lock and she was great about getting it fixed for us and was sweet about it in the process. Awesome stay we can't wait until next year!!!

We stay at this property every year: we love the location of the room and the resort in which it is located.
Our only complaint is that we have to go out and save chairs and a table for our use in the early a.m. because the resort allows locals to use the facilities..... pools, etc. in order to draw in business for their poolside bar/food counter.
