Completely renovated condo with new granite kitchen and bath, new furniture including beds and all new stainless steel appliances. Self check in with contact free arrival using a lockbox on the unit. Be one of the first people to enjoy this beautiful oceanfront gem with balcony and intercostal views. Home includes all new tile floors, new appliances, new sheets and towels, and all the kitchen appliances and utensils you would ever need. Watch the sunrise from your balcony and enjoy the heated pool year round. Unit includes 2 queen size beds and queen size pull out sofa. Complex includes BBQ grills that overlook the ocean and volleyball court on the beach. This beautiful ocean front home includes free on site parking that is on same side as building so no crossing any streets. Our building is well maintained it has a heated pool, shuffleboard court, barbecue grill, beach volleyball' and tiki bar. Please NO PETS ALLOWED. Security deposit is returned within 7 days of departure.

It says ocean front and renovated but it was wrong.

Most of the dishes and silverware were filthy when we arrived and the place was NOT clean. The couch has stains, there's dust on everything, dust on light fixtures in the bathroom, Most light switches are filthy, and fridge handles were sticky and nasty. Reversed hot/cold in shower (2 days without warm shower and no notes about it yet the owner knew) Closet doors in the hall got stuck closed, took me a while to get them to open again. The bathroom door is fifthly and has not been cleaned in likely years. Shower bar is rusty and filthy, curtains are nasty and old with mold on them and mold in the corners of the shower. All sliders are so old and hard to open. Deck slider doors dirty,
We bought a brand new pan since the one provided had the nonstick surface all peeled off and was unusable. There wasn't even a spatula. We left then for the next poor souls who stay here.
Tile in the pool is broken and missing in several places.
Lastly "Newly Renovated" is a complete farce. Other than a horrible paint job and changing out of appliances and flooring, this place is nothing like a renovated property or newly done.
I took a ton of pictures to prove these things. Very sad to say that we are very unhappy with our stay.

It was easy to book, and the owner responded to all inquiries quickly. The condo was pretty clean overall. The beds are a bit too hard and need a pillow top added for minimal comfort. Decorative pillows and placemats need deep cleaned or replaced. We liked the condo for the price and proximity to the gulf.

The condo complex was well maintained. There was painting prepration in progress so we lost our parking spot. This resulted in us parking across the street. It was a disatisfier but we adjusted. The condo needed some more detailed cleaning (upholstery, tracks for sliding glass door and closet door). Amenities in all were great. Lots of towels and dishes.

Property was as advertised. Location is excellent. Very spacious. Owner was quick to respond to questions and accomodated a early check in and late check out to accomodate our travel. Condo had all ammenities needed. Pool and beach access! Only complaint was the bed was not overly comfortable. I would return to property again and would recommend to family. Thank you Ryan.

Condo is in a great location and had everything we needed. The pool and beach access was amazing. We found the condo to be surface clean, but could definitely use a good 'spring' cleaning for certain areas (bottom of bathroom vanity, kitchen cabinet handles, lamp shades etc.) Some reviews complained about the air conditioner on the balcony. We found if you just shut the air off while relaxing out there, the condo stayed plenty cool and it was much more peaceful. Even seen a dolphin swimming in the waterway across the street! Our stay was wonderful and would stay again for sure!

We arrived after 2 long days on the road ready to relax! We had a surprise as we walked in to find a coffee pot half full of coffee and wet grounds, a dishwasher full of filthy dishes that even after running through a cycle I had to scrub to get them clean! The stovetop and oven were both disgusting and I had to clean the oven before I felt safe in even using it! And…., the toilet was plugged and we had to plunge and plunge to get it opened up! Someone had obviously flushed a bar of soap as the more we plunged the more bubbles were coming from where?! There it was, a partial bar of soap sticking to the toilet bowl! We texted Ryan and he did make it right and gave us a small credit! The location on the beach was wonderful but the deck overhanging Gulf Blvd was very noisy and hard to visit while sitting out there. We love Indian Shores as there is a lot to do but won’t return to this unit.

The condo was very nice and looked as described in the photos. The floors were pretty dirty, but the kitchen was nice and plenty of towels and toiletries. The elevator wasn't working for a couple of days which was a hassle but not the end of the world. Great location, nice pool area, and beautiful beach.

Had a great time staying here. The location was great close to everything needed during a vacation. Easy communication with property owner, also check in/out. The beaches were awesome and pool was good once we found time to go. Overall our vacation stay was exactly what we needed with no surprises.

My wife and I were looking for a short getaway and this was the perfect spot. The perfect way to spend the day is splitting time between the beach and pool, and everyone we met was so nice. John’s Pass is about 15 minutes away and was fun to visit. Also there are some boat cruises near by for all ages. This was such a great location and would love to come back. Host customer service was awesome and he was very responsive.

Really enjoyed our stay.
Condo was clean. As others stated the air vent on balcony did blow hot air but was easy fix - just turned air up when we wanted to sit out there and it stopped.
Bed was ok - could make it comfy with a topper or even an egg crate topper.
We cooked several times and all the appliances worked great. Enjoyed the pool - was nice being right on beach- which was not crowded at all!
Pier is nearby
Not many restaurants close but trolley runs roughly every 20-30 min and is $2.25 per ride or $5 for the whole day! Ubers were approximately $10-13 to ride to restaurants.
There is a wonderful coffee shop nearby-10 min walk and Salt Rock Grill restaurant was delicious- also close . Contacted Ryan a couple times with some questions and he responded quickly.
No problems with check in/check out
Only issue was the shower water is extremely soft and pressure is on weaker side but if water wasn’t so soft the pressure wouldn’t have been a problem- seemed to take a long time to rinse off soap and still felt like there was a film on skin
Other than that we enjoyed staying here &
We would stay here again.

Pleasant Owner, Problem Property
Started off great on a Saturday. Easy to check-in and easy to find. Right on the beach and nice pool. Late Tuesday night the A/C went out. Contacted owner 8am Wednesday morning. By noon Wednesday owner still had been unable to contact "his guy" to come fix it. We ended up moving properties, which cost us another quite a bit more money. The owner was very understanding and refunded the remaining 3 nights of our stay. Water pressure is also weak, but can be dealt with. All in all would not stay there agin, but would deal with this owner again.

We enjoyed everything it was right on the beach, amazing pool, the room was very clean the only downfall was the back deck, you couldn’t hardly stand to sit out there and enjoy yourself because of a vent blowing hot air. Other than that great place!

Parking spot is so close to the road it is tricky to get into and you might accidentally hit a jogger opening your door.
The tile floors were grimy, turning your feet black within a few minutes of arrival.
Door security isn't great, somebody set the door code on the realtor style lock hanging on the knob, so the code was about four inches from the keypad for anyone wanting in. No hotel style bar so anyone could have come in while we were sleeping if they'd gotten the code. The balcony door would not latch at all which is a hazard for those of us with kids.
Overall I think the property could move from being a decent place to a great place with some work and relatively easy changes. We had a great time, just wasn't very restful. I'm writing this from a hotel room on the way home and am very much looking forward to the mattress tonight.

We went on our honeymoon here and everything was great the only two complaints that I have that aren’t even really complaints are that the water pressure in the shower wasn’t great and the listing stated there were smart capable tv’s which was not factual. The wifi and cable both worked great though. We had absolutely everything we may have needed besides shampoo and things like that

Winter getaway
This condo is in a great location. Easy access to the beach and pool. Lots of restaurants to drive and walk to. Condo had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Owner was great to communicate with. We look forward to coming next year.

Very cute and clean condo facing the inter coastal waterway. Gulf of Mexico side of the road, beach access seconds away. Very nice pool area and grilling area. Beach is quieter along this stretch. Condo is decorated in tropical themes, comfortable, and has everything you will need including beach chairs and umbrella. Just bring yourself, something to cook, something to drink, something to wear. Dolphins seen in inter coastal waterway frequently. Bring a fishing pole! Great owner, easy check in, and parking.
