It is near the old town and it was very clean.
The studio has a common area with two other rooms and it was quite noisy.

The apartment was clean and the communication upon arrival was easy, as well as getting the key! The central location of the apartment is suitable for avoiding traffic jam, no matter if you are heading east or west.
Before maling the reservation I filtered available units with parking availability. After deciding to make a booking reservation for two nights, I have received additional information that the parking was actually either public parking, a few hundred meters away - in nearby residental areas or in private garages, which are some 10 to 15 minutes away by foot. I understand that the apartment is a part of an older building but still, if there is no prlvate parking available or parking space secured I think it should be stated in the description and not shown as available when searching through the filters.

The apartment is right in the centre. It's very easy to find, and we received very clear instructions from the host by messages. The beds were quite comfortable.
The apartment looked as if it was recently demolished by previous guests. The door of the kitchen cupboard was hanging, the lamp was broken, and the curtain was torn. The apartment did not look like the ones in the photos. The bed cover was folded on the bed, but it was damp, so we used the towels to cover up during the night. The bathroom was not cleaned (there were traces of toothpaste on the mirror!), and the tap was covered in limescale; it looked as if it had never been cleaned before.
