Whether you want to golf, swim, kayak, bike, hike Tubb's Hill, stroll downtown CdA, or just relax and take in all that beautiful CdA has to offer, this vacation rental perfectly meets those needs for any size party. As you enter THE BEACH COTTAGE, you will feel the comfy coziness of the living room, which offers a smart HDTV and Wi-Fi throughout. The dining room to the left is welcoming with a complimentary coffee and wine bar. There is a BBQ area for outdoor entertaining in the backyard, and there is ample parking in the driveway and street. The basement has a queen size bed and a quaint twin-sized sleeping nook/hideaway underneath the stairwell, a favorite amongst kiddos! The basement has a separate living room area with another smart TV and a full bath. We booked this location for our middle daughter's graduation trip. The house comfortably fit 6 of us and was in a great location. We walked almost everywhere, from the private beach a block away to local restaurants in each direction. Check in was convenient, the house was clean and we were grateful for the shampoo and conditioner provided because i forgot to pack mine. Overall, great place to stay.

Lovely home, everything was available that we needed. Easy check in process! The home is so close to the lake! We were able to easily drive to the resort, go for a hike or walk to a park nearby. Quick communication and wonderful location! Also, we used the back patio every night to eat and relax. Appreciated the seating options in the back with our big family!

Just short walk to Sanders beach and Tubbs hill. AC went out during heat wave, but propery manager was great getting someone in to fix it after hours. We were under impression that backyard is fully fenced in and we could keep our pet back there, but actually there is no gate going onto side deck...so we were unable to keep our dog in back yard. FYI...description says full bath which we took to mean it would have a bath tub...but neither bathroom had a tub.

Cute little cottage that is decorated nicely. The location is fantastic. Located on a quiet little street approximately 1 block from the beach, 2 blocks from Tubbs Hill, and a few minute car ride to downtown. The house is well stocked and the owner even leaves items for you in case you forgot to pack them.

House location is great, walking distance to the lake and downtown. Tubs is only a block away! Kitchen is a bit tight if you had a full house but it was nice for the two of us. No dishwasher. We spent a lot of time at the house relaxing - the AC worked like a champ! The basement is super cute and having the washer and dryer was nice. They could definitely upgrade the upstairs couch - it was pretty stiff. Overall the place is good. The back deck is awesome with plenty of seating. The only exception of a pesky maple tree and its droppings. Flo was fantastic to communicate with. I would recommend this home and the whole neighborhood.

I stayed in this home with a girlfriend. It was perfect. We each had our own space, which was ideal. The house is adorable. Very clean and in a beautiful location. Flo was awesome to work with. I highly recommend! Lake Couer D'Alene is just beautiful and the close walk to Sanders beach and hike on Tubbs Hill was a highlight of our trip.

This was a very cute cottage a block from Sanders beach, steps from the lake. The keyless entry made checkin very easy as my flight got in late. It had a great new coffeemaker with coffee provided. A perfect from porch to sit abs have a cup of that coffee. Just a few min to downtown. Tv was easy to use with Netflix etc.perfect place to stay for my quick trip to CDA. If the house is available I would stay there again.

We enjoyed staying here so much! Coeur d’Alene is a beautiful town and this home is in a great location to enjoy all it has to offer. It is a snug home, but worked well for our family of four with enough space for us to spread out.

Flo’s beach house was so cute and in the perfect location near Saunders beach, tubbs hill and downtown. Having AC was essential with this hot summer! The house was the perfect size and was extremely comfortable!!! We’ve made CDA an annual trip for my son’s hockey camp and hope we can stay at the beach house again next summer.

Had a good stay- the house is very cute and we enjoyed our stay. The second bedroom is a bed down in the basement area so I would probably get a bigger house next time to accommodate our family with more space. But overall we enjoyed the house and the owners were generous with shampoo, soaps and more!

Great house that was perfect for our stay. A very short walk to the beach that the kids enjoyed. Two blocks from the Ironman run course so family could watch the race. Walkable to downtown parks and shops. Very close to Tubbs Hill.

This property was just what we needed. It’s floor plan worked nice for us, our two college age kids took the downstairs and had their own bathroom and living space. We took the upstairs bedroom. Location was great, beautiful neighborhood, Tubb hill is walking distance,a great trail! Lake swim area is just minutes out the front door. We used the floaters provided, that was nice.Rogers burger and ice was close enough to walk to. Made it an evening routine. Flo was easy to work with, responded to any questions quickly. Only suggestion for improvement is to get some window covering for the down stairs - my kids felt pretty exposed. Wonderful place, would stay there again .

This was in such a great location, just a block away from a cute small beach on CDA lake. The house was great and very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, toaster, etc. The property was very clean and well maintained. Flo was also great to communicate with! Would definitely stay here again.
