Pier 33 Convenience store is located right across the street. This unit has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing trip to the beach! Come stay with us at SunnySide Up Rentals. We look forward to hosting you! Please note the cleaning company only provides a starter pack for necessities. You will need to purchase more toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen. Feel free to reach out anytime during your stay. With the beach steps from your door and shops and restaurants just a breezy walk away, this condo is a true waterfront gem. Fresh seafood and beautiful views await at Bahama Bob’s Beach Side Cafe less than a mile away, and Pier 33 is a block closer with all of your grocery and beach rental needs. The Beach House Kitchen & Cocktails offers a creative take on American fare, just 7 blocks from home, and Matt's is a must for those who love ice cream (1.5 miles away). Parking is directly under our unit for two cars. Please note, the unit is set up with a starter pack of supplies when you arrive. 1 toilet paper roll for each restroom, 1 roll paper towels, 2 laundry pods, 2 dish pods and 2 trash bags. You are to provide anything extra you may need.

Things were not within walking distance as specified.Also very small amount of toilet paper had to go buy some for the rest of our 5 night stay Wish we would have had more chairs for outside on patio TV in bedroom did not work at all Whenever I called owners they answered imediately!!!

This condo was the perfect size for our family of 4 and having a pool and private beach access was great. However, the condo needs to be deep cleaned. The bathrooms, walls and base boards were gross. Plan to take Clorox wipes and do some cleaning yourself!

Everything in the condo was great ! The beach is literally 50 steps away The only thing my husband complained about was the master room got hot at night and the ac didn’t go lower than 70 so we slept with the fan on at night. We would definitely stay here again !

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The condo was literally steps from the beach! The host made sure all questions were answered and was always quick with a response to any question! We had the best time and I will for sure keep this condo in my favorite list to rebook!

It was amazing! Steps away from the beach and nice pool! It was perfect for my husband, 2 year old and 7 month old! It was clean and had everything we needed! The host was so easy to talk too and quick responses! We will definitely be back soon!

B23 Habor House is an adorable condo. We appreciated the parking our car under the condo. It was furnished beachy and loved all the pictures. They had a great assortment of kitchen appliances, pots/pans. When we went to explore , we noted the pool was trashed with items and sand in the pool. It was cleaned up and ready to go first thing the next morning. Unfortunately we had to get ahold of our owners and they were amazingly fast to help us with some questions. It is easy to get out on the beach . We had a wonderful time and would love to stay there again when we come back to Gulf Shores.

I stayed at this condo for 6 weeks to get out of the winter weather in New York State. The condo was comfortable, clean and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and utensils. Beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony with morning coffee. Owner addressed questions promptly. Very pleased with this first time experience and will definitely return in the future.

We were there 1 1/2 hours and had to leave as our son had emergency surgery (life or death )! He is still on a ventilator !! I ask about rescheduling at another time and got no response! Also felt I should have been refunded parking fee’s and things that were obvious not used !!! I did not buy insurance ! Which would have not covered ! Cause we went on the trip ! But had a family medical emergency ! And I don’t feel like any consideration or kindness or concern was shown !

These two story condos sandwiched between high-rise condo buildings was perfect for us! Super easy access! Parking was great! The inside of the condo was perfect for us, clean, nice kitchen, table to eat or play games, two FULL bathrooms. Loved it! The only negative was the outdoor pool attached to the association...it wasn't heated and very cold! We didn't use it and didn't see anyone else use it. Would like to see check in earlier than 3pm as well.

This was a great property. The complex as a whole seemed dated but it was also similiar to everything in that area. It was clean and well furnished. The best thing about it was the location. Probably 100 yards from the beach with a pool on the way. There is a beach view from the balcony. You park under your condo so there was no long walks dragging luggage. It was only one flight of stairs. No elevator with 20 minute waits. We could go to the beach and be back in the room within 2 or 3 minutes. The unit is on the corner so we had plenty of room for our beach supplies right outside the door. I do recommend bringing more towels but there is a washer and dryer for convenience. We would stay again anytime.
