Nestled in West Beach, this charming condo for $300 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This is a CONDO not an apartment!! We are In Building 2 at Surfside Shores. . If your dates are unavailable in this unit. We have 3 bedroom 3 bath VRBO 113176 (Building 1) Both of our properties are NO SMOKING...NO PETS...and NO EXCEPTIONS to this...we have allergies and we try to provide an allergy free environment for all of our guests! The video you see on here is VERY outdated. VRBO will not remove it for me. Please don't bother to watch it. Thanks. ***Great VALUE PRICES~~~ This casual beachfront 4th floor condo with awesome beach and water views, sits right on the beautiful sugary white sands of the Gulf of Mexico, West Beach. BEACHFRONT pools are HEATED year round. Treat yourself and your family to this beautifully furnished, condominium with comfortable furnishings and extra amenities to make you feel cozy and at home. You'll want to stay longer when your week is over. Unit was recently completely painted top to bottom and new curtains were hung so it feels so fresh and clean throughout. Master suite with blackout curtains, a comfortable King pillow top mattress( new 2024) , big pillows, 300 thread count sheets. French doors lead to your spacious private balcony (8'X 22')from the master suite where you can watch the dolphins play, see a beautiful sunrise. Watch dish network TV when you retire to your bed at night. Free WIFI The comfortable guest bedroom is furnished with two Serta pillowtop twin beds, but can also be converted to a king if that is more convenient. Guest bedroom also has it's own closet and bathroom. The NEW (2023) sleeper sofa is suitable for children...so unit sleeps 6 guests, but only 4 adults. Flat screen 32' TV/Blu Ray The living room has a comfortable sleeper sofa (NEW 2023), 2 recliners, (new February 2023)and a new slipper chair (2023)…..dish network 43' HD FLAT SCREEN TV/DISH . French doors lead to your private balcony with 2 chaise lounger, round table with six chairs. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking and has a MARGARITAVILLE FROZEN CONCOCTION drink machine for mixing up all those cool drinks to sip on the balcony or poolside. Also a single serve KEURIG for your morning coffee (just bring your favorite pods with you) as well as a regular coffee maker!! We DO NOT have an ice maker in the freezer. However we do have ice trays for you to make your own ice or there is an ice vending machine in the owner parking garage where you can buy a bag if you prefer. NEW Full size WASHER & DRYER in closet in the unit for your convenience FREE HIGH SPEED WI-FI INTERNET SERVICE (no password just choose thr 2403 option) books, and games for your enjoyment... Iron & ironing board & blow dryer included This complex has two large pools (one heated year round)and two kiddy pools. You'll find lots of beautiful seashells to gather for great souvenirs. WE DO NOT HAVE A HOT TUB OR SPA!! Just bring your beach towels , beach chairs, sun glasses & sunscreen. Parking is right by building in a secure blacktop lot and parking pass is $30 (cash) for up to 14 days and $40 (cash) for up to 30 days... per car ( max 2 cars per unit) and purchased when you arrive from the security guard I have a business license and pay all taxes on a monthly basis. We have maintenance people ready should there be any unexpected problems. We keep our second home in as good shape as our home...so you will be comfortable. We had a fabulous time. Zero complaints at all view was amazing, plenty of food nearby and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Also we never heard a sound from neighbors even those above who we know had younger kids. We will certainly be back and would highly recommend this location to anyone.

What a wonderful stay we had for the week! Everything was as stated and we could not have asked for a better experience. Everything was clean and ready to go upon arrival. Plenty of space and a stellar beach view of the Gulf of Mexico where you can hear the waves crash and see the dolphins swim.
Kitchen was perfect with everything you need, bedrooms were cozy and neat with plenty of room. Front room was perfect with clean and comfortable furniture. Two bathrooms make it easy with a family. Dishwasher, washer and dryer make it easy to keep up with cleaning. Beach chairs, towels, and umbrella are ready to go as well. Stores and restaurants close by, but still some space from the main strip.

We had a great visit, the condo was just a few steps from the elevator, 4th floor which gave us a perfect view, the interior color/decor was so light and airy, kitchen had everything we needed. The thing that impressed me the most was beach towels, beach chairs, etc. we’re there for you to use. ( a couple of things you don’t have to pack ). 😊

My family of three absolutely enjoyed this clean and comfortable condo! The view was beautiful, condo had everything we needed and we were so close to restaurants. The owner was very easy to contact and quick with a response. We would recommend this property to our friends/family.

Had to call 2 days later about air that really hadn’t worked right since we checked in- it was fixed that day though. Ice maker not working in fridge. Drains out in tubs and not working right. View nice since it was gulf front. Outside of bldg. itself dirty with paint/ stucco peeling off. Never saw anyone cleaning pool itself- it needed some cleaning. Overall condo little disappointing for money spent, wouldn't rent this unit again.
