About this house rental
You're viewing one of the top VRBO's in the Omaha area. This large, yet cozy, home is nestled in the heart of historic Dundee, an early 20th Century neighborhood in central Omaha. Amenities include revamped wood floors, updated kitchen, updated bathrooms, memory foam beds, fenced in shaded backyard with a patio seating, grill & off-street parking. Nearly all furniture is new as of late 2017! We have Smart TV’s in every bedroom & a 4KTV in the living room, all with premium streaming options.
The space
There are 2 main level bedrooms that are easily accessed. Rest of the house requires some stairs. The upper room with 2 full beds requires a healthy flight of stairs accessed through the queen mainfloor bedroom.

House is roughly 15 minutes to the airport.

Great house, great location! House was very clean and so cute! Lovely sitting area outside and really appreciated the fence yard for our pet. Lots of shopping nearby as well. House was perfect for our stay.

Great location to access the Omaha area with plenty of bedrooms to spread out and relax. The Host is very quick to respond to any questions or problems which I really appreciate. Plenty of towels and blankets, and the kitchen is well stocked. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely pick this house again.

Clean, spacious, well appointed and so cute! Lots of room for a family stay. Easy to stay with kids (two toddlers on our trip). Owner was easy to work with, spot is in a great location. We will stay again!

It was fairly easy to get to the locations we needed to. Warning: This is not a house for everyone! Grandparents ended up staying in a hotel instead because they couldn't get up on the beds or in the shower. The bathroom on the main level is so tiny, I knocked the TP off trying to get undressed. As I'm sure it is with all very old houses, its super squeaky and loud, no sneaking in late! The stairs going upstairs and downstairs are pretty narrow and steep and not for the faint of heart. Things were very clean, we didn't use the kitchen. I wouldn't cram 11 people in here, we had 6 adult sized people and it was perfect. You should know is that there is no air conditioning upstairs in what I assume was once an attic. I thought we would be catching cool enough weather but we couldn't even open the windows because there weren't screens on them. It ended up being so warm up there, we couldn't use those beds the last night and had to find room on the main level couches. I would consider the area a little sketchy, I wouldn't walk around alone. The house sits on a pretty steep hill and the front steps are slanting a little so again, watch your step. All in all, we were hardly there so it was nice to have a centrally located home base and it was quiet. We saw bunnies and had a racoon visit.
