We loved our time here! Great location for both Vail and BC. Quiet neighborhood which we loved walking through. We enjoyed skiing, sledding, walking, and the hot tub! The house itself was big, clean, and well equipped. Beds were very comfortable. We look forward to staying here again!

Marina and Dan’s house was perfect in all ways for our ski trip to Vail; convenient location, spacious, quiet, comfortable accommodations, and an excellent hot tub for soaking after a long day on the mountain. Perfect Vail getaway
Marina and Dan’s house was perfect in all ways for our ski trip to Vail; convenient location, spacious, quiet, comfortable accommodations, and an excellent hot tub for soaking after a long day on the mountain. Great place and amazing location
Our group had a great stay at this property and we loved the proximity to Vail and Beaver Creek. It was in a quiet neighborhood and the check in process was easy. The pictures of the house make it look great but they do not do it justice. Once we got in, it was even better than the pictures were able to show. A great place and even better hosts. The house is fully stocked with everything you need and very clean.

Great location about 15 min from Vail (and even closer to Beaver Creek) and easy access to I-70. There was a Walmart a few minutes away for groceries too.
The living room is spacious and comfortable with a great fireplace. The kitchen was well stocked and saved us a few bucks on eating out. The hot tub was also wonderful for sore legs after skiing and had a clear view of the stars.
The full garage is excellent in winter. It snowed every day we were there and it's nice loading up in a warm garage rather than out in the cold.
The hosts were also communicative and made our stay enjoyable.

This duplex is a perfect location for families looking to take advantage of Beaver Creek/Vail and surrounding areas, whether it’s a ski vacation or other outdoor adventure. We had our family of 5 there for Christmas and loved it.
Garage parking is a big deal to us in the winter months - The garage easily fit our 4 Runner and could probably accommodate two mid-size sedans. I had to take our Thule Rooftop carrier off the 4-runner (it’s not an oversized garage like some cabins, but this was not a big deal to us, took 5 minutes to take my carrier off) .
The hot tub was great for the family to unwind after a day of skiing.
The kitchen had everything we needed (and a coffee grinder - nice plus!). The washers and dryers are commercial grade which was excellent for washing ski clothes
The fireplace is easy to operate.
The living area was perfect size for a family of 5 and there is a half bath downstairs. The TV sound was a bit weird and difficult to figure out all the different settings, lol.
The upstairs has three rooms and 2 full baths (one is en-suite to the king master). The bathrooms were perfect for our family of five. We didn’t use the third room with the king bed, but could have accommodated another small family (it would have been very crowded with another family though) - we originally planned the trip with in-laws using the third bedroom - they had to cancel, but could have fit comfortably.
Beaver Creek resort/main lift is a very short drive. We arrived early in the mornings (before 8:30) and were able to find parking at Ford Hall Parking Garage which isn’t cheap but is very convenient to the resort. Honestly, I preferred this arrangement over some ski-in/out locations I’ve stayed at in the past.
Vail was busier and a longer drive…. We skied one day at Vail and it was definitely a fine arrangement if that is your preferred resort.
The house is 50 yards from the golf course and we had great walks with the kiddos and the kids made use of the sleds at the house. The neighborhood is very quiet and mainly full-time residents, all friendly, including the nice neighbors in the duplex. This is NOT a place for you if you are a partier- this is perfect for a family who goes to bed before 10PM for a good night’s sleep and a full day of activities.
The driveway is cleared of snow daily, so I only had to shovel once (just to prevent packing - was not required!).
There is a great church close-by.

Great getaway
It was just my partner and I, however the house would be perfect for a large family or small group. It was clean and well-decorated for a mountain getaway. Great stay!
Really enjoyed our stay here with our three kids (8yo, 11yo, 13yo). Place was outfitted very well with everything we needed. Great location, enjoyed using the fireplace and the hot tub in particular. Nice surprise that the grill was brand new which we used every day. Definitely recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dan and Marina’s home. The location was perfect, and only a 7 minute drive to Beaver Creek. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the hot tub was perfect after skiing. Would highly recommend this for a larger group skiing together!

I’m already looking at dates when we can return to Eagle-Vail! We had the most wonderful week enjoying everything Vail has to offer. The home was perfect for all of us and close to everything. Fall vacation to Co.
Our vacation to Vail area this Fall was great. The location of this property to close enough to Vail to get to it easily, but far enough away to be in a quiet residential area. Enjoyed wine on the deck and steaks on the grill. Found some great restaurants in the Avon area. The house was a good fit for our 2 couples. Easy checkin and found everything we needed in the house.

Fantastic stay close to world-class ski resorts. Good for small to medium sized groups.
Kim & Co. were very accommodating and have a great place setup, nestled in the mountains right by Beaver Creek Resort. The unit was very clean and had a full suite of amenities, including a well-stocked kitchen. Myself and the other 6 adults that stayed were all comfortable and cozy for our 5 day stay. Would definitely recommend for anyone making a visit to the resorts in the area.

We have stayed here several times. The house is well cared for - very clean, cozy, and well-appointed. Very close to Beaver Creek skiing and amenities, and a short, 10 minute drive to Vail. Very responsive owners. Highly recommended!

Great cosy well stocked house
We loved our stay, the house was great, well stocked and really cosy, it’s in a great location and easily accessible to both Vail and Beavercreek. Only had issues with the fire when just trying to turn it on and off.

Perfect space for our family and close to Vail and Beaver Creek.
This was a perfect spot for our family. We have two college age kids and wanted to come and snowboard at Vail and Beaver Creek. This condo was close to both places and was a great place to come back and relax. We also enjoyed sitting in the hot tub and seeing the stars at night. Karen was easy to contact when we had a quick question. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely come back again!

Great property near Beaver Creek
The property was much larger than we thought it would be, and the living room/kitchen/dining room area in particular had plenty of space for our group of five adults and three kids. The bedrooms accommodated our group easily. It was very easy for us to get to Beaver Creek, and also close to I-70 so that we could travel to other ski locations. We had a great time, and look forward to returning to the property if we ski at Beaver Creek or Vail!
