Great place for small group to stay that loves the water!! Definitely will be returning!!

Property was amazing for us. Although it is directly beside public boat landing, The Hangover is still separated. Definitely will be returning.

Bugs but nothing you can do about those since it is on the water.

Terrible Customer Service but Beautiful Scenery

The view is amazing!! Especially at night! The bed is very comfy, and there are appliances to cook with. It's secluded enough to feel like nature but close enough to a city that you don't feel you're completely removed.

Simple things: - Awful Customer service and maintenance response. - The Fridge takes 24 Hours to cool food. - There is apparently the internet but it's super spotty and never works. - Bugs, of all types. - Snakes in the water (a lot of them) It- Not a great swimming spot, we got nibbled on a few times and the kids got dinged by several rocks. - Musty smell Longer review! The worst thing about this place is the customer service by the property owner. Vacas is just trying to do their best. The owners clearly skirt stating any problems, they don't mention you have to be 25, anything about the fridge, or their "booklet" of rules or 10:00 check out. These are all things you learn once you are here. The owners knew there were problems with the internet, and other issues because we messaged them about this. They responded with "you have internet." if we did we wouldn't have been messaging. When the "property manager" came he was unbelievably rude, came announced, and demanded his way in. Remind you this was over the internet that hadn't been working for 1/2 the stay. After he spoke down to our kids about how their play area was "trashed" we asked him to leave which he didn't, and continued to insult what appeared to be a need for a perfect vacation play area for children. When we called Vacasa they offered $30 off for no internet but this does nothing for the 100 dollars of lost food, and then the need to go out to eat which was also almost $120. I'm unsure of why Vacasa or Property is fixated on the internet. We told them it was fine it was the other issues that were more. But if you're going to focus on something fix it. Instead it's clear they only respond between 8-5 for any problem and even after this terrible encounter with this employee they thought about doing nothing about any of these issues. In staying here just keep all these things in mind.

I really loved the fact that it was actually on the water. The boat rental place was right next door. Beautiful sunrise.

We enjoyed the water, beautiful view, and had soft beds to sleep in!

The location is breath taking. Loved stepping right out on the deck in the morning overlooking the lake. We had three adults and one child. My kid took the top, I took the bottom, Grandma and Grandpa took the bedroom. There is also a futon that pulls out, but the beds were super comfortable, best sleep ever!

The wifi worked well enough for the steaming device already set up to the TV, but was a little slow for connecting multiple devices (of course, we weren't really there for wifi, we were there for the lake).

The bugs. The access to the dock ( it needs a second door, other than the one thru the main bedroom).

Perfect fishing trip

Right on the water with a private dock that we tied our boat to. Located in a private campground with boat rentals and a ramp. It’s an older cabin with some wear. And yes there’s a few bugs and mosquitoes, but that’s expected on the water. We would love to return.

Lovely retreat

Love that it is right on the lake with private back patio and grill.

The ac in livingroom makes a weird noise. We joked that it was the missing flux capacitor from Back to the future.

Very good

Like the fact that it was on the lake with own private dock. Like the scenery of the lake

Too close to boat ramp which some of the vehicles were loud. Also too close to swim area and volleyball courts. Can see where that would be a major issue if you wanted peace and quiet. Plus the AC unit in the front living room was extremely too loud whenever it come on. Bugs smeared on the ceiling which was pretty gross.
