About this house rental
Our house living area is 3500 Sq Foot. There are many upgrades in the home including a brand new Bullfrog X7 hot tub for star gazing and sunsets. There is great access to surrounding forest/plateau country and Zion for hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, photography, and great sightseeing. Located to take day trips to Bryce, Zion, The Grand Canyon, Lake Powell. There are many more sights to see in the area. The vaulted ceiling living room, comfy couch and recliners provides the perfect setting to curl up with a good book or your favorite device for cruising the internet using the Wifi access provided, or simply kick back and enjoy the view. When hunger strikes, there is the beautiful, fully equipped kitchen, with its granite counter tops, wolf appliances and BBQ conveniently located just outside on the large, wrap-around deck to inspire both the novice as well as experienced chef. Don't be surprised if you spot a deer or some turkeys out. This is a wonderful house to share with your family and friends while building vacation memories together. You are welcome to call anytime with any questions you may have.

We had a group of 6 friends meet up from all around the country to have a little reunion trip to Zion. This was the most perfect spot that we could have asked for! Each of the rooms were very spacious, had comfortable beds, and almost all had bathrooms attached. The kitchen was perfect for cooking meals together and all of the appliances felt very new. The hottub was the icing on the cake! Would highly recommend for friends & families visiting the Zion area.

My family from Buffalo NY(7 adults) stayed in this house for 4 days. I wish we could have stayed longer. This was one of the nicest houses we have ever rented and certainly the most well stocked. They had everything you could ever need and the house was beautiful. The kitchen was very well stocked. It was in a great location, so close to Bryce and Zion, but also great hiking right outside of the house. We can't wait to return.

Very clean and comfortable. The house had everything we needed. We were able to cook several meals and enjoyed the patio and hot tub. It was very close to Ponderosa Ranch which we visited a lot with the kids. There were lots of fun activities to do there. Easy drive to the Zion entrance. We had a great time!

This house was as beautiful as the pictures. The landlord provided all the information we needed for a great vacation; area hikes, restaurants, stores, etc. We were all very impressed.

Place was well stocked with essential supplies. Resort amenities were nice to have as alternatives to the great hiking in the area. Great spot to stay away from the busy Springdale. Great family spot.

This house was the absolute best. Beautiful and clean. And I mean super clean. We said so many times how much we loved it. Close to so many trails in Zion. The only downside is the area itself and how Restaurants aren’t close and neither are grocery stores/markets. Which isn’t a problem, just know ahead of time to stop at Walmart to buy groceries. They have markets in Springdale but prices are extreme. But we highly recommend this property to anyone coming to Zion! Manager is also super quick to respond to any questions. He even stopped by one day to give me a recommendation in person.

The house had everything we needed and more for our stay in southern Utah. Zion is great but if willing to drive 1 hour 30 minutes from the house you can visit Bryce Canyon and North Rim of Gran Canyon. Both were amazing and not so crowded!

Great house in a fantastic and quiet neighborhood just east of Zion National Park. This is the place to stay if you want to enjoy the less crowded side of Zion but also have access to a more secluded, but upscale home. Lots of deer, wild turkeys, places to walk and just enjoy being outdoors. Enjoyed our stay tremendously and the house was perfect. Would definitely stay here again!

What a wonderful house to stay in. Spent days in Zion and Bryce and then had a peaceful home to come back to. House was fully stocked with cooking equipment, grill, towels for the hot tub, and more. You will be very happy if you stay here. Also access to Ponderosa Resort activities which we unfortunately did not have the time to partake in. Great if you have little children. Would highly recommend this home!

Amazing trip to Zion and Bryce

Great location, excellent property, well maintained and very well equipped. Given that Zion was very crowded the access to trails from the ranch was ideal and something we had not expected. Folks should be aware that driving to the two trail heads on the ranch is best with a 4WD or AWD high clearance vehicle. Parking lot at Cable Moutain trail head is not accessible with a car due to steep and rocky dip in the road. We did see cars at the Observation point trail head and the only challnge could be some sandy spots. Overall we had a fantastic time

I would like to make a few suggestions-replace the teflon pots and pans, add some hooks in each shower for wet swimming suits (yes there were hooks in the laundry room but not convenient when getting into and out of suits), replace the sheets with 100% cotton linen. The internet was very slow and should be upgraded (we had a teenager doing finals online and it was very cumbersome). But overall the place was great.

Good trail access from the ranch

Sorta felt like we were living like millionaires for a week. The house was great, it was fantastic being away from the crowds at Zion. Loved the hot tub at night after a long day of hiking. Worth it just for the stars at night...would definitely return.

Away from the crowds

I can't think of a better place to stay when visiting Zion. Great house. Much easier coming in from the East side than fighting the traffic every day from the west.

We rented this house with my adult children and grandchildren to celebrate my husband’s birthday together and it was a very nice stay. The house was clean, roomy enough for the 9 of us, and very comfortable. The week we stayed there was a lot of snow, so we didn’t do many side trips, but everyone had fun sledding in the backyard with sleds we bought in Kanaab. We ate all of our meals at home and the kitchen was very nice to work on. Lots of trees, beautiful scenery, and very close to Zion. We loved the secluded feel and it was a perfect place to stay if you are wanting to get away from the city. We loved it and will definitely stay again. The owners were very easy to communicate with. You won’t regret booking this place.

Fall Break
We stayed for 5 nights during fall break. Great location on the east side of Zion. Beautiful drive to the main entrance of the park. Kitchen is well equipped. Neighborhood is away from the tourist in Springdale. We loved having the outdoor space and the option to hit the trails in the backyard.

Spacious, well-appointed home excellently located for hiking in Zion National Park. We stayed with two other couples and delighted in the expansive kitchen, everyone-gets-a-lounger sofa and world-class laundry room. All gave us a sense of being remote while also within a neighborhood of similar home. Highly recommeded!
