Home is perfect for multiple families and entertaining large groups. 3400 square feet of open living space. Living room, dining and kitchen are open to a large entertaining area. Kitchen features stainless appliances with a chefs gourmet gas stove with double ovens (convection and regular). Keurig with variety of coffee provided. Hardwood floors in living room, dining and hallways. A large game room with ping pong table and foosball is right off the kitchen area which leads to a large fenced backyard with gas grill and paver patio. Front loading washer and dryer in hallway. Huge master bedroom with king bed, tv, dvd and en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a king bed, Bedroom 3 queen bed, Bedroom 4 Queen bed, Bedroom 5 has a twin over full bunkbed and twin bed. There is room in Bedroom 1, 3, and game room for queen air mattresses if needed. We love the quiet neighborhood in walking distance to Fayetteville’s best park with walking trails, creek and summer concerts. The back yard is a secluded oasis. Yard games and chairs provided. There are multiple flat screen TVs with full cable to enjoy movie nights, all SEC games. The location is amazing. 4.5 miles from Razorback stadium.

The house is fantastic for a large group and young children. The main living/kitchen area is wide open and allows for feeding large groups and mingling. The trampoline, swing set, and game room are great additions. The master bedroom is expansive and there are bedrooms and bed options everywhere you turn. The amenities were plentiful, accurate and available. Mandy and Jordan were super responsive and welcoming. We so enjoyed our time together for this holiday.

Amazing home and amenities!
This home was perfect! My entire family went to enjoy a tailgate with my daughter who attends U of A. The house was amazing. There was plenty of room for sleeping and entertaining. We can't wait to stay again.

This property was very clean. Had a warm welcome with cheese and crackers, wine and popcorn when we arrived. Owners very accessible if any problems arise. Open concept to accommodate a big group. Worked well for football watching and close to the university and Dickson street.

Great Location for a Mountain Biking trip
This is a great house to stay in to visit the Bentonville MTB trails. All of the trails we road were with in an hour of the house. The house is larger than it shows in the pictures with the large open floor plan we had 16 adults stay for 3 nights and didn't feel cramped. Mandy was very hospitable and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay, I would highly recommend this house.

This was a great home to accommodate a large group! So many places for people to gather as well as spaces to get away from it all. The host was easy to work with, attentive to every need & question & even provided a wonderful graduation cake to commemorate our reason for gathering! We have rented a lot of homes & this one tops our list of experiences!! The home also is on a great location & close to everything. If you are looking for a home where you can get a big group together & not feel a bit crowded, this is it!!

To 69 y.o., and there was plenty of space and activities for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked, except for syrup, and there were tons of comfy blankets.
The house was not far from the stadium or any of the grocery stores.
We experienced a great family reunion and the owners ensures we felt as if it was our own! Thank you!

Loved it!!
The house was really beyond my expectations. It was so perfect for a large group. The floor design made it easy for flow of people without feeling crowded.
The kitchen was stocked with every appliance, dish, utensil imaginable.
The house was nicely decorated including bedrooms. We were all just very comfortable.

Property and home was amazing!
This house was perfect for our family. We stayed four days and three nights. We cooked lots of food and had up to 25 people eating at one time. The main living area of the house is very large and open. The bedrooms were very large and set up nicely. The beds were very comfortable. Amanda was wonderful to work with. We were very very happy with our stay. It was a great experience.

We loved our stay and accommodations in Fayetteville. The house was nice, comfortable and inviting.
We had enough room to sleep 13 with 3 full bathrooms. We were even welcomed with a yummy sheet cake. Nice neighborhood. Friendly neighbors. Great location near downtown. Easy access to highways. I highly recommend this house for larger groups.

Wow, what a great stay!
We had a wonderful stay at this spacious, well furnished, well laid out home. It is centrally located, giving easy access to all things Fayetteville. Communication with the owner was great - she was prompt and clear in responding, and made herself available and accessible should we have needed anything while we were there. She had everything set up so well for our arrival, including an air mattress in the sun room ready for our use. The main living space truly is huge and open, as the web page says, and the furnishings make it very easy to gather and enjoy yourself as a large group or in smaller numbers. The back yard is well furnished for seating, but also has space to 'play' so all ages can enjoy the spot. This home was perfect for our needs and desires as we gathered with friends and family from afar to celebrate our daughter's wedding weekend. We would rent it again in a heart beat, should the need and opportunity arise!

Great vacation house
We rented this house for our family reunion and were extremely happy with it. It has plenty of space for a large family and it suited for all ages. The area is great and plenty of stores and things to do. So does the house have plenty of recreation, which was good since it rained one of the days. The kitchen was fabulous and everything you need to cook and serve a big family. I would definitely recommend this house.

Family friendly and entertaining for all ages
This home is absolutely perfect for a large family or two. I could not believe the amount of sleeping space available. We rented the house for our family to attend our daughter's graduation from University of Arkansas. We had three generations with us and there was room for everyone and something to interest all ages. We were able to have an after ceremony celebration and the entertaining space was large and comfortable. The home is conveniently located to everything in Fayetteville in a charming neighborhood. I highly recommend staying here. Mandy was wonderful to work with and was always a text or phone call away.

Loved the location and house!
We rented the house for Bikes, Blues and BBQ week. The layout of the home and accommodations were ideal and enjoyed our stay 100%. The location of the Magnolia House was ideal to the BBB events and attractions. The garage fit 5 bikes perfectly and we will rent again. The owners were in contact with me by text prior and during our stay to make sure we had everything to make our stay a success. No complaints at all!

wedding party
I rented Magnolia House for my son's wedding in the Fayetteville area. It was perfect for our extended mixed family. The pictures are spot on. This is a house that the owners obviously stay in occasionally as the kitchen is completely stocked-not only with a gas cook-top and double oven, but also extensive dinnerware, glasses, pots/pans, spices, foil, coffee, etc. The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood, away from the hustle/bustle of campus, Dixon Street but close to everything. We will try to rent this property again.

Perfect for our family gathering!
We rented this house for us and our extended family in the days surrounding our son's wedding in Fayetteville. It was perfect for everything we needed: room to spread out with my "wedding prep" projects and they had an extra long table available to bring in for that. Large open living room allowed many "groups" to visit, play games, and eat. They were very generous with amenities. The bedrooms are beautiful and beds so comfy. Bathrooms all up to date, clean and spacious. We appreciated having ping pong, foosball and the trampoline for young and old alike! If we ever have the opportunity to travel to Fay again with a group, we will definitely plan our stay around this house being available! The owner was more than wonderful to work with!

Excellent location
We stayed at the Magnolia house for my graduation from the University of Arkansas. Very close to campus and downtown Fayetteville. The house was very spacious and had a great backyard with bbq grill available. The owners were very accommodating-we received our deposit in full a couple days after our stay. Very nice bedrooms and the bathrooms were fully stocked with towels and all the amenities we needed. Will definitely stay again!
