About this house rental
Nestled in Milwaukee, this lovely house for $578 per night is a great option for your next trip. This two story townhouse on the south side of Milwaukee in Greenfield, WI has been completely updated from top to bottom and is located in a residential family neighborhood. The townhouse includes three bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 1 bunk bed with full on bottom and twin on top) and two full baths on the second floor and a living room with pull out couch full bed, dining room, kitchen, and powder room on the first floor. Outside, you can relax on the patio with a cocktail or sit quietly in the gazebo for your morning coffee. Since we are in a residential neighborhood, patio/hot tub usage is not allowed after 11:00 p.m. For security and liability purposes, surveillance devices have been installed at the front door, driveway, and patio area including the hot tub. Please be assured that these devices are used strictly by the owners for security and liability only. Data is deleted once no longer needed. This townhouse is conveniently located within 7 minutes of Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport and 10 minutes to downtown Milwaukee. Need a ride to or from the airport? We can handle that! It is also minutes from the House of Harley which is located in Greenfield. It's close to shops in the South Ridge Mall or the new strip mall, "84 South." Grand Avenue in downtown Milwaukee provides an upscale shopping experience. A seasonal farmer's market is within minutes of the property. Summers in Milwaukee are full of festivals like Summerfest which is recognized as the "World's Largest Music Festival." Lake front attractions include the Milwaukee Art Museum, Harley-Davidson Museum, the Pabst Mansion, and our historic Third Ward. Stroll along the famous River Walk, catch a Broadway show or listen to the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra at the beautiful Marcus Theater. Catch a Brewers' baseball game at American Family Field. And of course, Milwaukee is home to Miller Brewing Company and some of the best craft beer pubs and beer gardens! Come visit during the fall and see our beautiful fall colors. Take a drive to the Holy Hill Basilica and the National Shrine of Our Lady Help of Christians for some of the most breathtaking scenery from the tower. Winters in Wisconsin provide some great ski slopes and cross country skiing. The Milwaukee County Zoo is open all year round for animal lovers of all ages! We are also available to those who need extended housing for obligations for local businesses or for families wishing to be close to Children's Hospital. Great location for our family weekend in Milwaukee for college graduation. Less than 10 minutes to the airport and about 12 minutes from downtown. The home is large, clean, welcoming, and had some special perks like an enclosed gazebo and outdoor hot tube. We were welcomed with a couple of bottles of wine which was a nice touch. Beds were very comfortable. We highly recommend Karen’s place!

Location was great for family reunion, owner knew we where doing this here. Parking was very limited as stated. Owner was present next door, made this easier if you needed anything, clean and was a great layout.

The 7 of us wanted to hunker down together for the weekend. Comfy and spacious enough with central location. Parking is a bit tight but they assisted in the process. EXCELLENT communication from owners who were VERY friendly and helpful (even came over from next door to take some pictures for us NOTE: this is a town house). Bonus fireflies
We had a great stay. We were traveling on motorcycles so had packed very light. The house had absolutely everything we could have needed. The outside patio area was great and when the sun went down the fireflies came out and we’re fun to watch.

Beautiful home with nice upgrades.
It was a lovely stay. The only issues we had were not having all of the supplies that were listed (games and cards) and loud hammering coming from next door early Sunday morning, waking everyone up too early. The house was beautiful and the owners were very accommodating. Even with the missing games, after I contacted them they got some to us quickly. We would stay here again!

Karen was very communicative and so KIND! She dusted the snow off our cars and shoveled us out before we were even up for the day. After checkout, she found my daughter’s hat and offered to mail it to us.
The house was very roomy and comfortable for our group of 7, kid friendly. The older kids loved the hot tub!

Second Visit to Ski
This is our second visit to this property. We really enjoyed our stay. This house is very close to so many things to do and places to eat. Our family took advantage of the Rock Snowpark. The owners are so nice and helpful! We hope to return again!

Had a great weekend at the house. Was able to soak in the hot tub in the cold weather with a little bit of snow. The living space, kitchen, and bedrooms were perfect. Just a nice house with some killer amenities. Thanks to the hosts!

Comfortable and cozy Milwaukee location
Great place to stay in Milwaukee. Very clean and well managed property. Our hosts alerted us in advance of road construction in front and took care of special requests for fragrance-free bedding (even washing a second set for us our first night!). Very comfortable home with plenty of room. Master bedroom with its own bathroom was big plus. Two other upstairs rooms and a bathroom — one of the rooms has queen bed, other has bunk beds. Lots of space on main floor with big family room, dining room and a powder room. Kitchen was great — newer appliances, well stocked with cooking pans, dishes, silverware, cutlery, etc. Back patio a real bonus — beautiful gazebo and hot tub to use. Hosts were great — appreciated the wine and ice when we arrived, let us know about the road construction in advance, took care of AC issue right away. All in all — great place to stay and great location to get anywhere in Milwaukee.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! The owner was very easy and fast to communicate with and even came over to show us how to use the hot tub. There is not a lot of parking so keep that in mind for a larger group. Wonderful home and wonderful owners!!!
