This Beautiful 5 Bedroom/4 Bath corner lot home is only minutes away from Stone Mountain Park and not far from downtown Atlanta. Enjoy Family and Friends in this Open Floor Plan home, Gourmet Kitchen with Stainless Steel Appliances & oversized walk-in Pantry. Kitchen is fully equipped with Kurig, cooking utensils, cookware, dinnerware, flatware, microwave and toaster. Bar & wine serving room connects the dining room and seperate eat-in kitchen area that has scenic views to the covered back porch and backyard area. The Beautifully Oversized Sunken family room/great room has a 70 inch smart TV, Direct TV, Internet access, WiFi and an oversized sectional. Glide to the second story via the wrough iron staircase where you will find 4 of the 5 bedrooms. Four of the 5 bedrooms have its own private connecting bathroom. Towels, pillows, blankets, and linens are abundant for each bedroom and bath. Oversized Elegant Master Bedroom and Bathroom has extra deep tray ceilings, a lighted ceiling fan, 65 in SmartTV with a supersized sitting room area attached with 2 extra twin beds. Master bath has his and her areas separated by a garden tub. Bath also includes a newly installed spacious walk-in Rain Shower with a floating ceiling for your relaxing needs. 3 additional bedrooms are spacious, with vaulted ceilings, and connecting baths. Please note that the 5th bedroom is an open bedroom. But it has a private full bath attached. Large covered front porch area perfect for a morning cup of coffee and a beautiful sunrise. The attached 2 car garage has driveway parking, enough for up to 4 cars. No parking inside garage. High-Tech Outdoor Security Cameras for your comfort and secutity. The hosts were very helpful in helping us coordinate the delivery of cribs and highchairs for our grandkids. The home was super nice, clean and exceeding my expectations. Thank you for all you did to make our stay so perfect.

I really enjoyed the stay. Our family and friends did as well, everyone was comfortable the renters supplied extra things around the house that was need I would definitely return to this home.

Amazing Property
This place was PERFECT! It was clean, nice, spacious, served every need we had to be together as a family and visit our new Grandson. Thank you for the home, the easy process of entry and exit. Instructions in the home were easy to find and follow.

The house is nice and our experience would have been really good if it weren’t for 2 important things.
#1. The open room that’s really just a bed in the entrance of the house. Really weird placement for a bed and really threw off the layout for the families staying.
#2. The quality of the beds were lacking. Especially the full bed (which was originally advertised as a queen bed) and the downstairs (open bedroom) queen. Also the blow up mattresses had holes in them.
The owner did communicate with us but wasn’t very helpful. We ended up purchasing a blow up mattress. Wouldn’t stay here again but it would be a decent place for the right group. Basically 4 adults MAX with the beds that are supplied.

Lovely home for day trips to ATL area
Our large group was very comfortable & happy at Dee’s Place over our long weekend stay. The kitchen is nice & has adequate pots and pans for cooking family meals. Things are exactly as pictured in the online listing, though when booking we overlooked the photo caption that says “open fifth bedroom”. We made it work, and enjoyed our stay regardless. Dee took the time to call us in check in day to be sure everything was in order, and she replied promptly when we had a question the next day. Very pleased with this rental & would definitely stay again. Thank you for sharing your home!

Large property
This property provides plenty of space for a large group. The owner is very responsive! Key thing to note is there is no door or partition for the downstairs bedroom. I only gathered that after reading the reviews, but not from the pictures. As long as you are comfortable with that (as we were) it's a wonderful property.

We came to Atlanta from Charleston, SC during the hurricane Florence evacuation and couldn't find a home or hotel that could accommodate our family and you and Corey went out of your way to take care of our needs. We could not have asked for better host or home. The two of you just bent over backwards to help out and we truly appreciate it. I recommend renting your property to all that visit the Atlanta. They could not ask for a better house or host. Again thanks Dee & Corey for being lifesavers.

The house was perfect for our big group (3 families). Dee and Corey was great, they took personal attention to make sure we had everything we need for our trip (ex: kids room was appropriately decorated for their liking). Families Getaway

Although the property is nice, it's design or layout is more for a daycare or group with little kids. Not adults. The beds (mostly too small), color of the rooms ( reminds me of summer camp for elementary school kids). What really confuses me is the extra twin beds added to the master bedroom. Its the master bedroom for christ sake. How do you put 2 additonal twin beds in the master w/o a partition separating the two areas. I found having a bedroom right at the front entrance w/o a door for privacy strange also. The use of bunkbeds in one of the bedrooms might not be a good idea either if you ask me. I was really surprised to see that. (Not pleasantly). Plenty of forks very few spoons. The house comes well equipped with everything else. And great for impressing a bunch of young children.

A very nice rental!
We enjoyed our stay but missed having an outside grill. And only other suggestion to put a partition or curtain to give privacy to the downstairs bedroom. But really appreciate the other amenities we had included with this spacious home. Would definitely rent it again if needed! Thank you Dee & Cory!!

1/2 a star
Home was advertised as a 5 bedroom hpme,but the 5th bedroom was not an official bedroom as it was situated to the left as you entered the home and it had no door!!! Total eyesore as it was the 1st thing you saw upon entry to the home.Owner had multiple signs in home regarding the "house rules",nut no sign to let people know to watch their step when transitioning from the kitchen to the family room which had a pretty deep drop (sunken living room) which caused 1person to call and incurr injuries.Furniture was substandard and carpet was dirty and stained on several places.Linen was rough to the touch and 1 bedroom had a sign on bedroom closet that it was not to be used.Not very happy with the overall appearance of home
We paid $2100 for the home and we were not satisfied.No outdoor furniture other than 2 dirty plastic chairs.
I submitted my concerns to the owner.I have rented homes through your website previously and was highly complimentary of the dwelling as well as the decor.Not the case with this home.Definitely not satisfied and requested a refund,but apparently the owner feels that I should of brought these issues to her right away versus at the end of our stay.I'm very disappointed with this rental.Poor business person.

The location of the property was perfect. The property was very clean and spacious. We felt safe. The host was AWESOME! Dee we really want to thank you. My family and I had an awesome time and we look forward to renting the property again!
